Guest Reviews
- Amy (10/5): Excellent. Lovely house, perfect for what we needed. - Lovely interior. We didn't get the code to get in the house until chasing after 3pm, but this is a minor issue.
- Emma (8/5): - In a pleasant and convenient location
- Dani (10/5): My stay was very comfortable. Lots of space in the house. Owner extremely helpful and great customer service 10/10 - Very Spacious and comfortable. Great location! N/A
- Jhody (5/5): Not great - The location was good I really don’t like giving bad reviews but I do have to be honest, unfortunately the house was grubby n dirty, it’s been badly renovated where things aren’t finished off properly, a bit slap dash and it there’s a musty smell like stagnant water/wet dog/stale smoke.
It wasn’t a pleasant stay unfortunately

- Anthony (1/5): We left at 2am — completely unacceptable, unsafe, and neglected - We were give earlier access. We booked this property for a wedding weekend and ended up leaving at 2am due to how unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained it was.
The most serious issue was safety. The garden decking, covered with artificial grass, was rotten and dangerous, my ankle nearly went through it. Inside, there were exposed sockets, a cracked mirror, and a poorly positioned bathroom cabinet that one of the family staying gashed his head off.
Hygiene was unacceptable. There was mould throughout, a strong damp smell on arrival, dirty food containers, used clothing left in drawers, and what appeared to be egg residue in the kettle.
We also had problems accessing the property due to an incorrect code, which delayed entry and resulted in a parking fine as we couldn’t access the permit in time.
The overall condition felt rushed and neglected, with a Christmas tree still left up. It’s a shame, as the property has potential but needs a complete overhaul.
Additional issues included broken drawers, ripped flooring, a washing machine left running, and a TV that didn’t work.
We had no choice but to leave and drive 3–4 hours home in the middle of the night with our 2 small children. The only positive was early access, which does not make up for the experience.
I would strongly advise others to avoid.
- Maureen (10/5): Great stay. Will use again - Great location. Nicely decorated.
- Faye (10/5): -
- Chris (8/5): - Location and size were excellent Missing a few items when trying to cook in the house.
- Pinto (1/5): -
- emma (8/5): Pre cruise stay excellent location - Great sized property pre cruise location, a ground floor bedroom was handy for climbing stairs.. I think the decking needs replacing and a bit of garden maintenance.
- Martyn (5/5): - Location was what we went for Rooms were big enough
- Damaris (1/5): Avoid - Key collection and check-in were simple. Four simple double bedrooms. 1 bathroom. Location is great. The booking information stated that we could be charged up to £100 for any damages after our stay (I have proof of this by email). This was absolutely fine and perfectly reasonable. However, less than 24 hours before our check-in time, I received a message from the property stating that they wouldn't release the check in details until we sent them £100 deposit to a private account. This was upsetting because we didn't have time to change our booking so the property gave us no choice and forced us to send over the money or lose our booking and ruin our holiday plans.
We left the property before the stated check out time and took extra care leave the house just as we found it; clean and tidy. I contacted the property 1 day after our stay to ask about our deposit and they confirmed that "the house was fully checked and we are happy to confirm the authorization for the deposit refund was done upon your check out". They also said that the deposit "should show up in your account within 2-5 working days of refund". We thought that this was a bit strange considering that bank transfers are generally instant these days.
After waiting 5 working days, the money still had not shown up. I contacted the property and also contacted Booking.com customer service via phone (who were very helpful indeed). Booking.com customer service confirmed that the property had not stuck to the agreed security policy and should not have asked for £100 to a private account while withholding check in details. After contacting customer service, I am happy to say that I received a payment of £100 from the property via a private account.
I will NOT be booking with this property again and will not be recommending this stay to others.
Response to property comment: I can see that you have wrongly asked for a pre check-in deposit of £100 before. Please see review in March 2025.
