• Marija N (9/5): Great option for couples and young travelers, less convenient for families. - The apartment is clean and tidy, with a very good location just a three-minute walk from Vasiliki beach. There is free public parking right next to the apartment, and we always found plenty of available spaces. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. In my opinion, the price is a bit too high for what the apartment offers. There is no kitchen sink, plates, glasses, or even a knife, which makes it less convenient for families planning a longer stay. However, for couples on a shorter vacation who intend to eat out, this accommodation can be a good option.

• Constantin (9/5): Recommended. Stylish and clean. - The building is well maintained, has quality staff - fridge, AC, TV, furniture, has its style, I would say it is built over average. Very clean. Parking olace is there. The check in process...has to be mention you have to walk to another hotel, I think is called Grand Theoni, on the way to port. Despite I communicated here with the staff, they don't mention inadavance this. Second, room is a bit small for 3 adults as I reserved, 3rd bed is very small.

AC was not working properly, we turned it on lowest and it still was not cooling enough. We were in down floor so there was a lot od plants and mosquitoes.

• Andreea (6/5): Firstly, the reception doesn’t exist in Akrotiri Resort. You need to ho to Theony hotel to get your key. Second, 50% of - Basic cleaning every day Firstly, the reception doesn’t exist in Akrotiri Resort. You need to ho to Theony hotel to get your key. Second, 50% of the price was paid via Booking app, then when I arrived at the reception of Theony, they said ‘preferably pay now the remaining 50%’ and I did it. Then in the Booking app they selected my card and invalid, to avoid to take my money twice. But guess what, that was a trick that made me not receiving the reward. Now, after I left it looks cancelled my reservation even I’ve been there, so I will never receive the reward… pay attention. Staff is ok, basic cleaning everyday, but the furniture is old and there are some details where is visible wasn’t ever cleaned. I think the problem is at management level.
• Miha (7/5): Ok, but expensive for what you get - The location is great The value is far from ideal for what you pay. It's a room with a private bathroom. Don't expect too much. In our case, it wasn't very clean. There was hair in the bathroom, the door full of dist from the renovation, etc.

• Irene (2/5): I felt ripped off. Terrible value for money. I should have not been charged more than €60. I’m really annoyed. - The bed Location, completely overpriced, no facilities (you call this Deluxe and there is not even a kettle!), run down property, next to garbage tip and main road. False advertising on Booking.com (I have complained to them).
• Alexandra (6/5): No no no - The reception staff was kind. The room was not cleaned and there were a lot of mosquitos and spiders inside, we had to buy a spray to kill these. On the floor there was hair everywhere. The cleaning lady was really unrespectfull and agrresive. When I show her the hair and the dust in the bathroom she started to scream at me, I couldn't had a normal conversation with her, I had to call twice at the reception for help. The bad is horrible, the smell in the room horrible, bad quality furniture...don't recommend...

• Ica (2/5): Turist trap stay away - Nothing to like, this is an awfull place! They lie about having a breakfast. The breakfast is actually at a different hotel 10 minutes a way and you pay for it as if you go to a different restaurant. The room is not clean and full of bugs. The room doesn't look like the booking pictures! I filed a complaint at booking against this hotel as it shouldn't fool other people too.

• Georgi (4/5): Would NOT recommend it. - I don’t know why it’s called a “resort”. I would call it more like a motel. First, there’s no reception at the property and you have to get your keys or have a breakfast at another hotel. Second, the room was not cleaned properly. We found lots of hair on the floor and dust on the shelves. The fridge was also not cleaned at all. The cleaning lady could not speak English at all and we were really disappointed from our stay.

• Damaris-tabita (7/5): Okish - only for 1 night - The location was good, close to the port but not on the main street to have the noise. We had free parking, which was good. It was on the street and we were afraid not to be hit by another car as it was a very narrow one, but still, it was close to the room. The room wasn't clean properly. The floor was dirty and the toilet had a brown stain. I can understand a dirty floor, but not a dirty toilet. You should definitely change the cleaning personal. Also, the AC and the fridge were very noisy so it was very hard to get asleep.
• Roula (8/5): Very good - Nice modern room. Good location as you can walk to all places in vasiliki and lots of parking around. A small maintenance problem: The door handle of the bathroom was bent and was getting loose continuously. This was not a problem for us as we were staying there only for 3 nights. Lots of noise in the morning from construction around, so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best choice.

About the room. It was super clear and tidy. Even better then the photos. Thank you guys for very pleasant experience. We will definitely come back
