• Syed (1/5): HORRIBLE MANAGER. THEY CANCELLED OUR ROOMS THOUGH WE BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM,SOLD ROOMS TO OTHERS - The management DENIED the room to us though we had booked ROOMS it long back. DON'T GO THIS HOTEL. THE MANAGER HAS SOLD THE ROOMS TO OTHER PEOPLE. WE TRAVELLED WITH FAMILY SMALL KIDS FROM FAR OF DISTANCE. THEY MADE US WAIT FOR THREE HOURS AND DENIED ROOMS. WE HAD BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR VACATION. WE WENT WITH LUGGAGE. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. THEY CAN EASILY SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY. THEY WILL MAKE YOU SUFFER LIKE YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE IMAGINED IN YOUR LIFE. STILL YOU WANT TO TAKE RISK THEN BOOK ROOMS. VERY RUDE. THEY DENIED US ROOMS THOUGH WE BOOKED LONG BACK. THEY MADE US STAND OUT WITH SMALL KIDS FOR 2 HOURS. HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE PERSON. DON'T SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY BY BOOKING IN THIS HOTEL. GREEDY, DISHONEST AND CHEATERS. THEY WILL CALL AND ASK IN ADVANCE THOUGH BOOKING.COM CLEARLY SAYS PREPAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED. IF THEY WANT ADVANCE WHICH IS AGAINST BOOKING.COM THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE Bookings THROUGH BOOKING.COM. THEY WANT CUSTOMERS FROM BOOKING.COM BUT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW BOOKING.COM RULES. WHY THEY ARE TROUBLING AND SPOILING VISITORS AND SPOILING THE NAME OF THE BOOKING.COM PLATFORM? THE MANAGER WILL ALSO SAY THAT WE PROVIDE ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATION AND SHOW SUBSTANDARD ACCOMMODATION IN THE GUISE OF HELPING. HE WILL TELL IF YOU WANT BETTER PAY MORE. WE CONFIRMED THAT WE WILL BE COMING THEN ALSO THE GREEDY MANAGER SOLD THE BOOKED ROOMS.HE CANNOT DEMAND MONEY AS BOOKING.COM SAYS PRE PAYMENT NOT REQUIRED. I KNOW THAT THE REPLY FROM PROPERTY WILL BE WE HAVE NOT CONFIRMED.

No Wi-Fi which is a very prime requirement as the property was very remote and mobile network was not good 2. The pillows were in bad condition 3. TV is available but no channels 4. The swimming pool was there but no proper maintenance, although the water has been changed, lot of dirt, no arrangement of pool maintenance process like recycling of which involves the dirt filter
