- Syed (4/5): Very poor maintenance. Good for one night sleep and swimming pool for kids. - Towels provided Straight view of the swimming pool Iron and ironing board provided NO TV. Door cannot be locked from inside except with the key. Bathroom door cannot lock at all. Design is very old with some sharp edges. Water level in pool is quite high for kids (even the smaller ones, should reduce a bit) and have rough surfaces.

- Haniff (6/5): Pleasant - The room is so big and comfortable. Need more proper maintenance or repair especially the wall in the pool and playground. Please install the TV and have a strong wifi connection. The staff need to stand by early, acting as a Lifeguard at the pool.

- Johari (8/5): Very good - Easy access to all local stalls/restaurants and there are so many choices available. The place is very near to main road and easily identified. The pool is just in front of the rooms - very convenient The floor in the room got some dented - need for urgent repair. The toilet has no locking device - need to be provided urgently. The perfume in the room is okay but not all people like it - better to change to something more common eg. softener-liked smell or english perfumes.

Cleanliness is rubbish,its not even close to a really cheap motel,housekeeping should have done better,previous guest rubbish in the room still,got hair strands on the table,leftover foods in drawers,toilet wasn't even cleaned,previous guest poop stain left in wc,used shampoo and body wash container left in the standing shower stall,hair everywhere,air conditioning works but so many dust accumulated,there's one working wall plug far from the bed,the mirror is dusty with prints,got wifi but i wasn't provided with the password..i get it,its cheap but cleanliness is an issue and important..i am a housekeeping manager,what i'm basing off is the cleanliness issues..clean rooms attract more guest to stay in..your so called pool,water is murky..i hate to comment more,do something and do it fast for your own sake..it is a shame when you can do more and better..
