Jarosław (10/5): Fajne miejsce dla aktywnych! - Bardzo fajny i duży apartament z bardzo dobrym wyposażeniem, bardzo czysty. Do apartamentu przydzielony jest zamykany schowek na rowery z dostępem do prądu i całym zapleczem warsztatowym. W obiekcie jest winda a na posesji są miejsca postojowe. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Może w czasie pełni sezonu letniego, kiedy jest bardzo gorąco, przydałaby się klimatyzacja? Na szczęście we wrześniu nie była mi potrzebna.

Melanie (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war bezüglich unserer früheren Abreise sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Das Appartement war sauber und völlig ausreichend eingerichtet, Platz war reichlich vorhanden, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände jederzeit kostenlos nutzbar, Lage ist sehr gut.

Albert (10/5): - De ligging, het balkon met grandioos uitzicht en de hygiëne van het appartement. De uitgebreide volledige keuken met alle toebehoren was ook erg fijn. Tevens was onze host Daniël een voorbeeld van klantvriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid.. Heerlijke tijd gehad! Eigenlijk niets. De inrichting van het appartement is iets gedateerd, maar dat vonden wij iig helemaal niet erg, alles werkte goed en was superschoon.
Ondráčková (10/5): The owner Daniel is very nice and kind person, always helpful and open to support your best time in Arco. We will defini - The location is really beautiful! Very close to the city centre, historical part and nature trail ~ the perfect ballance. The atmosphere of appartments is very nice, well equiped, clean and spacious.
Petr Wohanka (9/5): - Very pleasant accommodation, especially (but not only!) for cyclists - very practical bicycle storage space including self-service/bike repair (lots of tools) and bike cleaning possibilty. The smiling and communicative owner of the apartment tries to do everything to make guests feel like guests.
Katarzyna (10/5): - Duży, przestronny apartament, z pięknym widokiem na góry, dobrze wyposażony, czysty, dostępny internet, miejsce parkingowe na terenie obiektu. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły, pomocny, gościnny, można poczuć się jak na wakacjach u znajomych. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Thorsten (10/5): Top Unterkunft in direkter Nähe zur Altstadt von Arco - Top ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zu den kleinen Gassen. Daniel ist ein netter Gastgeber, der uns stets gute Tipps geben konnte. Die Sitzecke im Innenhof bietet die Möglichkeit für nette Gespräche und Abende mit dem Gastgeber und anderen Gästen. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in Arco.
Gorm Alex (7/5): 10 to the host - The host, Daniel, and his father. So kind and warm. We were two families in two appartments and we were allowed to use the cozy shaded table/bench area so We could sit together for breakfast/dinner. The location is great. 5 min walk through the old narrow Streets to the square at the church. Heat wawe came early this year. And the aircondition is not adequate. It is only one mashine per appartment. It is very noisy, could only lover the temperature in the living room to 26/27 degrees. The bedrooms were 29/30 degrees. You had to empty the aircondition for water every day. The appartments are with dated furniture (clean and Not broken). The balcony is propably great when temperatures are cooler and if you are just two people.

The host was lovely and made sure we were all provided for and always a pleasure to run into. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

And he literally saved our holidays -- we forgot e-bike charger at home and he was able to borrow compatible one from his friend for our stay.

John (10/5): Exceptional - WOW! I've been traveling the world for a long time and I'm a million miler with my flights. This is the first perfect score I have given. It was perfect in every way. Let's start with Daniel, the host. He was off the charts amazing, always bending over backward to make sure we had everything we needed, just the way we needed it. When we weren't asking, he was anticipating what we might need and making sure it was done. There were even requests that we made, not really thinking something could be done, and he did those things too. He is the epitome of customer service. I will use him as an example all over the world when I speak on customer experience. Now the facility, it was the cleanest, most well stocked, most balanced, most simply and beautifully decorated (at just the right level) of any other facilities where I have stayed. The location was also amazing. We could walk out our door, thought an arch and we were right in the old city with easy access to the castle or the old central part of the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to or near Arco! Everything was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing.
