• Nikolay.Nikolov (9/5): Top Location & Italian Spirit at Appartamenti Reali Bonaccini - Appartamenti Reali Bonaccini is in a prime location for exploring Milan. All the main sights are within a 15-minute walk, and there's a convenient grocery store nearby. It’s also very close to the Navigli canals, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and great spots for a traditional Milanese aperitivo. You can truly feel the authentic spirit of the city here Тhe bathroom was great—sparkling clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was the shower: water was coming out of both the handheld spray and the rainfall head at the same time, and I couldn’t switch between them. However, that’s my only complaint, and considering how good everything else was, it was very easy to overlook.

The apa - The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very nice and clean. The owner is very accommodating, understanding and responds fast when you message. Definitely recommended! Parking is available when booked advance. None. The property is perfect.

• Vizitiu (10/5): - Excellent apartment in a very nice and pleasant area, with many great restaurants nearby and quite central, only 1.6 km from the city center. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back whenever I have the opportunity. Highly recommended!
• Monika (2/5): Heureusement que nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit dans cet appartement, car plus ça n’aurait pas été supportable ave - Rien !!! Le personnel très désagréable. L’appartement était bouché de partout, les lavabos dans la salle de bains et la cuisine étaient totalement bouchés, de manière à ce que c’était impossible de se laver les mains car le lavabo était débordé d’eau. La douche, était tellement bouchée, qu’à la fin de la douche, on se retrouvât à avoir de l’eau jusqu’au dessus des chevilles, car la cabine de douche de remplissait d’eau, pas du tout hygiénique. Les verres n’étaient pas très propres.

• Jessica (8/5): Lo recomiendo! - El alojamiento es genial tanto el apartamento como la zona donde se encuentra. Está limpio, es amplio y el edificio da confianza. Pero el colchón del sofá cama es horrible, tocas con las maderas de fino que es, la otra cama genial. Lo único que le falta es un microondas para poder calentar comodamente si traes algo de comida preparada. La anfitriona muy amable, aunque sus indicaciones para llegar fatal porque nos dijo la parada de metro a puedta de Brera y está lejísimos, después tuvimos que coger jn taxi. Mucho mejor San Agostino o Puerta de Brera. El colchón del sofá cama, fatal. El aseo no tragaba mucho y nos lavamos los dientes en la cocina. La cocina está bien equipada pero no cocinamos, por eso un microondas hubiera ido genial pra calentar las cosas. Buenas idicaciones para llegar desde la estación de tren con metro .

Durante la prenotazione veniva indicato come servizio il parcheggio privato incluso nel prezzo, quando in realtà il parcheggio a detta del proprietario era al completo! Ho dovuto lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio vicino alla struttura pagandolo ben 40 euro per una notte !!!

• Denisa (9/5): - Nos gustó mucho lo limpio que estaba todo. Es bastante céntrico y en 15-20 minutos caminando llegas a todo. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Y todo el apartamento estaba muy cuidado. El baño era excelente muy limpio. La propietaria es muy muy agradable y detallista. Nos encontramos varios detalles en el apartamento como galletas y cruasanes, muy amable No nos gustó el hecho que se oye todo. Hay como 3 apartamentos mas en el pasillo y las personas que habían la primera noche era bastante ruidosas. He tenido que salir a llamarle la atención que era bastante tarde y no podíamos dormir porque hacían mucho ruido. Al día siguiente se lo comunique a la propietaria y me dijo que teníamos que haberla llamado si escucháramos ruido, se ven que son muy estrictos con el ruido

• Ottoniel (9/5): Great value for money, excellent location, very convenient check-in and check-out. - The location of this property was really convenient. We could either walk or take public transport to the main attractions or to the train station to take a bit longer trips. There were a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby and there was also a small supermarket around the corner for any basics needs. Communication with the host was very easy and clear. The check-in and check-out process was also very streamlined and without fuss. All in all we recommend this property. Everything was great, really no complains. A couple of observations: - Having a kitchen was great but it could have benefitted by having some pantry basics (oil, salt). It was a non-issue because there was a supermarket less then 200m away. - The sofa-bed was as comfortable as a sofa-bed can be but some people might find it uncomfortable after a couple of nights.

Mi familia y yo quedamos fascinados. Si volvemos a Milán elegiremos Appartamenti Reali Bonaccini sin ninguna duda. Lo único que podría mejorar un poco (por decir algo) es el wifi. No nos fue muy bien.

• Marleen (7/5): Het was was oké maar ik raad het niet aan - De locatie De bedden, deze waren absoluut niet comfortabel en het was zeer gehorig. Ik ben ‘s nachts uit bed gegaan om te vragen of de buren zachter wilden doen. Er was veel lawaai ‘s nachts van mensen die het complex binnenkwamen.
