- Dhingra (4/5): - The staff in the cafeteria is nice and pleasant. The staff at the reception was inflexible, they were unhelpful when asked about day trips, the travel agent that we were referred to didn't have standard rates and charged higher rates, the hotel was not in a ready condition - some floors were a work in progress, including the one given to us. The floor we were at felt incomplete with mattresses and towels lying all over the floor. The location is atleast 7 kms from the main MG road and the hotel leaves you to figuring out cabs on your own. All in all, a pretty underwhelming and unsatisfactory experience.

The reception personnel is unfortunately unfriendly and to some exteend incapable of unwilling of catering to its guests. At check-in our rooms were downgraded to a lower category without information. Upon request to get what we had booked and paid for we had to change rooms multiple times. AC was not working properly. The location is far off the center of Gangtok.

- K (10/5): All very good, very happy during the stay. Worth staying and can recommend anyone to stay. - Everytime the staff were very alert and very presentable and very very helpful. Always big smile on the face seeing them even we feel like smiling. All was good but 1. if possible curtain in shower are to cover after the glass (shower water drips till commode area and almost till the door it's wet so can't change dress inside). 2. After bath there is no mat to dry and slippery near commode.

Though I would suggest to had a stay on ginger it's nice. I liked👍 it. I didn't like one thing specially on the 2nd night of my stay the ac was not working properly I have complained two three times and you didn't have the permission to open the window. So I was frustrated for whole n8 I can't sleep properly but on the next day reception staff named Rosy and Arman they helped us to change the room and provide ua a room with balcony after that we get relaxed.
