• Nikolas (3/5): By far below expectations. At least it is near a beach - Near the beach, the Kiteza beach is only 35 minutes walk, or 7 minutes with car. Unfortunately, this property was far below expectations and did not match the description on Booking. The private bathroom door was broken and dangerous to fall over a person, and the bathroom had cockroaches. The apartment claims to have several amenities (washing machine, toaster, iron, clothes rack, terrace), but most of them were either missing, or completely different from what was advertised. For example, the “clothes rack” was just a rope outside the building, the fridge was extremely small, the apartment didn't have any washing machine at all and there was only one air-conditioner for three rooms, leaving the second bedroom very hot. Accessibility is also misleading: it is not on the ground floor as stated, but on an upper floor, which is difficult with a stroller or any accessibility issue. The “terrace/garden” that is advertised is simply the shared corridor outside the building door, which is nothinglike a private outdoor space. In addition, the property shows clear signs of neglect: the toilet seat cover was loose, the shutter handle was broken, and there was no light in the shower, meaning you can only use it during daylight hours. Some protective fixtures were half-detached and hanging, creating a very unsafe impression. Another misleading point was the so-called “parking” – in reality, it was a narrow dirt road where you have to park against a wall, making it almost impossible for another car to pass without scratching yours. The entrance door of the building was always unlocked, and there was a strong smell in the staircase. On the last day, while packing, I even found a dusty pair of socks and a slipper under the bed – proof of how poorly the apartment is cleaned. I left them there, as I doubt anyone will ever clean that area properly. I contacted Booking directly regarding these misleading descriptions, and although they assured me the host was informed, the listing still shows the same incorrect information.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at this peaceful accommodation as an overnight stay near the airport which is about a 20 mins drive away. The bed was cosy and the shower was very good.
• Eyal (9/5): Spacious Villa Oasis Near the Airport – Perfect with a Car! - Our late-night arrival at this villa, almost at midnight, was incredibly smooth thanks to the very clear instructions we received for entry. What truly made the experience special was the warm welcome from the hostess, who came to greet us personally and show us around. We were absolutely amazed by the sheer size of the villa! It was a huge place to stay, featuring not just a comfortable bedroom but also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious saloon. We literally almost got lost exploring it! The location was ideal for our needs, being very close to the airport – it took us just 15 minutes to reach it in the morning. This makes it an excellent choice for a short stopover before or after a flight. While the breakfast is not elaborate, it certainly answered our needs for crashing after a long journey, and the shower was very good. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent, and the convenience of a deposit key box for leaving the keys made for an easy departure. This villa is also a fantastic option if you're looking to spend some time in the peaceful countryside. If you're seeking a spacious, comfortable, and well-serviced stopover near the airport, or a tranquil countryside escape, and you have your own vehicle, we highly recommend this wonderful villa! It's crucial to note that you absolutely must have a car to reach this place. Without private transportation, navigating to and from the villa using public transportation would be very challenging and a significant hassle.

• Renzo (6/5): Pleasant - Very disappointed. The apartment is not fit to host guests in the cold winter months: when we arrived at the apartment there were 14degreeC. The only part of the apartment that we managed to heat up was the bedroom. The bathroom remained freezing. Some of the equipment we wanted to use did not work (electric socket in kitchen, lamp in bed…). Overall the apartment was acceptably clean, bathroom and toilet was ok, but for the rest it could be improved significantly. At least the price was low, but if I had known before I would have spent more for a different location with heating system, the overall quality/price ratio remained barely acceptable. I give 6 because I think that without the heating issue it could be a 7, but for our experience it was a 5. This is not what I expect from an apartment rated 9 on Booking.com.

It has great location if you have a car - very close to beaches, shops, restaurants and touristic attractions. Apartment is very big and cozy, everything was clean. The territory is also green, with blooming bushes, great flowers. You have everything you might need at this property, like at home. You even have lovely sea view from kitchen! The owner Helena was very kind and always ready to help us. She even provided lots of toys for our 4 years old daughter, which was so kind of her. Apartment has air conditioning which helped us a lot) Definitely would recommend this place!

But you definitely need a car, it takes longer to get to the sea and other interesting places without it. The hostess is just a wonderful person! I recommend this Oasis, I would come back myself again! -

It is located in a very quiet place and surrounded by nature. You can only dream of such a place. I recommend this place with all my heart, and Mrs. Katerina is extremely friendly and helpful. I just have to come back here.
