• Myriam (10/5): Amazing super room in the center of Brasov; you can’t go wrong. - This appartement was amazing. It is very beautiful, big and convenient. Our room, was located at the end of the building and we got huge windows on three sides (room #1). Lots of amenities and Eszter came to see us to offer anything else we needed. As for the location, you can’t go wrong, you are in the middle of Brasov’s old town and after you park the car, you can walk everywhere.

The super king bed was very spacious and the shower was lovely. The ‘single bed’ was very uncomfortable and too small, not a full single size. We had a teenager sleeping on it. It would help if it was bigger and had a mattress topper on it. The cups provided were dirty, very few teabags and little milk also. The apples in the fruit bowl were mouldy. No information about who to contact about these issues.

Daca doriti parcare, proprietatea are doar un singur loc disponibil, contra cost, in apropriere, este important sa specificati de la inceput. Micul dejun se serveste chiar in locatia restaurantului aflat la parter. Mini frigiderul din camera de zi, foarte zgomotos. As recomanda o mai mare atentie la curatenia generala.

En la habitación nos dejaron dos botellas de agua, comida y hasta unas zapatillas para andar por la habitación. Todo estaba cuidado al más mínimo detalle y encima muy limpio. Ezster, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful. Strongly recommended! The stairs. A little tricky to navigate with bags. But not a deal breaker!

• Miriam (10/5): Magischer Urlaub, wir kommen wieder - Es war von Anfang bis Ende eine wundervolle Zeit. Die liebe Eszther hatte uns vorab schon die Zugangscodes geschickt und uns dann trotzdem noch persönlich begrüßt. Sonderwünsche wurden mega schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt, vielen Dank nochmals 😊. Das Zimmer war blitzsauber und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage ist absolut großartig, zu Fuß erreicht man in ein paar Minuten die Fußgängerzone, die Altstadt und die schwarze Kirche ist direkt nebenan. Wir durften sogar länger im Zimmer bleiben, weil unser Flug erst mittags ging. So eine Gastfreundlichkeit habe ich nirgends anders erlebt. Der Urlaub war,auch durch die traumhafte weihnachtliche Beleuchtung in der ganzen Stadt, wirklich magisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Frage ist hier etwas falsch für uns. Wir wussten es ja im Vorfeld, dass man nicht am Haus direkt halten oder parken kann. Das war aber kein Problem. Deswegen gibt es absolut nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Razvan N (10/5): I'd say its a 9.5/10, great value for money - Everything was very good from our point of view: - the host is amazing - the location is perfect - the room is big, modern, the heating was on point, nothing to complain about - the breakfast was alright, pretty standard things, nothing too amazing; Its a swedish buffet kind of thing but not that many options in case you are wondering. Also, not really a downside and should be expected but there is no elevator; These are minor inconveniences that dont really affect my perception of the place, its just that you need to be aware: - the location is at the main boulevard so noise can be expected; - the bed in the living room makes a lot of noises while the other bed has a very stiff and rigid matress - you can hear and feel everything, like it is with most old buildings; it wasnt an issue with us since there were mainly "chill people" in the building but just to take into consideration

Desayuno en la parte baja por parte del restaurante, completo y con variedad de productos. Apartamento muy amplio, cómodo, limpio y detalle a los huéspedes de unas zapatillas. No se puede detener el coche justo delante del alojamiento. Pero hay aparcamiento cerca.

• Jacky (10/5): - We're giving RossMarkt Haus a rating of 10 even though we were unable to stay there. We had a reservation for the King Room with balcony. We love smaller hotels with character and were looking forward to our stay. It was a rainy day and Eszter had told us where we would be able to find a handicap parking space for my husband. She said if that didn't work to let her know and she would come and meet us and help us find a place. The parking spot was available. When we arrived at the hotel, Eszter was waiting for us with bad news. She was actually walking down the street in the rain looking for us. What she had hoped would be a quick repair to the bathroom in the King Room turned out to be a major repair and we wouldn't be able to stay there. She had arranged for another room just up the street at a very nice hotel (but with no character) and took us there to get us checked in. She also took us up to what would have been our room because I wanted to see what it looked like in real life. It did look interesting and the bathroom was indeed in disrepair--the shower was completely taken out. We felt bad for the stress she must have been under but she handled everything very well.
• Carmen (8/5): Warm Hospitality in the Heart of Brasov - Both the apartment owner and the woman who served us breakfast were among the kindest people we met during our vacation in Romania! The room was located in the heart of Brasov’s old town, with a comfortable bed and a charming atmosphere. Breakfast was served in the restaurant just below the room—it was convenient, pleasant, and delicious. At our request, the owner arranged parking for us (for an additional fee) and even ensured that someone met us there to guide us to the parking lot and then to the room, which we greatly appreciated. While I appreciate the charm of historic homes, the fireplace in the room was obstructive and limited movement. The low sofa beneath it was impractical and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was decent but not exceptional. The balcony was spacious but overlooked the restaurant’s patio, so we didn’t use it.

