• Olga (4/5): Отличный хозяин, но посредственное жилье. - Лучшее что было в этом бронировании — Стефано. Очень приятный и доброжелательный, всегда готовый прийти на помощь. Он старался решить нашу проблему, но увы это не помогло. Среди минусов квартиры есть вещи которые хост никак не мог изменить и это моя проблема, что я не проверила это. Квартира выходит на площадь и там ОЧЕНЬ шумно до часу ночи, а колокол начинает бить в 7 утра. Как итог: о хорошем сне можно и не мечтать. Среди минусов, которые не понравились и они могли быть устранены: 1) квартира в целом плохо оборудована. Один шкаф на всю квартиру — вещи положить негде, пришлось класть их на полу. 2) стойкий запах мочи в туалете. Может быть из-за того, что дом старый, но это надо встречать. В ванной комнате было неприятно находиться. 3) ванная комната на две спальни просто крошечная. В душ не поместится человек который весит больше 100 кг. Мы весим меньше и ты чувствуешь себя внутри душевой как в тесном шкафу. Расположить вещи в ванной не представлялось возможным — абсолютное отсутствие полок. Бери все с собой и уноси все в комнату после ванных процедур — как в общежитии. 4) лифт есть, но и ступеней много. Не надейтесь особенно на лифт. 5) букинг при бронировании на лист подтверждения ставит фото с террасой, которой не было. It’s indeed very misleading. Из-за всех этих проблем мы съехали на следующий же день и я забронировала другой отель. Хороший сон важнее денег. Кстати, на машине вы доедете только до гаража в 10 минут, а ездить по центру флоренции на автомобиле — ужасный опыт. Не рекомендую.

Pulizia nella norma, insonorizzazione e comfort overall sono quelli di un edificio storico (che è anche uno dei plus)

• Milagros (8/5): Inolvidable! - Me encantó la atención que nos brindó Stefano. Desde el inicio todo fue muy fluido y se adaptó a las necesidades especiales de mi madre de 87 años. Antes de llegar ya sabíamos cómo funcionaría, nos recibió Kevin con mucha amabilidad y Stefano nos mandó datos con recomendaciones de lugares para comer y visitar que, además de excelentes, ayudaron a que la experiencia en Florencia estuviera completa. El ruido de la plaza. Lamentablemente, hay una persona que toca la guitarra a un volumen alto con altoparlante todas las noches y se cuela el ruido de la gente en la plaza. Felizmente, no dura mucho tiempo el "concierto". También podrían mejorar el espacio para guardar la ropa y poner más colgadores.

• DORA (10/5): Dias mágicos na Casa Batontini. - Melhor vista impossível! Belíssima! Além dos cuidados do Stefano conosco, o que abrilhantou ainda mais a viagem. Ótimo apartamento e muito bonito. Passamos 10 dias, mas passaríamos mais. Mas, eu faria um comentário construtivo: as janelas poderiam vedar mais a entrada de vento.

La ducha es diminuta, la más pequeña que he visto en mi vida (60x60 cm) y ésto, unido a que sólo hay un rociador fijo, hace que la ducha sea totalmente complicada. La cama se mueve un poco. Solo hay 2 tenedores. No hay microondas, y creo que es fundamental hoy en día.

Stefano was an extremely helpful host sending us an array of recommendations for restaurants, groceries, gelaterias, and convenience stores. The kitchen while small was complete and we enjoyed cooking there. The bathroom could use more light but wasn't too much of an issue. Besides that, we encountered no issues and appreciated that the building had an elevator which is uncommon in Florence.

• Jessica Lynn (10/5): The host, Stefano was very accommodating and sent us very helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions in Flo - This property was perfect for our two nights stay and exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, it was located right on the square and was walking distance from all the man attractions. The view was also great from the room. We would have loved to stay longer. We highly recommend this for your stay. I am relatively tall and found the shower is a little small, however I was still able to fit just fine.
• Gill (10/5): Buonissimo! - Buonissimo! An amazing location right in the heart of the old city, an easy walk to all the main sights and lots of choice of places to eat and drink. The balcony view was fantastic, and lovely to sit out on for a little break when the sun reached it. Stefano was a very responsive and helpful host too. Noise wasn't a problem for us, and it was quite funny (!?) to be woken by the cathedral bells in the morning! The cafe on the corner below (3rd pic) was perfetto for morning cappuccino and cornettos. Grazie mille Stefano, we'll definitely be back! We loved it! The flat is quite basic but clean and comfortable, and the location more than compensates. The mezzanine bed access ladder was a little hairy for me so I used the sofabed, but it wasn't a problem for my daughter. A problem with the key was quickly sorted and the lift was out of action on our final day, but hopefully that was quickly fixed too.

