• Bettina (10/5): Ausgezeichnete Lage mit schönem Sandstrand - Große und geräumige Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage mit Balkon direkt über dem Meer. Schöner schwarzer Sandstrand mit Aufzug leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserem Baby sehr genossen. -

• Maria (8/5): Location esclusiva e vicina alle maggiori attrazioni del nord-ovest di Tenerife - La location ci e' piaciuta molto. Impressionante all'arrivo, perche' lo stabile e' quasi nascosto e sorge dalla roccia! Poi abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza a Santa Cruz e San Andres, cosi come alla spiaggia Teresitas e al parco Anaga. L'appartamento ha un affaccio invidiabile, rovinato solo da navi e petroliere che si piazzano all'orizzonte e 'sporcare' il panorama, cosi' come il mare.. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione infatti che l'acqua della spiaggia sottostante fosse un po' inquinata, nonostante la gente facesse il bagno! La spiaggia privata e' comunque comoda. Vicina a las gaviotas e alla spiaggia di Teresitas. Impossibile senza auto. L'accoglienza dell'host impeccabile. Le sue informazioni per whatsapp precise e puntuali. Il silenzio del posto invidiabile, 'rovinato' solo dal rumore delle onde ;)
• Iwona (9/5): Einmalige, abgelegene Lage ist der Hammer! - Die Lage ist fantastisch! Die Aussicht auf das Meer, auf die verankerten Schiffe und bei guter Sicht auf Gran Canaria ist einmalig! Das Appartement ist groß und gemütlich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Das Gebäude ist ein architektonisches (50 Jahre altes) Meisterwerk.

We especially loved the spacious balcony directly overlooking the ocean, which offered unforgettable moments accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves. The owner was extremely kind, providing us with an impeccably clean apartment equipped with every comfort. The large private parking was also very convenient.

• Dorota (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing, especially the sunrises. Conchy was very helpfull and responsive. There are mostly locals in the building and the beach is private. It really felt like we travelled to a remote island! San Andreas also has a nice beach, supermarket, apothecary and some nice restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely come back! The parking was also very convenient.

The most amazing part was the view to the ocean: we had all the meals on the balcony enjoying the waves :) Kitchen has been well equipped, clear instructions how to collect the keys, veeeery big bed, good communication with the host. Highly recommended! - everything was ok :)
• Michał (9/5): Spacious and Comfortable Apartment - The apartment is incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout that allows for a relaxing stay. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, made it easy to prepare meals. The ambiance, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean, creates a fantastic atmosphere. One of the highlights was the private parking, providing convenience and peace of mind. The large shower cabin added a luxurious touch to the bathroom. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness, while generally satisfactory, could benefit from a bit more attention to detail. I noticed some dust and stray hairs in the closet, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, a small shelf in the bathroom would be a useful addition. In the living room, the absence of a dining table was noticeable, making it a bit challenging to enjoy meals comfortably.

The beach is just under the building and the best we had in Tenerife with the black sand. The localisation is perfect next to San Andres where you can find good restaurants and near the Anaga Monts. We recommand the place !
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional view and access to private beach - The apartment is newly renovated and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. The location is superb. It has access to very private black beach and is very close to our favourite beach in Tenerife Playa de las Teresitas. The view from the balcony is amazing. The surroundings do not feel busy and you can feel very private. The owner of the apartment is very nice and helpful. It was great value for money and we can surely recommend a stay there.
• Andrzej (10/5): Unique experience - The apartment is basically a part of the building literally composed into the cliff, with waves crushing at the rocks just below the balcony. The view is thus outstanding and the sound of the ocean will stay with you long after you leave (which I consider a plus). The apartment was very clean, very bright and spacious, the kitchen was well prepared, the bed was super comfy. The crib we asked for was of a very good quality. The balcony was bigger than enough to fit 4 persons for having a meal. The construction of the building allows to keep full privacy, even on the balcony. The parking lot was big enough to hold all the cars. Besides the nice beach just under the building, the beach in nearby, Playa de Las Terasitas, is probably one of the finest on the island. Finally, it was super convenient to be able to pick up the keys on our own from a locker at whatever time. However, if you happen to meet the host, she is a lovely lady who speaks English well and will surely help you if needed. You will definitely need a car to get to the nearest place to buy or eat something. Hard to call it a minus though as this might be exactly what you'd expect - just get prepared.
