• Elena (10/5): Cazare excelenta - A fost foarte curat, domnul care face check in si check out foarte amabil. Este foarte aproape de pietonala, de restaurante, de magazin. Se aud zgomotele de afara, insa cand esti obosit asta nu mai e o problema asa de mare.

Torneremo sicuramente - Proprietario gentilissimo, struttura moderna arredata bene, pulitissima, accogliente e con le rifiniture che fanno la differenza (cucina con accessori come frullatore padelle etc oppure ferro da stiro ad esempio). Location a due passi dal centro di Sanremo
• Robbie76 (10/5): - La casa è davvero molto accogliente, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort per un piacevole soggiorno. Lavatrice, asciugatrice, cucina davvero attrezzata di tutto. In casa ci sono anche prodotti per pulire. Posizione a due minuti a piedi dal teatro Ariston e a piazza Colombo. Il sig. Duilio è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile in caso di necessità. Appartamento vivamente consigliato. Qualcosa devo trovare per forza quindi posso dire che i cuscini per il letto sono un po' troppo duri.

• Linda (9/5): We had a great stay in Sanremo and found plenty to see and do. - Good location with everything within walking distance. Clean, bright and modern. Well equipped. The host, Duilio, was very kind, thoughtful and helpful in many ways. I found the bed a bit too firm but that is a personal preference rather than a criticism. The traffic noise during the day was bad but it was quieter at night.

• Cristian (10/5): Suitable for a family but also for a couple. 10 star accommodation. - The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very very clean. All the facilities that an apartment for a family can have.I would definitely choose the same place for accommodation again. Thank you Duilio. I have nothing to say that I didn't like. It is difficult with parking if you are driving but the owner can provide you with a safe place for your car at a very affordable price for any budget.