L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise on entend tout ce qu'il se passe devant le duomo, c'est le prix à payer pour être aussi proche. :)
• YEEUN (7/5): 잠들기는 힘들지만 다시 오고 싶은 숙소 - 위치가 환상적이었고 두오모 뷰라서 좋았다 그리고 호스트가 매우 호의적이며 친화적인 사람이라는 것과 도움을 줄 준비가 되어있는 사람이라는게 느껴지게끔 사소한 정보도 정확하고 세심하게 챙겨줘서 정말 좋았다! 오래된 가구들이 집안 분위기를 가라앉게 하는 것 같아서 치우거나 교체를 하시면 좋을 것 같아요 그리고 이건 호스트가 통제할 수 없는거지만.. 소음이 심각합니다 평소 소음도 잠들기 힘든수준인데 마지막 이틀동안은 밤부터 새벽까지 이어지는 축구팬들의 고성방가로 인해 잠도 못잤지만 스트레스가 너무 심각했어요

• Nikonicole (10/5): - 下樓就是百花大教堂廣場，地點相當好。入住前，屋主就很積極且充分的溝通到達的時間及如何取得鑰匙，當我到達時，屋主已經在房門口等著我們了並仔細介紹房間的設備及廚房的使用方式。最棒的是，房間內就有洗衣機，這對自助旅行的我們非常方便。
• Mohamad (10/5): - The location is perfect, the place is super cozy and clean. It was honestly my best stay in Italy! I’d definitely come back here when I visit Florence again.
• MENGYA (10/5): Love - We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. Stefano was incredibly helpful and provided all the information we needed. The apartment offers an amazing view of the Dome and the square — truly breathtaking. Its location is perfect, close to everywhere we wanted to visit, which made our stay super convenient. In the evenings, a musician played in the square, and the beautiful music felt like the apartment’s own background soundtrack. We’d happily stay here again if we return to Florence.
• Park (10/5): - 두오모 바로 앞이라 말이 필요 없는 위치. 사장님 친절함. 두오모 버스킹 공연을 매일 볼수 있음. 생각외로 방음이 잘되서 창문 닫으면 조용해요. 엘베있어요. 안에 간이주방있어서 간단한 요리도 가능해요. (인덕션 전자렌지 싱크대 구비.) 화장싱 청소가 덜되었는지 화장실에 찌린내가 났음. 창문가에 새똥이 생각보다 많음. 문 잠금장치가 아날로그라 좀 불편해요

• Nicolas (10/5): Very enjoyable place to stay when visiting Florence. The location was fantastic. - The location was excellent. Very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants. The manager was very friendly and always available.
• Khanh (6/5): - The location is good. The host is friend and nice! There was only one toilet for sharing between 2 rooms and 4 people, which was not convenient. Also the toilet is small and smelly.
• Marie Therese (10/5): Fabulous 💛 - Casa Barontini is a gem of a property in a superb location. The view from the balcony cannot be underestimated. Watching the world go by the Duomo is something very special . The property itself is really clean with everything you need for your stay. The location cannot be more central with everything of interest in walking distance . The host Stefano gets a 10 from us for his efficiency and friendliness with a seamless check in . If you are going to Florence make sure you stay in this property at least once . Nothing

• Carla (10/5): Stefano is a gem! He is such a wonderful host. He is extremely helpful and a very good communicator. We would definti - The location was perfect for what we wanted. We were right in the center of activity. It was wonderful for us! Bright and airy. Nice high ceilings! Well equipped with all the basics needed. If you want a super quiet place, this may be more lively than you want. But we were happy to be in the center of things.
• Annette (10/5): Wonderful location to explore and enjoy Florence - Location. Was great to get out and about around Florence. Enjoyed the views and people watching! Stefano was very helpful with suggestions and answered all questions I had. Was always accessible. It was a bit loud due to the location but the bedroom was in the back and I travel with a portable sound machine which is a must when traveling. Very helpful here.

• Eftihia (9/5): Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence! - Amazing location right in the centre of everything! Fantastic communication, our host Stefano was always available to help and give advice. Big sized apartment and the lift was great in getting the luggage to the top floor. Loved the little washing machine! Very detailed instructions on how to check in which was a great help. Loved our stay! Given the central location be prepared for noise (we were fine with it but others might not). There is the constant chatter, late at night you will hear street performers (I liked it). There was maintenance being done to the duomo so there was some construction noise too. It is a small trade off given everything else was awesome!
• Mary (10/5): Wonderful romantic apartment. The views are fantastic and central location - The location was fantastic. You could open the window at night and listen to the beautiful Guitar music. The room was very comfortable and clean we really felt at home. We can not wait to visit again. This will be our go to destination. Nothing
• Éamonn (6/5): Phenomenal views, but at a cost... - Views of the main square were terrific and, therefore, provided excellent access to the historical centre of Florence. The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was way too small in comparison to the rest of the apartment, where it seemed a lot of space was wasted. We had to wait almost an hour in nearly 40° heat, because the owner was uncontactable. The front bedroom experiences noise well into the early hours as a direct result of its location.
• Nathan (7/5): Amazing location - Location Both beds were uncomfortable, especially the fold out bed. On the last morning it was very noisy, very early which seemed to be from inside the building.
• Jessica (8/5): The perfect homely apartment! - The location was great if you like to be in the hustle and bustle of it all. The host Stefano was extremely accommodating and welcomed us upon arrival. The room was clean, comfortable and made our stay feel very homely
