Guest (1/5): Owner should more proactively service their AC unit to prevent it breaking while tenants are staying - Location was great. Pool and beach access via a trolley were a big plus. Place was clean. Beds were really nice. Outdoor shower a hit with the kids. AC broke for a day and was not fixed until 10:30pm. The temperatures reached 86 (upstairs) and 83 degrees (downstairs) inside. And it caused a birthday dinner to be missed whilst we waited for the tech (who was supposed to come between 6-7pm and showed up at 10. Wifi was not working. My son had college summer online homework to do and had to go to the library for 5 hours.
