There is a lot of noise from the terrace in front of the rooms, it smells of mold, the furniture is visibly old, and the bed linen and towels are in poor condition (dirty and worn). I don’t understand how it can have a rating of 8 on Booking.com.
• Jürgen (8/5): War nur eine Nacht - Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort bevor wir nach Hause geflogen sind. Die Ausstattung der Küche schien gut. Das Bad war einwandfrei und sauber. Die Matratzen sehr gut. Die Schlafräume waren die geräumigsten. Die Wohnung ist fussnah nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Der Wohnraum und die Küche sind sehr klein. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Fährhafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr belebt. Unter den Schlafzimmern befinden sich Restaurants, also ist es nur bedingt ruhig. Wir konnten dennoch ab 24 Uhr recht störungsfrei schlafen. Ich glaube jüngere nachtaktive Menschen kommen dort gut zurecht.
• Ramon (9/5): Conforto e ótima localização - A localização é realmente muito boa. O estacionamento é próximo e é super fácil sair a pé para encontrar restaurantes e a praia. O apartamento é amplo e bem confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo! Durante minha estadia, no apartamento do vizinho estavam fazendo alguma festa, e nos incomodou durante a noite porque o som e as conversas altas davam pra ser ouvidas claramente. Sei que não tem nada a ver com o apartamento em si, mas como é um prédio com outros apartamentos isso pode acontecer.

• Tatiana (6/5): If you like privacy this place is not for you - The apartment is spacious and clean, comfortable and very close to two beaches. All amenities are nearby as well. This apartment is located on the ground floor and all windows face the street. People passing by on the street can literally see everything you're doing inside the apartment. To have privacy, you need to keep all blonds closed. The natural lighting is also very poor. Unfortunately, the weather was miserable during all days of my stay. On rainy days I had to stay locked in this apartment and realised that the Wi-Fi didn't work AT ALL! I couldn't watch any series or videos, even close to the modern the signal is poor. This was really disappointing. When I arrived, my host told me to keep the apartment keys in the locker box whenever I went out and so I did. On the day of my check out, the weather was finally perfect and I asked to check out two hours later and I was not allowed to stay. When I received the message, I immediately returned to the apartment, it was 10:00am in the morning and I realized that someone had entered the apartment while I was away because when I left. I left the code 8906 and when I returned the code on the key box was different from the one I left. I was sure that someone entered the apartment because the door was locked and I did not lock the door when I left because it is a door that cannot be opened from the outside without a key. I understand that no host should never enter the apartment without guest’s permission while it is rented and this really upset me.
