• Linda (1/5): Spacious Unit, but Major Maintenance and Cleanliness Concerns - The apartment is spacious and airy, featuring a nice balcony that provides a good sense of openness. Poor Communication: The host was unresponsive to phone calls and failed to provide a precise address. His attitude was defensive and dismissive; before check-in, I was told to "take it or leave it," yet availability suddenly opened up once I left. ​Maintenance Issues: The shower was broken and leaked across the entire bathroom floor. To avoid water damage, I couldn't even use it. The bathroom cabinet was also in disrepair. ​Hygiene & Atmosphere: The unit was not properly cleaned, and I found used, dirty towels left behind. The property frequently smelled of raw sewage. ​Environment: The check-in and check-out processes were unpleasant. Additionally, the behavior of other guests in the common areas felt inappropriate and made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.

• Mark (10/5): A Very Fantastic Host and Beautiful Apartment to stay! - The Host are a very wonderful Blessed family who attended to all our calls and needs even beyond the apartment service, and the apartment was 100% exactly what the pictures shows. The host is so super friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. So many beautiful things to write about the host and the apartment in our stay because our expectation was very well exceeded. I will definitely be using the apartment again anytime I go back to the Gambia and I am recommending this apartment to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Gambia.
