- Farah (4/5): not bad but just okay. strategic place - i like the view , strategic place . easy to find muslim food place . near to petrol station. thats was great. car park im positive thats was good 👍🏻 the toilet. still have poo but it was late to call housekeepers cs we are so tired balik from kampung want to take rest cs tomorrow will be a long journey to kch and i dis pointed the lift was broke at that time. the room at 3rd floor i didn’t expect that was so high.

- Justina (1/5): If u're looking for cheap night stay, go for it. If u scare insects&dirt, this is not a good place. - The location of Hotel Malaysia is great, near the center of Sibu. The price of a night stay is cheap. The outside design of the building looks elegant. Although the outside looked elegant, the inner of the hotel was messy. Already knew that there was no lift in the hotel Malaysia, but the condition of the room was very unacceptable. There were a lot of mosquitoes. The most terrible thing was, got big spiders (shown in pic) and cockroaches in the room! I requested to change room and move to a higher level, but it was still the same. The floor and bed were very dirty. Toilet got lots of dirt too, and no provided soap and toothpaste. Seems like the staff never do the cleaning chores. I booked three nights but checked out after the first night. Can't sleep well whole the night under these terrible conditions.
