Dear Guest, You are about to read some very important information, please pay attention: It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24-hour reception as in a Hotel. OTHER INFORMATION - In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host. - The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. jason (10/5): - Location excellent 3 minutes from the beach and Central for last Americas and adeje Good pool great communication from owners. Can here the buses across the road reversing Beeping from approx 4am not major but if your a light sleeper may bother you.

Daravy (10/5): - Un séjour génial ! L’emplacement est top, on peut tout faire à pied, ce qui est super pratique. Mention spéciale à Olga pour sa réactivité, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous étions avec notre bébé de 15 mois et tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Nous recommandons à 100 % ! Rien du tout.

Keith (8/5): Directions to the property were not clear but agents were quick to help. - Lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Location is great for all local attractions. The shower enclosure was too small. Daily rush for sun beds in the morning.

Lucy (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic. Close to transport links and the beach. Quiet in the evening. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Wi-fi was a little hit and miss. No oven which would have been handy but didn't cause major problems. There is a microwave.
