Mancavano piccoli accorgimenti come il cestino del pattume in stanza, ciabattine di cortesia e la dustbag per la biancheria sporca. Veramente piccole accortezze che sarebbero state la ciliegina sulla torta.

Meubles d'époque, plusieurs salons dont un devant notre chambre, bien agréable pour bouquiner, mais belle salle de bain moderne et en prime une grande terrasse attenante à notre chambre. Petit-déjeuner délicieux, constitué en partie de spécialités locales, servi sur la terrasse par une dame adorable. Situé juste en face de la cathédrale. Rien, tout était parfait ! De plus excellent magasin de panini dans la cour du palais (sans lien avec le B&B), les meilleurs jamais mangés, avec des produits locaux de grande qualité. .

• corentin (7/5): Beau séjour au palace - Nous avons finalement séjourné au Palazo Zaca Emplacement dans la vieille ville La palace est très beau Le petite déjeuné est somptueux dans une très belle salle avec un personnel attentif La chambre est froide Les fenêtres donne sur la cours intérieurs au yeux de tous La chambre est peu lumineuse On nous a changé d’établissement quelque jours avant la réservation sous prétexte de problème technique, nous avons séjourné au palazzo Zaca, Nous n’avions pas la possibilité de refuser sous menace d’annulation de la réservation à quelques jours de celle ci !! Le nouvel établissement été jolie mais il n’y avait pas le même terrasse ensoleillé du palazzo insula. Auncun dédommagement ni surclassement ne nous a été offert et nous avons dormir dans une chambre froide (chauffage trop bruyant pour être laissé allumé la nuit)

• Ezio (10/5): Palazzo muy lindo para gozar de una experiencia principezca - Un edificio del siglo XV conservado y con muebles de epoca en segundo piso a metros del Duomo de Gallipoli. Las habitaciones amplías con camas de epoca pero con colchones y sabanas modernas y de calidad. Desayuno servido en la terraza con exquisiteces de la Puglia. Excelente personal joven y muy atentos Gianluca y Chiara. Para seguir volviendo. El agua caliente de los baños no es tan caliente pero ninguna otra observacion.

• Pticaillou (9/5): - L'ensemble est atypique puisque placé dans un ancien "palais" qui a gardé autant que possible son aménagement et une décoration adaptée donc on se retrouve dans le "décors" un peu identique à l'origine, "dans son jus" d'une certaine façon. C'est top en rend le lieu agréable, d'autant qu'il est situé au milieu de la vieille ville. Rien.

Muy buena atención del personal, muy buen desayuno. Tiene servicio de transporte de equipaje muy útil. No ofrece una solución para estacionamiento, y es muy difícil en Gallipoli.

I would return to Gallipoli just to stay here again. A wonderful and highly capable lady works here, and I truly appreciated her flexibility and attentive care. Breakfast is served in an elegant setting, and it was both beautiful and delicious. This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in. I can’t think of a single negative point — it was perfect.

• Suzana (10/5): Hier kann man „das süße Nichtstun“ perfekt genießen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt..man ist mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch kann man sich im Palazzo Insula bestens zurückziehen und die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist charmant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und äußerst sauber. Auf beiden Terrassen kann man sehr schön in den Tag starten oder den Abend ruhig ausklingen lassen. Einen bleibenden Eindruck hat außerdem das wunderbare Personal hinterlassen, den ich besonders hervorheben möchte: Ely und Chiara sind nicht nur unglaublich liebevoll und zuvorkommend, sondern kümmern sich auch sehr aufmerksam um die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste. Dabei gelingt es ihnen, eine perfekte Balance zu finden: Sie sind stets aufmerksam, präsent und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Diese Art der Gastfreundschaft schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ein großes Lob an euch! Vielen Dank für alles! ❤️ Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Palazzo Insula und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit würde ich hier erneut buchen. -

• Barbara (10/5): - Tolles Frühstück in einem ganz besonderem Ambiente! Das Badezimmer war nicht direkt ans Zimmer angeschlossen. Man musste drei schöne Räume durchqueren. Aber das war kein Problem, da das Bad unserem Zimmer zugeordnet war, so dass wir es mit niemanden teilen mussten. Toll war, dass wir mit dem Gepäck vom Parkplatz abgeholt und ins Hotel gebracht wurden.

• Alessandra (10/5): - I absolutely loved my stay at Palazzo Insula. The Palazzo is very beautiful and an absolute must stay for someone who loves antiques and historical buildings. It felt like I was staying in a museum! The building is even mentioned in my tourist guide from the UK. My room was beautifully decorated, spotless clean and it felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel. Breakfast on the gorgeous terrace overlooking the Cattedrale was priceless. And the breakfast itself was AMAZING. The best pasticiotti I ate during my entire 3 week stay in Puglia, warm and fresh every morning, I’m still craving these pasticiotti now. There were also lots of healthier breakfast options such as yoghurt, fruit, boiled eggs, different types of bread, cereal, anything you could ask for whether you like your breakfast sweet or savoury. The staff was so nice and helpful. I could not praise them enough. They helped me out with any question I had regarding day trips, public transport, etc. and even organised a free shuttle to the train station when I had to leave for my next destination. I highly recommend staying here and miss it so much already!

• Vincent (10/5): Perfecte verblijf in Gallipoli, qua sfeer, inrichting, locatie en ontbijt - Dit is een echt Palazzo, dus qua sfeer en inrichting is dit onklopbaar. Ligt naast de Duomo in de kern van de stad. Je kan ook gebruik maken van een geweldig dakterras. Ook het ontbijt beviel ons.