- Barbara (6/5): Good place to relax with friends. Better accommodations instructions on site would be helpful - Good space good location. Nice space to meet friends for a visit before leaving on a cruise. If an instruction sheet was sent 24 hours before checking I did not see it. Needed to call the number on the confirmation to get the lockbox code to enter. I was advised instructions to me would be texted.. They were sent to what's app instead but I dont use that app.. When we entered it was very cold and no instruction packet was on site explaing the amenities and instructions to operate things in the rental. That is customary in accommodations of this type for the future. It required additional calls to locate the boiler to get the heat going. Just push the button didn't produce results as the boiler would not come on and after quite a while we discovered a wall switch outside the room where the boiler was located was off. It looked like a standard light switch to me so am not sure if it was off or I shut it off, but if it was labeled it could have been very helpful. By the time we got the heat going booking. Com had resent the rental details sheet. A little info packet on site would be beneficial for future visitors. Finally with heat running we were ready to relax with some snacks and a glass of wine. The corkscrew provided did not work and needs to be replaced. Luckily have a corkscrew in my travel kit so all was well and the rest of our stay went well.
- Claire (10/5): - The place is huge, was ideal for us as a family, will definitely book again!

- Alan (1/5): A total waste of money and a bad start to our holiday - I liked absolutely nothing about this property. It was dirty, in a bad state of repair with broken fixtures and fittings and did not match both the photos or the description advertised. Photos can be included. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned (photos can be provided) There were insect/rodent faeces present in the living room. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls in most bedrooms along with broken curtain rails and a broken full length mirror. The place did not match it's description at all! Please avoid
- Derrick (8/5): Great big rooms and very clean - House was clean and there biscuits and tea left for us Key lockbox was confusing as the one you seen first was the wrong one then there was two bedside the door to high for small people this is the only improvement that they could make
- James (9/5): -
- Holly (7/5): Lovely home from home. Great location and comfy beds. - The house is walking distance to Central Southampton. The house was clean with large rooms and a nice social space downstairs. The kitchen was fully kitted with everything you could need. Only negatives would be there is only one bathroom so it took a while for a group of women to all get showered in the morning 😅 and we didn't realise that towels weren't included but luckily a few of us did pack them.
- Katie (1/5): - Nothing House stank of damp, wasn't clean at all, there was some sort of bodily fluid on the bath panel ( looked like sick) so I could not bath my children. There were broken blinds, broken plants pots and litter all over the garden. The oven gloves were filthy so could not use them for fear of getting ill. The shower and bathroom in general was covered in mould, dust and pubic hair. The stairs had a net across them (i assume was to stop children falling through the wide spindels), which was hanging off, so nothing to keep children safe upstairs. The garden is a death trap, rotten decking covered by astro turf that you could easily fall through. The photos of this property must have been taken a very long time ago. I would not recommend it.
- Robert (9/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): Great place to stay. Would stay there again. - Very comfortable, clean, and spacious home. Washer and dryer was a bonus.
- CLaire (8/5): Great value for money and location for cruise terminal - Great location
Lovely welcome pack
Exactly what we needed There was a small of stale water (think it was coming from the washing machine in the hall)
Asked not to wear shoes when on way to venue.... if is known in advance I could have packed appropriately .
- Jacqueline Slater (9/5): - Clean Garden,entrance to premises
- Simmons (10/5): Very good communication from host, lovely large well decorated house with all amenities. - Great central location, large enough for us as a family of 6 almost adults. Little outside area. No curtains in the front bedrooms and woke up early from the sun. Slight smell of damp could have glade plug in’s to compensate this.
- Bonnie (5/5): -
- Iskren (10/5): -
- Kit (7/5): Nice location townhouse for cruise port and restaurants - This is a nice townhouse with excellent location, close the cruise port and restaurants. We only stayed for 1 night before the cruise which was perfect for us. A decent size house which fits my big family. A nice stay for the night. The facility is a little dated. The vacuum cleaner not working and the bedding seems dated. I bought my own disposable bedsheets and it solved the issue.
- Joey (6/5): Great location for us, lovely home although disappointing at the end. - It was a lovely house that fitted the 7 of us perfectly. Lovely 4 bedrooms, comfortable sitting area, kitchen and back patio. Ideal lovation for an overnight stay for our Cruise the next day as it was less than a 10 minute cab ride or 20 minute walk. Also, the interaction with the host was great. Reading all the reviews and first impressions, it was great until it wasn't.
