By making a reservation, you agree that you have read the description of the Apartment, looked at the type and number of beds and carefully looked at the photos of the apartment, which give an accurate idea of the accommodations option you have chosen. In our Apart Hotel, all the Apartments are unique.
Our apart-hotel works remotely, check-in using a safe with keys, located near the front door. The code for the safe with keys is sent to your e-mail and SMS phone number (specified during booking) on the day of your check-in before 15.00. (It is not possible to receive the code for the safe earlier!).
Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Access to the upper floors is possible only by stairs. You can contact the administration before arrival to clarify the floor of the booked apartment.
The name on the credit card used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest staying in the apartment. When booking by a third party, you must fill out an authorization form and provide a copy of that person's ID and credit card. Parking in the yard is paid and upon prior request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Anja (4/5): - Schöne Lage Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen für 11 Personen. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorging, dass insgesamt 4 Personen in Küche/Essbereich schlafen mussten. Das Schlafsofa war kaputt. Ein Tisch hatte ein Loch in der Tischplatte. Das Geschirr aus beiden Wohnungen hat gerade so gereicht, damit alle gleichzeitig essen konnten. Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber, auf den Zweiten gab es durchaus Verbesserungspotential.

- Michael (8/5): Schne - Die Wohnung Nr. 3 war pefekt für unser Sportwochenende. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, auch der Bus hält gleich um die Ecke, ca. 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt braucht man.

- uk63 (10/5): - Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Villa Küchwald und wieder sehr zufrieden. Reibungsloser Check-In, eine sehr saubere, ordentliche und gut ausgestattette Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, parken vor dem Haus oder keine 100m entfernt auf einem grossen Parkplatz problemlos möglich. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Chemnitz gerne wieder.

- Aryane (9/5): Fantastic ans comfortable stay in this calm apartment - Right around the corner from a bus station, easy check-in and check-out, everything super clean and super well-equipped. I would gladly stay here again! The kitchen doesn’t have an oven and the internet was a bit slow, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

- Oguz (8/5): Convenient and good-sized apartment with ample parking at great value - Good value 1bedroom apt near Kuchwald park fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, very clean, fresh bathroom with laundry maschine, comfy beds, good wifi, quiet neighborhood, lots of street parking, easy check-in/out w key-box A few extra cutlery over two of each would be good, the floor creaked a bit but at this price level fully OK.

- Karin (7/5): Wir waren glücklich, diese Übernachtung anlässlich des Besuches der Kulturhauptst. genommen zu haben - Da wir mit dem Auto aus Leipzig kamen, war die Lage einfach optimal. Man ist selbst zu Fuß ziemlich schnell am beliebten Schlossberg und dann auch in der City. Anbindung an den ÖPNV gab es ebenso in mehreren Richtungen. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen (wäre sicher auch gar nicht erwünscht gewesen, da ja Appartement ohne persönlichen Kontakt). Haben bewusst auch keinen Picknickkorb von zu Hause mitgenommen, da wir in der City frühstücken wollten. Und so gab es DIE Enttäuschung: obwohl Chemnitz als KULTURHAUPTSTADT zum Verweilen einlud, fehlte doch so einiges Engagement..., wie z.B. Bäcker, die am Sonntag geöffnet haben. Es gab ganze 2 Möglichkeiten an der Zentralhaltestelle, die natürlich dem hungrigen Ansturm nicht gerecht werden konnten. Der Fernseher in der Pension war nicht zum ernsthaften Gebrauch gedacht ... Und der Name des Hauses ist mit VILLA überbewertet :(

- Dorli71 (3/5): Schlimm - Tausend Anweisungen, wirkte wie eine einzige Anklage, dass man überhaupt da übernachten will. Charme einer Jugendherberge, von Villa ist weder außen noch innen auch nur etwa zu ahnen. Alleine die Badfarbe verursacht epileptische Anfälle. Wie gesagt, Charme einer Jugendherberge aus den frühen Achtzigern, buche ich nie wieder.

- Tomasz (10/5): Bardzo wygodna kwatera w Chemnitz - Obiekt położony niedaleko zjazdu z autostrady. W pobliżu przystanki autobusowe, linią 21 można dojechać do centrum Chemnitz. Mieszkałem w apartamencie nr 2, dwuosobowym, na parterze. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty, w sam raz dla dwojga osób. Na plus zmywarka, żelazko, toster, czajnik elektryczny. Dobrze działały kaloryfery, bardzo ciepła woda w kranach. Drobiazgi: przydałoby się trochę herbaty, kawy i cukru. Pojemniki były niestety puste. W telewizorze większość kanałów jest niedostępna. Wifi jest, ale bardzo słabe. I ostrzeżenie dla "nocnych marków": podłoga skrzypi.
- Rüdiger (10/5): Musterhaft! - Absolut sauber und gemütlich, waren in der selben Wohnung wie im letzten Jahr. Absolut Spitze. Von der Ruhe über Organisation und Ausstattung bis zum Wecker! Hochachtung!!
- Katica (7/5): Zimmer waren OK - Als 5-köpfige Familie nicht in zwei getrennten Hotelzimmern zu schlafen. Schnelle unkomplizierte Buchung und Abwicklung, alles lief reibungslos. Zwischen den Räumen sind kleine Türschwellen, die insbesondere kleine Kinder zum Stolpern bringen können. Ein Lattenrost beim Doppelbett war gebrochen, so dass ein Loch war. Bunt zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung, hier wäre vielleicht weniger mehr.
- uk63 (10/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Chemnitz. - Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und machte insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, es war Nachts sehr angenehm obwohl das Schlafzimmerfenster zur Straße hin gerichtet ist. Parken direkt vor dem Haus war kein Problem, der Check-In verlief dank des Schlüsselsafes und der übersandten Zahlenkombination reibungslos. Ich werde hier wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Chemnitz komme. Eine freie Steckdose am Bett um das Handy zu laden wäre toll. So hatte ich nur die Wahl zwischen Nachtlicht und Ladegerät. Das ist aber auch das einzig "negative" was mir einfällt.

- Melanie (5/5): Zum Schlafen ohne Ansprüche reicht es - Sehr ruhige Gegend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Check in problemlos. Muffiger Geruch im Bad, liegt wahrscheinlich an dem Schimmel in der Dusche. Kaputte Fliegengitter, lieber keins als ein kaputtes. Im Bad (Straßenseite) gab es nur ein sehr wackeliges Rollo als Sichtschutz. Eine einfache Fensterfolie vom Baumarkt wäre angenehmer als ein blickdichtes Rollo welches das Bad noch dunkler macht.

- Anja (10/5): Gemütliche gut ausgestattet Wohnung mit Balkon - Wir waren jetzt schon das 3. Mal dort und es war alles wieder wunderbar. Super für unsere Gruppe, aber auch für Paare und Familien sind die Wohnungen perfekt. Das einzige was man beachten muss, dass bestimmte Wohnungen Durchgangszimmer haben.
- Anja (10/5): - Es ist eine gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, mit einem Balkon. Wir mögen die Wohnung sehr und haben dort schon einmal übernachtet, in dem Haus sogar schon zum dritten Mal. Sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Super auch der Balkon.

The colour scheme may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the beds are comfy, everything in the kitchen worked and the bathroom was extremely clean. A bus stop is just around the corner, the ride to the centre of Chemnitz is about 10 minutes.
