• Andreas (8/5): - Relativ neu; guter Schlafkomfort; ein Zimmer zum Übernachten, nicht zum "Aufhalten"; bei schönem Wetter ist der Garten eine echte Alternative; freundlicher Empfang,; Kaffee & Croissant am Morgen; sehr ruhig gelegen; Bushaltestelle ca. 300 Meter; Spaziergang in die Innenstadt gut 20 Minuten. Gehört eigentlich nicht in diese Kategorie - aber wo sonst soll ich es vermerken: Man sollte wissen, dass Bad/WC "shared" sind.

• Bernhard (4/5): - Freundlicher Gastgeber, saubere Zimmer, ruhige Gegend Falsche Angaben im Internet auf der Buchungsseite. Zimmer hatte kein eigenes Bad. Musste mit einem weitern Zimmer geteilt werden. Fotos von Küche und Wohnraum waren auf der Buchungsseite so dargestellt als könnte man diese mitbenützen, war aber nicht so.
• Antonino (10/5): Übernachtung mit Herz - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Zlatko ist sehr nett und hat uns die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt auf einer Landkarte markiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr bequem, schön und sauber. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Mann kann sogar Fahrräder ausleihen. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 30min in der Innenstadt. Wir genossen Zlatko's Kaffe am Morgen auf der Terrasse - ein wirklicher Genuss und eine sehr nette Geste.

• Nikola (10/5): - Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, about 20min walk from the city center. Private parking was a big plus. The host was very kind and friendly.

• Kiril (10/5): Clean and cozy house with very kind host, free parking space and close to the city center. - It was a great stay for a night. The host was very kind from greeting us upon arrival to having coffee with us on the next day before we left.
• Anna (9/5): Ruhig und gut erreichbar - Sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, die schnell und einfach erreichbar ist. Gerade für An- oder Durchreisen ideal. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und wir haben sogar einen Wasser, Kaffee und ein Croissant aufs Haus bekommen. Unser Zimmer war recht klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Man teilt sich das Bad mit einem zweiten Gästezimmer. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört und wussten wir auch vorher. Ein ganz kleines Manko war die Matratze, man hat jede Drehung des Partners mitbekommen.

• Andrea (10/5): - Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Morning Coffee, aber wir waren begeistert. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht gross, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten ist ein tolles Plus und es ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, weil die Unterkunft in einem Wohnviertel liegt. In der Frueh Croissants und Kaffee - da beginnt der Tag gleich richtig gut. Tolle Infos zur Stadt gabs ausserdem. Wir koennen die Unterkunft uneingeschraenkt weiterempfehlen
• Alberto (9/5): Stare in una bella casa, in zona tranquilla e strategica per visitare Lubiana. - Lo spazio condiviso dal gestore, che è molto disponibile a informazioni su come visitare Lubiana, mi ha messo a mio agio. Il parcheggio privato e la posizione, si può andare in centro con l’ auto o noleggiando una bici. La colazione gentilmente offerta da Latzko. Nulla, solo la doccia che andrebbe alzata un po’

Nice garden and breakfast in the morning there was nice as well ! A very little room and the shared bathroom is not very comfortable.

• Martina (9/5): Eine hervorragende Unterkunft in toller Lage mit sehr nettem Gastgeber - Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er erklärte uns den Weg in die Stadt. Wir konnten auch Fahrräder bei ihm ausleihen. Besonders nett ist der Kaffe und das Croissant am Morgen. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein.

• Olga (8/5): - The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, not far from the city center. The owner provided us with helpful tips on how to get to important and worthwhile places to visit. Morning coffee in the well-kept garden was a lovely touch. One of the rules for using the property is to leave your shoes at the entrance, regardless of the weather, and to walk through the hallway either barefoot or in the slippers provided by the owner. As you are expected to do this from the very first moment of your stay, the situation can be a bit inconvenient if you need to search for your own slippers, especially if you prefer not to use the reusable ones provided. It might be worth considering offering disposable slippers for guests in this case.

• Regina (8/5): Rövid tartózkodásra kedves kis hely közel a belvároshoz. - Kedves szállásadó, szép és rendezett szállás, kényelmes ágy, ingyenes parkolás az udvarban, 20 perc séta a belvárostól. Nagyon csendes környék! Kertkapu nincs, így az “utcán” parkolsz, de lakóövezet, szóval mindegy. A konyha nem igazán használható, mert ez egy tipikus airbnb, itt él a tulajdonos. Nekem nem volt egyértelmű, hogy van még egy szoba, így ha “teltház” van, 4-en használtok egy fürdőszobát, ami egyben van a wc-vel.

• Nadine (8/5): Très bien! - Le propriétaire était gentil et accueillant. La chambre est dans sa maison, à côté d'une autre chambre d'hôte, avec une salle de bain commune, dans un couloir séparé de son espace de vie. Le frigo est pratique. Tout comme la place de parking devant la maison. Pas de clim mais une moustiquaire pour pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit en cas de chaleur. Nous étions à 25 minutes de marche du centre-ville. Un jour nous lui avons loué des vélos (10 euros la journée) pour visiter un peu la ville, très chouette! La maison est facile d'accès, à peine sortis de la voie express.

Nice facilities and perfect place if you want to explore Ljubljana and have somewhere clean, comfortable and basic to stay. Friendly host who is happy to give information should you want it. Would stay again for sure. Thank you. FYI - parking is not free anymore in Ljubljana on Sundays. And the restaurant you recommended doesn’t open on Sundays or Mondays 😜

• Mátis (10/5): - Nagyon nagyon kedves volt a vendéglátó, minden tökéletesen tiszta és rendezett volt. Igazából az árban gyakorlatilag benne volt egy reggeli is croissant-tal és kávéval, és egy eligazítás is a környékről. Köszönünk mindent, zseniális volt!

• Boris (10/5): - The host was kind but not intrusive. The building is newly constructed, which is immediately noticeable. Everything was clean and orderly. Slippers were provided for both indoor and outdoor use—a thoughtful touch! The mattress was excellent; we slept soundly after nearly a 12-hour journey. The silence also contributed to that restful experience. I also want to give a special thank you to Zlatko. Before heading out to explore the center of Ljubljana, I asked if he could pick us up from the city center later that evening for an additional fee. He agreed to do it—completely free of charge! His only condition was that it not be too late, before 10:00 PM. In the end, we drove back in our own car, but the impression left was a positive one. In the morning, there was coffee and a croissant—a kind gesture to send us on our way. Thank you, Zlatko!
• Eva (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Jeden Morgen bekamen wir kostenlos einen Kaffee und ein Croissant ☕️🥐! Die Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung. Es gab leider nur 2 kleine Handtücher, aber kein Duschtuch, und das Toilettenpapier befand sich auf einem hohen Schrank und war im Sitzen nicht erreichbar.