We settled in and went to make ourselves some food and hot drinks, and found that the cups had been put back in the kitchen cabinets dirty (deposit of tea & coffee still in them), cutlery also not washed, so we ended up washing everything we were using before doing so. When we went to bed, we found out one of the beds had clearly not been changed (very significant stains on the sheets) so had to change the bed linen. We checked the rest and they seemed to be ok - but left a really bad taste for everyone.
Because our original booking was for 5 and ended up being 7 of us, an extra charge did apply, which is understandable. We got the amount mixed up (between € & £) and we sent too much, so rather than getting a refund, it was agreed that some breakfast items would be purchased for us and also, extra towels would be left out for the extra two people - neither of those two agreed requests were honoured.
We hate to leave negative reviews, especially after reading others' good experiences but we were clearly disappointed - we can only hope this was only a once-off. We were in contact with the host and reasons given for the variuos mishaps, but unfortunately, when you pay to stay in a place, you expect simple things like kitchen utensils & beds to be clean and towels available for everyone staying.
- Lisa (3/5): Good location but very poor value for money - The location is very good It smells very, very damp, it isn’t a good sign to arrive at a property and ALL of the windows were left wide open and we very quickly realised why. There are signs everywhere asking you not to wear shoes in the house but the carpets are FILTHY, after less than 5 minutes my feet were black. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was fine but all of the mattresses in the upstairs room were either very cheap or very old. The wardrobe in the middle bedroom was full of of ‘stuff’ so nowhere to hang dresses. The mirrors in the whole property were filthy. The garden should have a warning sign as they’ve Astro-turfed over very rotten decking.
- Lisa (3/5): Poor -
- Joanne (6/5): Not great - It was super cheap so you get what you pay for. But it was grimy everywhere. It was like the modern furnishings had just been placed on top of dirt. Beds were comfy though. In a dirty look student street. But close to the port Kind of a bad energy, rats out back
- Anne (3/5): I rarely write poor reviews but sadly this house didn’t live up to expectations. Don’t go by the photos as they don’t sh - The location was good for us and we managed to find parking outside with the permit. The communication with owner was great at start and they were very helpful but on the day the entry instructions hadn’t been sent until after we arrived- a small issue that was resolved. The property didn’t live up to the photos - it is obviously a uni student house in term time and had a unloved feeling- not especially clean, patch up paint over on walls, the bathroom was very substandard and dirty. They asked us to not wear shoes in the house but to be honest the carpet didn’t feel clean- there was an unpleasant odour in the house and overall we were glad we were only staying one night. The living area and kitchen were very dark during the day as not really much access to light through windows. The garden wasn’t very safe- artificial turf laid over rickety decking- we were visited by a large rat which ran into the shed. The road is noisy at night so front bedroom downstairs and upstairs can be noisy if windows are open. It was good to have free standing fans as it was so hot but the fan in the back room was so noisy I had to turn it off- I think it should be disposed of as didn’t sound safe! Sadly Very disappointing
- Ddb89 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - The atmosphere and interior design of the property were truly delightful. The aesthetic was inviting and created a cozy environment that we enjoyed during our short stay. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by cleanliness issues. All of us agreed that the property was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were sticky, making it uncomfortable to walk around. The bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the cutlery, plates, and glasses were also dirty and sticky, which raised concerns about hygiene. To top it off, we found the oven tray left uncleaned from previous guests, further highlighting the lack of attention to cleanliness.
