• Margaret (10/5): - Beautiful villa with amazing views down o sea and across to Famara village. Perfect for our family of 6. Pool was a big hit with children. Very modern, clean and good communication with hosts. Would recommend.
• Félix (8/5): Un endroit très agréable - L'emplacement est magnifique, l'extérieur est très agréable, la vue imprenable et en parfaite tranquillité. La piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Les lits sont confortables. La propreté peut être améliorée : la cuisine n'était pas parfaitement propre à notre arrivée, les couvertures d'appoint et plaids n'étaient pas lavés depuis un certain temps. Les lumières sont par ailleurs très blanches, des lumières chaudes rendraient l'intérieur bien plus agréable en soirée.
• Jules Vacances (1/5): Aufgrund starken Schimmels war die Unterkunft nicht nutzbar und wir mussten vorzeitig abreisen !!! - Unabhängig vom Schimmelproblem wirkt die Anlage insgesamt ansprechend. Wir haben die Unterkunft für den Zeitraum vom 04.01. bis 11.01.2026 gebucht und mussten diese leider bereits am 06.01.2026 vorzeitig verlassen. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft fiel ein starker Geruch nach Chlor in Kombination mit einem modrigen Geruch auf. Am nächsten Tag wurde bei Tageslicht deutlich, dass es sich nicht nur um Feuchtigkeit, sondern um einen erheblichen Schimmelbefall handelte. Betroffen waren insbesondere das Badezimmer sowie das angrenzende Schlafzimmer. In mehreren Bereichen entstand zudem der Eindruck, dass der Schimmel lediglich oberflächlich überstrichen wurde. Auch in einem Einbauschrank war der Geruch extrem stark und es waren im oberen Bereich sichtbare Sporen vorhanden. Die Fensterbereiche waren ebenfalls sichtbar betroffen. Unter diesen Umständen war ein weiterer Aufenthalt für uns – insbesondere mit Kindern – aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht zumutbar. Wir haben den Vermieter umgehend kontaktiert und um eine Lösung gebeten. Eine Ersatzunterkunft wurde jedoch nicht angeboten. Stattdessen wurde lediglich vorgeschlagen, ein Serviceteam zur „Behebung“ zu schicken, was angesichts des Ausmaßes aus unserer Sicht keine kurzfristige und fachgerechte Lösung darstellen konnte. Der Vermieter war zu keinem Zeitpunkt persönlich vor Ort, um sich ein Bild von der Situation zu machen. Eine ernsthafte Auseinandersetzung mit dem Problem hat aus unserer Sicht nicht stattgefunden. Da kurzfristig keine alternative Ferienunterkunft verfügbar war, mussten wir notgedrungen auf ein Hotel ausweichen, wodurch zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgte lediglich in sehr geringem Umfang (nur ein Bruchteil des Gesamtpreises), obwohl der Aufenthalt faktisch nicht nutzbar war. Eine weitergehende Einigung konnte trotz mehrfacher Versuche unsererseits nicht erzielt werden. Wir bedauern diese Erfahrung sehr, da wir uns auf den Aufenthalt gefreut hatten. Leider können wir die Unterkunft unter den geschilderten Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Kristof (5/5): Tolle Lage, schöner Garten, aber das Haus nicht in gutem technischen Zustand. - Toll gelegen mit schönem Blick über die Bucht. Schöne Gartenanlage mit tollen Kakteen. Das Türschloß und der Safe waren kaputt. Von Sonntag bis Freitag konnte das Haus nicht abgeschlossen werden. Der Küchenabfluss war verstopft und konnte erst vom 2. Handwerker repariert werden. Ausstattung des Hauses recht spartanisch. Kein Staubsauger, nur ein Besen mit Kehrblech. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen nicht mit genügend Geschirr ausgestattet. Bei der Benutung von Toaster und Wasseekocher gleichzeitig flog jedes Mal die Sicherung raus.

• Paul (10/5): Si nous revenons aux Canaries ce sera dans cette villa - une petite villa très confortable et très bien équipée. Une piscine (chauffée), et les personnes de contact chez Canaryislandshost sont très réactifs pour toute question. Vraiment à recommander.

