- Lyuda (7/5): We would stay at this property again because of convenience and location. - A small ground floor apartment in a convenient (for us) location. We travelled with 2 dogs and the apartment was pet friendly. There is a small garden at the back of the flat and also Bransbury park just across the road for proper dog walks. The Tesco extra store is across the road for quick food shopping. The apartment is equipped with basics and was comfortable and clean. There is a code on the door, so no keys are required. Instructions were provided in good time. Parking was free and arranged by the property management for us on the day. A few downsides, the apartment needs a refresh. The floor is not in a great condition especially in the hall and the kitchen. Also, we booked for 3 people, but there was no bedding or towels provided for the fold out sofa bed for the 3rd guest, and we had to request that bedding and towels are provided with lots of messages back and forth. The wifi also didn't work on the first night for some reason. But the property management was fairly responsive and tried to help. Parking is very bad in Portsmouth, so it is advisable to park during daytime and before people return home. For those travelling with pet, be aware that cleaning fee will be applied for every pet you bring along (which I found extortionate), it's not a one-off fee.

- Fions (8/5): - Accommodation was comfortable, great to have an enclosed garden. Welcome package of tea/coffee etc really helpful. Modern with all facilities. Would be great to have an ice cube tray in freezer 🙂 Bathroom - tile cracked, sharp. Shower head leaked but have reported. Just a suggestion - mowing grass , garden abit unkempt. The parking details where incorrect in the apartment - wrong zone listed