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (6/5): Pleasant - Parking was easy and a good price bit far to the port good WiFi plenty of appliances coffe tea sugar and a box of biscuits nice touch Beds needed new mattress shower tray over flowed as not been cleaned .Just a bit tired needed upstairs updating. Not a fan of carpets .new quilt covers and sheets needed
- Lee (5/5): Great location and a good value option - The house was a great location, just 10mins walk from the Mayflower Theatre. It was clean and the kitchen/lounge areas were spacious and comfortable. All things considered it was a good value option. The bathroom was very tired looking and the shower didn't run away very well. I think a little updating wouldn't go amiss. The bedrooms were very spacious but again looked a little tired and unloved. Some photos on the website didn't quite match up with reality. No hand-towels in either of the bathrooms.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucy (1/5): AVOID- not what is advertised, property owner very rude and extremely unprofessional - Nothing. It was awful. Everything. The house is filthy with dirt. I contacted owner giving honest feedback and was received by a very ignorant, arrogant unprofessional attitude and response. I could see by previous feedback this was their reply so I saved my correspondance for evidence. Worst place I’ve ever stayed and never slept a wink nor did my children from fear of creepy crawlies from conditions of house. Avoid at all costs, complete scam and deceiving pictures advertising a ‘lovely’ home- it’s complete opposite
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional - Good location nice house with plenty of space was ideal for us for our night stay before our cruise
- Shannon (7/5): Perfect for large group for overnight stay before cruise - Great size for large group staying No curtains in some bedrooms so extremely bright for young kids to try sleep
- Pamela (6/5): Pleasant - Patio doors did not seem to lock, safety issue.
- Billy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joe (8/5): Life saving booking at a bad moment for us so really appreciated it was an easy and friendly process - Nice place on a quiet strewn near to nightlife Having to pay a surprise £100 security deposit via bank transfer before we could check in (we did get it back)
- Carole (8/5): Very good -
- Dawn (8/5): Worked for our overnight stay, value for money. - Large property spacious enough to accommodate our family group of 7 easily.
Location was good within easy distance to the port.
Local shops amenities within easy walking distance. The ground floor bedroom was noisy at night time,
All other bedrooms were absolutely fine.
Parking was tricky- owners did provide 1 parking permit but we had 2 vehicles owners were helpful in providing information regarding places to park this was away from the property at a pay & display car park. Kitchen area could be better stocked in terms of crockery, utensils and cooking equipment.
- Brendon (1/5): Avoid! - Nothing. This property is NOTHING like the photographs. The garden is dirty, ashtrays with old cigarette ends, broken garden furniture. The personal Christmas cards to Ash and his family that were on display from last year was an interesting addition, along with thank you cards and birthday cards. The used bed linen scrunched in the wardrobes was an unexpected surprise. This property is dirty, unkept, and a shocking waste of money. The walls and paintwork were badly marked and sticky. The heating was old and difficult to navigate. The lighting in the kitchen was arranged so you couldn’t see when cooking. The crockery and cutlery looked like it had been retrieved from a skip and as for the saucepans… I’m not sure what the owners are thinking!
They ask guests not to wear shoes around the house and yet the house is filthy. The carpet is littered with cheap B and M mats.
The dirt on the skirting boards was unbelievable. I have photos if Booking.com would like to see them.
The house is able to accommodate 8 people ( which is why we booked it) but it only has one bathroom!
This house is at best, a student house in need of serious repair. It should not be available to guests who are using it for short breaks.
We had a message asking us if we could let the electrician come around to repair a dodgy socket for the tumble drier. We were getting ready for a family wedding ( 8 people using 1 shower) and were told the electricity would have to be turned off. We declined and said we would not use the drier after I was told the remainder of the electrics were safe to use. I mentioned the state of the house but was told they had a tricky tenant in beforehand who had stayed for 3 months and so it was difficult to give the house a good clean! And inferred I was being unreasonable to remark on it!
I was offered a discount on my next stay at the house by way of compensation which I declined because no amount of discount would make me return to this property.
We had booked two house for the wedding. The other house was amazing and similar in price ( 10 Westgate street if you need to find somewhere really lovely for your stay in Southampton )
Re ASH's response below - this is completely untrue. Note the photos from the house (we have more) - a disgusting unkempt property. AVOID!!!
- David (10/5): Fantastic house for a group. - Lots of space, clean and modern. Great location. Very helpful hosts, Ash was very responsive. Will definitely return. All good
- Donna (9/5): Excellent value for money - Perfect location for train station & Mayfair Theatre, restaurant and West Quay shopping centre.
4 good sized bedrooms, with lounge & kitchen/diner great and everything we needed for our one night stay Could do with having light (sensor)at side of house so coming home at night illuminates path
- Maria (7/5): Lovely house that just needed a little more care. - Large home great for friends sharing. Comfortable beds. There was no toilet rolls in downstairs toilet and no spares in house. Also the fridge wasn’t very clean.