Although on a main road, traffic noise was not a problem. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was an attic conversion and nicely converted. Communication with the owner Eszter was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a good spread and served in the restaurant downstairs. Could not fault the accommodation and would happily recommend and stay again. Nothing.

Eszter is doing a fantastic job and Carmen also. Both very kind and helpful. We had two rooms both big but cosy and well appointed with kettles. My room had beams and a small window seat. Good bathrooms. . Great breakfast The location just by the Black Church is perfect. Nothing.

• Cristina (10/5): Excelent in sufletul Brașovului❤️ - Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la Rossmarkt Haus, chiar în inima Brașovului. Locația este excelentă, aproape de toate atracțiile principale, iar apartamentul este impecabil, foarte curat, spațios și amenajat cu bun gust. Atmosfera este primitoare, iar toate detaliile arată grija gazdei pentru confortul oaspeților. Gazda este extrem de amabilă și atentă, mereu disponibilă să ofere recomandări și să ajute cu orice este nevoie. Ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți și apreciați. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest loc – o alegere perfectă pentru un sejur de 5 stele în Brașov! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 -

Nice balcon to have coffee on, with a view towards Black Church. Big, comfy bed, plenty of towels and an extra bed. No bath robes and old TV, with no smart features.

• Karin (7/5): - Ausstattung und Lage war gut. Bei der Ankunft war der Zahnputzbecher vom Vorgänger noch vorhanden. Bad und Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht geputzt. Alle zwei Tage erhielten wir frische Handtücher und die Betten wurden gemacht. Beim Frühstück fehlte entweder Brot oder Besteck und das Rührei sowie der Speck/Würstchen waren kalt. Das Frühstück würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Didn't have time to visit the attached restaurant but it looked lovely. Staff gave great instructions for my late check in. The room was very comfortable and it was nicely renovated and spacious. The balcony area was a nice touch too. The nearby paid parking was a little pricey but very handy and close by.

Bardzo smaczne ale obsługa ma problem z komunikacją w języku angielskim z czego wynikają nieporozumienia . Natomiast pani właścicielka szybko radzi sobie z takimi problemami.

• Mihaly Attila (10/5): Memorable stay - In my opinion, this small hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. Centrally located, comfortable, well equipped and safe. Communication with the owner was excellent. Special thanks for the information about the Transfagarasan highway, which according to Google maps was (incorrectly) still closed, and for the help with booking the hotel in the mountains. The breakfast is excellent with two options: you can have breakfast in the restaurant in the same building (Figaró restaurant) or in the Bella hotel across the street. We chose the latter and it was excellent. We could also use the nearby parking lot belonging to the hotel. It was a memorable stay. -

A szállás belső udvari terasza mellett 20m-re a Fekete templom magasodik. Minden karnyújtásira van, és igazi nyüzsgő élet folyik az Óvárosban, az éttermek egymást érik.

The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean and the outside terrace was great. With the windows closed, you can barely hear the traffic outside. I get hot at night so I had them open, which was quite noisy but I had a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended. It was all great.

• נועה (7/5): - המיקום מצוין והמארחת נחמדה וזמינה. ארוחת הבוקר במלון בלה מוסיקה היתה טעימה ומגוונת. הכניסה למקום הינה דרך מעבר אחורי של מסעדה עם ריח לא נעים.
• EBRU (9/5): - Masal gibi bir kasabanın içinde tarihi bir ev , gerçekten bölgenin ruhunu taşıyor , çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı için seçenek sunuyorlar biz açık büfe olanı seçtik çok memnun kaldık. Konumu meydana yakın her yeri rahatlıkla gezebilirsiniz. Çevrede otopark sorunu olabiliyor.
• Valerii (10/5): Хороший отель реально в самом историческом центре. - Месторасположение супер. Прямо рядом с Черной церковью. Вся историческая пешеходная зона рядом. Ресторанчики, магазинчики, исторические объекты. Номер был на 3 этаже, достаточно просторный, нет минусов. Очень доброжелательная владелица. Встретила, проводила, все рассказала. С нами были две маленькие собачки, никаких вопросов и доп.оплат не было, все отлично. Не оказалось паркинга, сказали занят. Поэтому в воскресенье были проблемы припарковаться.
