• Catherine (9/5): Home from home - The location is excellent, 5 minutes to train, 5 minutes to shops, less than 10 minutes to old town and beaches. Convenient to all the sights and in addition a great base to visit other gorgeous towns in Puglia like Matera, Monopoli, Bari, Alberobello, Ostuni..... The list goes on. You don't need a car as all these wonders are accessible by train. The apartment is lovely, well laid out and very clean. Shower over bath has great pressure and bed is very comfortable. A real home from home and Pietro is always available and a great host. Highly recommend it. The only negative is that the apartment can be noisy from the adjacent apartments above and below. A minor detail for such a wonderful apartment and location.

• João Werlang (10/5): Excelente localização - anfitrião incrível - bom custo-benefício - silencioso - Muito bem localizada, há poucos metros do estacionamento público, da estação de trem, de mercados e restaurantes. Fácil acesso à rodovia, para chegar e sair. O anfitrião Pietro é muito simpático e atencioso. Ele estava nos esperando na porta, conforme combinamos. Há um espaço junto à porta do edifício (uma porta de garagem) onde estacionamos para baixar a bagagem. Ele nos ajudou com as malas e depois nos guiou com sua moto até o estacionamento público da estação de trem, que fica a cerca de 300m. Lá sempre havia muitas vagas, muito tranquilo. O apartamento é muito completo, com tudo o que você precisa. Na cozinha, tinha azeite, sal, aceto, açúcar, temperos diversos, cápsulas para a máquina de café, biscoitos e até uma garrafa de água mineral na geladeira. Também havia sabão líquido para usar na máquina de lavar roupas! Muito silencioso (bom isolamento acústico) e espaçoso. Tudo perfeito, sem ressalvas.

The apartment has all the utilities needed, coffee machine, washing machine (laundry and dishes), oven, iron. The host Pietro is very nice and kind. He offered us information about the pin points, beaches, boat trips, etc. Nothing bad to say about this accomodation!

The apartment is very spacious and clean, large enough to fit a group of friends or a family. There are only two ACs (one in the bedroom and one in kitchen) but if u turn these 2 on and leave the doors open, in around 1-2 hours, you will get a pleasant temperature in the living room too.

• Anda (10/5): Exceptional - . A spacious apartment—while the bedrooms don’t have windows, it’s not an inconvenience. The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. It’s just two minutes from the train station and an ideal location if you want to explore the area by train. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center.

The flat was really clean and equipped with all we needed, the host even bought milk and a gift. Ideal location only 3 minutes from the train station, 5 from the old town. Nothing, was excellent!

• Vesna (9/5): Pleasant - The host welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, and gave us some useful tips for sightseeing. Although we didn't know exactly when we would arrive in the evening, Mr. Pietro was available and willing to wait for us at any time. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and everything is as in the photos. Parking in October was not a problem, we easily found a place on the street, which I am not sure if it is the case in the season. The bed is comfortable, the only minus is that the two single mattresses are joined together, so often either my husband or I ended up in the middle, which was not that pleasant.  The terrace was very important to me when choosing accommodation, but unfortunately it overlooks a rather busy street, which cannot be seen in the photos. A lot of cars pass by, there is also a roundabout, so sitting on the terrace was not pleasant.

• Mary (10/5): Comfortable, spacious apartment in a great location with easy parking - Great value apartment close to a free parking lot, close to the train station and close to the beach and town. There's a nice little coffee shop just downstairs too. Spacious and comfortable, we had a great stay. The key took a few tries to work out how to use but once you get the hang of it you're fine!
• Dohyun (7/5): Good - The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. The cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. There is free parking available near the accommodation. The overall facilities are quite old and many areas are in need of repair (cracked tiles on the floor, the showerhead in the bathroom, and an unpleasant smell from the washing machine). The towels seemed very worn out; it would be better to replace them with new ones. There was no microwave and no large knife, so I had to cut a watermelon and prepare meals with a small knife, which was inconvenient. It would be helpful to provide more basic supplies

• Martin (9/5): Great host and location - Pietro met us quickly outside apartment. He gave a good walk/talk through. Even gave a gift for our daughter. He then led the way to the (ample) free parking area before giving me a quick guided tour of the area (beaches, old town, supermarkets, etc) on the back of his moped! I’d been secretly wanting to zip around on one and this was a great experience. 😬 Apartment is very spacious and spotless. A nice 2 seater balcony lets you watch the hustle and bustle below. Though next to a road (sometimes busy), could not hear traffic in bedrooms. Pietro gave good advice on where/how to visit local areas (Ostuni (drive), Bari old town (train), Monopoli (train), etc. I think this is a great spot, with a great host and would stay here again. Aircon in kitchen and main bedroom - but not in small bedroom (we just kept kitchen and bedroom one on to ensure it wasn’t too hot for daughter sleeping in there - it was fine). No aircon in living room; this made it quite hot in there, even with windows open. Big fridge (with water and orange juice) and an adequate freezer (even had some ice ready to go). Dishwasher and washing machine (6kg) even came with detergent. Electrics trip when AC on. Pietro showed us how to reset; though had to juggle electrical item usage. A few broken floor tiles around which should be repaired - dangerous if walking barefoot. Could do with a bit more cutlery, cups, glasses and crockery so as to not have to wash up all the time. Could do with AC in the living room too - tried to open the door to guide the AC from bedroom and kitchen to it, but to no avail. Was nice out on the veranda though. Any comments made are to help keep up the high standards this accommodation obviously has (and are not meant to be negative or put anyone off from staying).

The apartment is in a very convenient location close to the waterfront, shops, and supermarket. The washing machine and iron was an unexpected bonus. We highly recommend Dimora Elpidia and the hosts.
• David (10/5): A home away from home!! - If you are visiting Puglia, Elpidia is a GREAT place to stay! The location-right around the corner from the train station-is perfect. Polignano is a delightful town & the hosts are our new friends! The value & experience are terrific the longer you stay.

Everything you need as a base to explore this beautiful town and surrounding area. Lighting was a bit bright on an evening, May we suggest lower wattage bulbs for the bedside lamps. People noisy in accommodation above, but this is obviously outside the control of the hosts.

There is free parking on the train station which is 5 min walk from the apartement Rooms doesn't have windows. one room is very small and a bit claustrophobic. • Bonimba3 (10/5): Great apartment for families - Tha apartment is exactly as advertised in the images: spacious and luminous. It was spotless clean when we arrived and there were all tools around the house to keep it tidy during our long stay. The hosts are caring, friendly but professional and available for any questions. There is free parking space just in front of the apartment but can be hard to find a free spot. We were lucky enough this time and parked there most of our stay. Close by there are nice restaurants, pharmacy and parapharmacy (where we were able to buy all we needed for our 6 months-old baby), cafes and markets for your grocery shopping (you might need it). The centre of Polignano is very close by; we walked there with our son on the stroller quite easily.