- Searl (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great Me and my husband stayed in the first double room upstairs and our mattress was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattress 🙃
- Deborah (4/5): ok for a one night stay only - the property was clean, beds fairly comfortable for one night, kitchen well equipped, coffee, tea and croissants were a nice touch, close to town decorated with very cheap furnishings, very thin cutlery, bathroom needs updating, many lights didn't work and nowhere to plug in.
- Stephen (8/5): Lovely property however in need off some TLC - Fitted 6 people Was in need off some TLC. More
Mugs. No tea bags left
- Graham (10/5): Excellent family home. - Wilton retreat was a home from home. Everything and more that you need for a comfortable stay. Location is very good, parking right outside on street with a permit provided by the host. Communication with the host was excellent. Will definitely stay again when next visiting family in Southampton.
- Dhananjay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miller (10/5): Perfect for our family stay for a couple of days with young children - It was beautiful and very spacious! Perfect for a family The only thing I disliked was the bed in the downstairs bedroom it was very uncomfortable compared to the other beds in the house.
- Karthiga (9/5): Superb -
- Samantha (5/5): Ok for short stay , given price we paid - Location ideal for port and overnight stay. Felt like sleeping in charity shop very miss match. Lamp for show with no plug sockets, lots of plates and dishes in board in kitchen but hardly and pans or trays to cook anything on. Garden was very dangerous as walking planks have all collapsed looking we found before children went outside. Plus all garden furniture was unsuitable to use . Bed was very uncomfortable, lots of wardrobes but filled with clutter , bins all over the front made a very unpleasant find on arrive plus rubbish stored and old mattress down side of the house not nice especially when no blinds up at windows. Parking for large house not ideal advance warning that only 1 permit is available would have been useful however there is car park short walk away. Don’t think they photos show true
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent place to stay would definitely recommend
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Anabela (9/5): Great place to stay with family! Lots of space, safe environment what made us feel like home. x -
- Lauren (9/5): Beautiful inside and perfect for our stay. - The photos do not do the venue justice. It was gorgeous and a lot larger than we initially thought inside, and the decoration was beautiful. The beds were also very comfortable — like sinking into full bliss. There weren’t as many plugs for appliances. We noticed several lamps and lights that were unplugged and there were no plugs nearby for them. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our stay.
- Tiffony (7/5): Nice to stay - The location is good and the environment is very quite, the house is very clean and tidy. If there is a marked car parking outside for the house is better, since we can't park the car outside the house after went out for dinner and need to park it next street.
- Glyn (9/5): V good - Location was v good
- Cris (3/5): Not recommended - Shower was ok Not a good place to stay. The house smells foisty and some of the rooms are very dark especially the lounge. The furniture is old and the beds were all very uncomfortable and need new mattress. The towels are old and smelly and the cutlery and crockery was not clean. There is no hairdryer and the house was cold. The blinds and curtains do not cover the windows well. The area is students and rundown. There is only a parking permit for one car. I had to call for the access code.
- Jake (9/5): Superb -
- Diana (7/5): Great location and smooth transaction - Liked the location for the cruise terminal. Host was a good communicator. Great cafe up the road. Good for parking outside . Smooth transaction. Lots of space for the six of us. Bathroom could do with updating Didn't use shower. Toilet brushes, towels, bedding could do with replacing.
- Dianne (9/5): Perfect for our cruise to be able to get some washing done and easy access for our pick up - Location was great, easy walk to the local shops and to get a late dinner ....enough bedrooms for us each to have our own room, well furnished and everything needed prior to joining our cruise... lovely touches of biscuits and coffee/tea making facilities Nothing really, we needed a little help from the owner but she was quick to respond and help us have a nice relaxing overnight stay ...
- Rachel (6/5): Convenient location - Close location to town and the train station and was a perfect overnight stay if you’re getting on a cruise the next day Would’ve been useful to have full sized towels rather than just hand towels, there were lots of lamps throughout the property but no plug sockets so it was quite dark! And the back door didn’t lock and was wide open when we arrived so didn’t feel very secure for those staying on the ground floor.
