• LG (4/5): This house lacked ALOT of basic items, would not recommend!!!!! - The house is spacious and modern, good sized bedrooms and located in a court so felt very safe. The house lacked alot of basic items that would make a weekend a bit more comfortable - such as no liquid hand soap, no tea coffee making facilities, only given 2 packets of dishwasher detergent and 2 tea towels, 3 garbage bags. Also advertised on the internet a pool table, but that was locked in the garage, which we had no access too! We paid top dollar for a weekend stay but we were given mediocre treatment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

• b22b (8/5): Was Excellent .Thank you - Good for Families, Backyard was amazing Sighted a big 🪳 Cockroach.Fans have collected dust, needs cleaning. Toilet door lock get jammed.
• Hsu Kim (9/5): - The property was big and comfortable to accommodate my group. It was very clean, many cutleries and pots were provided. The host had the heaters and TVs on before our arrival, so it was warm and cosy when we arrived. Plush towels and a few bars of soap provided, but no toiletries. The dishwasher was working but didn't clean well. Handwash provided was petty, but they provided bar soap, so we made do with that. No garage access (although I asked) which wasn't a deal breaker but it would've been nice as I didn't feel comfortable parking my car outside. No baking trays & condiments provided. No heating in all the rooms, only reverse cycle available in each of the 2 living room. So to keep the rooms slightly warm, you'll need to leave the doors open.
• Nicole (7/5): Good - House was nice and modern Furniture wasn't comfortable, dishwasher wasn't working. No dish liquid to do dishes by hand,water pressure wasn't very good, broken shower head in ensuite
• Jinyong (7/5): It’s ok but need to improve few things - Neither too bad or too good Overall, we were mostly satisfied with our stay. However, there were a few issues. The dishwasher wasn’t working, so we had to wash all the dishes by hand, and there was no detergent provided—we had to go out and buy it ourselves. Also, the curtains were quite thin and didn’t block the sunlight in the morning, which affected our sleep. Other than these points, everything else was great and we enjoyed our time there.
• Andy (10/5): Exceptional - We booked this house 10 years ago. And came back again. It was amazing and great for my family Last time we could pack the car inside the garage. This time, it was lock. Also need to add batteries to the door lock. It was saying it was low batteries

• Chao (8/5): Nice stay for two families. Need bit more detail attendtions on A/C and wifi. - Very clean house. Lots of cooking facilities. Wifi wasn't working for our entire stay, cause very inconvenience for 2 families and 4 kids. Called customer centre few times, was promiese someone would come onsite to solve the problem next day and end up with no show. I understand we stayed in a long weekend, sometimes its hard to get the right person straightway. But as lease agent or host should check Wifi to make sure it work before check-in. One of the bedroom doesn't have ceilling fan or A/C. We compromised privacy for cooling on a very hot day.
• Melissa (1/5): please don't go there - No comments - horrible experience there were numerous issues - there were 2 rooms with bunker beds for kids with ceiling fans. the ceiling fans are placed just above the bunker beds. my 11 year old whilst getting off from the top off the bed hit is head on the running fan in the morning . with kids it's a nightmare as constantly you'll be worried of their safety. The washing machine did not have the drum bolts removed. So when we turned on the washing machine the first day it was moving around so violently that we could not sleep. The property services attended to the property but they did not know what the issue was. We had to look up the internet ourselves and get a spanner from the shop nearby to like the bolts removed. They had no bare condiments like tea bags, wash soap. the funniest thing is they have no shower niche/soap holder in the showers.
