• Marco (8/5): - Fin dal primo momento, siamo rimasti colpiti dall'accoglienza del proprietario Fabrizio, persona molto professionale e disponibile. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, offrendo tutto il comfort necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Il letto era molto comodo . Il bagno privato era moderno e funzionale, con una doccia spaziosa. Consigliatissimo.

La camera è spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di ogni comfort, inclusi lavatrice, ferro da stiro, stendino e asciugacapelli, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo. L’intera casa è curata nei dettagli e pulitissima, con ambienti ordinati e accoglienti. Il signor Fabrizio è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile, gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, pronto a fornire consigli utili sulla zona e a garantire che tutto fosse perfetto. Anche la posizione è un grande punto di forza: la casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e sicura, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro città. Nei dintorni ci sono numerosi supermercati, bar, ristoranti e altri servizi, il che rende il soggiorno molto pratico anche per chi non vuole spostarsi troppo.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - I absolutely loved the place! Clean, quiet, and very nicely decorated. And has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I was worried that I'll have issues with check in, but had no problems at all. Perfect location—2 minutes walking to the metro, with grocery stores, cafes, and an amazing park nearby. So far my best experience in Rome.
• Adrianna (9/5): Superb - Fabrizio is the kindest host! Super helpful and polite, ready to give you any information about Rome or the surroundings of the structure. The room was really nice and there were even free snacks and drinks. Had an amazing time, highly recommend!
• Lilla (10/5): Perfect stay :) Beautiful cozy room :) generous owner :) - We were accommodated in "Monica" room in the middle of May, 3 nights at 297eur (Genius discount)+local tax, excellent value for money, also considering that the room was very clean, equipped with new, very cosy and tasteful furnitures. Both room and bathroom size was large enough for us, looked pretty and nice, feeling like home :). The bed mattress and pillow was soft, memory foam kind, we liked it a lot. Fabrizio the owner is extremely helpful, flexible, kind, polite and generous, providing also cookies, candies, mineral water, peach juice, teabags. We could communicate with him in English and he was always ready to help, we had a live whatsup chat with him. He even allowed us to leave our luggage on the first day we arrived, way before 3pm. Subaugusta metro station was in 4-5 min walking distance, from where Termini can be reached under 18 min, that is tolerable. After midnight in lack of metro we used nMA night bus. In the peaceful surrounding area in 3 minutes walking distance there are pizzerias and shops, we had everything we needed, thank you for the kind hospitality, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! On the last night at 8pm in the shower suddenly cold water came from the tap, seconds before the hot water was flowing, we did not really understand why it had happened. Since we did not need the hot water anymore we reported it to Fabrizio only days later who checked the boiler and told us that it was functioning as normal.