- Angela (8/5): It was within walking distance of theatre restaurants and shopping. - Location great for our trip to theatre. Rooms spacious. Very clean Not many mirrors and lounge area very dark
- Sinead (1/5): Very disappointed. Rat in back yard when we arrived. Dust hanging off everything. Bins overflowing and not safe for kids - Nothing It was dirty and smelly and not child friendly
- Anna (10/5): great stay, everything you need - Lots of space and actually catered to 6+ people. clean to a high standard. garden was a little messy
- Rosie (7/5): Great central location but very noisy students! - Lovely house, plenty of space for everyone, great central location, good facilities, had everything we needed. Perhaps needs a warning that you are surrounded by student housing!! Expected it to be noisy but the loud parties next door and drunken shouting outside the house well into the early hours kept most of our group awake. Could also do with better fitted blinds/curtains on most windows to help reduce the light.
- Prem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good -
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (3/5): Poor - Space The bedding in the upstairs back room had not been cleaned properly the windows in front room was dirty the blinds were were covered in dust the kitchen doors were dusty the top oven had crumbs of food still in tray from previous guest there was a lot of dust on lights the sofa in front room dose not match the photos on booking.com I spent the first day cleaning the kitchen my children had black socks within the hour of being there upstairs 2nd room missing slab to bed the side of garden was stocked of old mattresses there was old gloves left dirty washing in washing machine burn carpet iv kept all the photos
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Twewah (4/5): Good location but poorly maintained large house. Wouldn’t stay there again, but we made the best of - Easy collection from key safe, the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The location gave easy access to everything. Disrepair in the bathroom, the house was dusty and unclean, poor mattresses, pillows and towels, leaking ceiling in kitchen caused by disrepair in the bathroom, dining table and chairs in the kitchen were not safe and several of us injured ourselves on sharp edges, not enough pots and pans so we had to buy some. The oven did not work. The house was in a good location but the street was very dirty. I would not choose to stay there again.
- Jolene (9/5): Superb -
- Daly (8/5): Very good -
- John (5/5): Passable - Area was a little rough. Parking only for one car. (We had two)
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good - All good N/a
- Tara (1/5): Property had bed bugs - This property was good on paper, good location and good size for the price This property gave us bed bugs which we are still battling at home. We have to pay over £600 for fumigation and replacement of bedding. Wish we’d just stayed in a hotel.
- Crickson (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very spacious and clean, and the beds were all very comfortable and rooms lovely. Well equipped kitchen with lovely surprise of little treats, pleased that house also came with iron. Communication with Ash was excellent, and clear instructions were given. We would 100% recommend staying here if you are paying Southampton a visit.
- Pauline (7/5): Good - House was spotless, close to Southampton city centre and comfortable. It was nice to have the small garden off the kitchen A sewerage smell wafted through the kitchen every now and then. Neighbours were partying til late in house next door.
- Michelle (5/5): not ideal for family - walking distance to city central Terrible odor entire thedownstairs. Was not notified that washing machine was broken. Most lamps were decoration and not working. Beds very uncomfortable. Neighborhood very loud at night.
- Elaine (2/5): Disappointed - The communication was excellent Towels were thin and damp
Terrible smell from the kitchen sink
Only 4 chairs around the table
Lots of cutlery, but only 5 forks
On the surface , the house looked good, but was generally in need of some tlc.
Almost felt like it was an ex student house
- Carol (8/5): This home worked well for a pre cruise stay! - The host was very helpful & kind. The house was roomy and well supplied. The hosts even left snacks for us. The location was convenient. There is a little restaurant alley within a few blocks where we found lots of good food. We had a rental car. The location was great to see Salisbury, Winchester and the New Forest. This isn’t a criticism, only a suggestion for future guests. There is only one mirror in the house, so you may want to bring a small mirror for putting on make up.
- Matthew (7/5): Good - Great location I had to call to get code for door
- Linda (10/5): Great value for four friends traveling for a cruise. We each had our own room. - Great central location with an easy taxi ride to the cruise port and walking distance to local restaurants and shopping.
Ash was very helpful.