• Känzig (9/5): Wenig Touristen, schöner und naturnaher Strand, Automiete ist zu empfehlen. - Schlüsselbox mit Code - sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben nur die Gewürze in der Küche und zwei Leintücher für ein Doppelbett vermisst. Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau :-)
• Petra.pepe (8/5): Szépen rendezett villa klassz privát térrel, medencével és panorámával. - Fantasztikus kilátás nyílt a tengerre és a távolban lévő vulkánokra. Tetszett a medence, még épp kellemes volt a vize. Nagyon kényelmesek voltak az ágyak. Nagyon tetszett az udvar kialakítása, rendezettsége. Jó volt az autó beálló is. Hátul a hegyekre a kilátás szintén szuper volt. Imádtuk a környéket. A kisgyerekek nagyon élvezték a tengerpartot, kiváltképp a homokdűnék közti rohangálást. A környék egy kifejezett szörf paradicsom, sok szörf iskolával a környéken. Sajnos találkoztunk egy csótánnyal első este. Ez nem tetszett, de csak egyszer fordult elő… A kotyogós kávéfőző nem indukciós lapra való volt. (Volt kapszulás kávéfőző is, pár kihelyezett kapszulával, de ezt előre nem lehetett tudni.) Mosogatógép tabletta viszont egy szem sem volt.

• Dora (6/5): - Pogled, prostranost. Kuhinja nije dobro opremljena. Nema dovoljno posuda. Nema uopce pecnicu. Nije bilo dovoljno lezaljki oko bazena. Zvali smo u tri navrata domacine i slali mailove, ali ocito cim platite vise ne odgovaraju na iste. Zamjena rucnika i posteljine je suludo skupa.

De keuken was niet proper en er was niks voorzien om te koken, geen peper, geen zout, geen suiker, geen deftig mes, geen wasknijpers, de grote parasol was kapot….de Rituals verpakkingen in de douche opgevuld met goedkope producten… heel dunne strand lakentjes…. heel jammer…. Met een beetje extra aandacht kan dit huis perfect worden.

Shops and other places to eat were a good walk away and we couldn’t get taxis

Beds comfortable and living room worked well. Kitchen not fit or equipped to cook in. No oven, which we knew but lack of pans etc. too. Toaster fused the house. Box in cupboard for a coffee machine - no coffee machine in it. Towels small and thin - really cheap and poor. Bathrooms not terribly clean with mould on walls at high level. Plates and tableware poor quality and not a set of matching cutlery.
• Sebastian (10/5): Would pick again! - The sunset and the view ovarall is absolutely stunning. Very large pull helped a lot with the heat that we weren't used to. Very quiet place. We couldn't dream of better holiday. Highly recommend. There is only one restaurant close by, but the food was amazing and the staff were nice.

• Mariia (10/5): It was an amazing stay. - The location was great, the view, the house was beautiful! The pool is preheated and the parking place very convenient. Inside of the house wifi didn’t work. And I with there were pool towels, hand soaps and some basic stuff for cooking like salt and oil, and cutting boards. Otherwise the kitchen was fully equipped and totally great.

• Michael (9/5): Lovely Special Place - Lovely setting and beach. One of the best properties in the development. Off street parking. Comfy beds and good cooking facilities. Nice 7m pool heated and with cover. Lovely open gardens with mature cacti and trees and black ground volcanic rock. We really enjoyed the views to both the front and rear of the property and would live to stay there again sometime. The cleaners had left a used nappy in the bin by the BBQ and quite a few cigarette butts around the grounds. On picking up the keys from the safety box and entering the alarm went off something we were not informed of prior to our stay. We managed to locate the alarm fob box within a few minutes. Not the relaxed start we were after.
• Melanie (7/5): Lovely place and Famara Beach is a lovely surfing place with nice authentic fish restaurants. - Loved the views and the lounge doors that opened on to the patio. There were no 'little touches' that would have made this one night stay extra special - just little things like enough coffee pods for the number of people staying at the villa and a little milk in the fridge... possibly a few biscuits...or even a bottle of wine due the price of the villa. We wanted to arrive one hour early, but this was not granted, which was a shame, when we had to be out of the property by 10am, so we felt like there was plenty of time to clean the property, and it was Coronation Day, so we would have liked to have been in a settled place.
• Abbe (8/5): Great villa, lovely wee pool, beautiful view. - well designed, comfortable property, close to the beach. Nothing we didn’t like but it wasn’t the safest to lock up as the sliding doors didn’t lock securely. Also a car is useful to get around if you stay here. Otherwise just lovely.
• Lucy (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and property. Pool was the right temperature throughout our stay. Outdoor space and views were amazing. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Short walk across the beach to the village. Surf was amazing and excellent equipment hire facilities. Be mindful there isn't a oven however BBQ facilities are great.
