• Clair (7/5): - Good value for money for 6 sharing. Suitable for our needs to attend a wedding 20 minuets away. Plenty of on street parking. Good place to stay if you’re at an event in Middlesborough. Host responded to all messages and requests. Good kitchen facilities and tableware. Property was very warm. Slept 7 but only seating at the table for 4, sofa and outside for two. Area was not the most affluent. Limited on large oven dishes and pans when cooking for 6

• Bernadette (9/5): Superb - Good facilities. Beds comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. No hairdryer. Be a nice touch to have one available for use.

• Chen (9/5): My son study in Teesside,it is very close to university. Sure we will be here again. Highly recommend. - very good location. Free parking. Only need more chairs and rubbish bag when long stay.

• Sam (5/5): Dissapointed - The location was good for us close to shops. The plates were all filthy and the cutlery was disgusting. Outside on the decking was full of rubbish and fag butts. Very disappointed. We cleaned everything up but left the rubbish out on the decking. The rooms were kept at a good standard and the bathroom relatively clean. Such a shame there are beer cans left behind the wall out the front and weeds growing in the back garden and front area made it hard to enjoy that space.

• Dr (10/5): Delighted - Found this gem and we were so delighted. Dale was very accommodating and helpful too! Will definitely book here again next visit. The only thing was only one toilet for a group. But nothing is unmanageable. Just need to have little ‘timetable arrangement’

• Joanne (9/5): Superb - Just what we required for a short break whilst visiting family. Don't be put off by the area the people were lovely.
• Debbie (10/5): Absolutely amazing. We didn’t want to return to Scotland. We are coming bk as we were down for a wedding so didn’t get t - We loved how homely and cosy the property was. So clean and fresh and had everything we needed. We r booking again for sept ❤️ There wasn’t any negatives at all we loved it.

• John (8/5): Very good - Very comfy beds and pillows, clean and modern accommodation, and very close to site only 5 minutes drive in the mornings. Not quite top marks, left a message with the host as we couldn't find the two parking permits but never got an answer. Luckily, we didn't get any tickets but the risk was there from 5pm to 8pm every day after work, otherwise all good.

• Julie (7/5): Absolutely met our needs as place to stay - Keysafes are the future ! All bedrooms were really presentable. Wardrobe things are great and functional. Contact person came really quickly to respond to little issue that was quickly resolved . No bath mat Nit picking stuff - no stair rail on steep stairs. Again nit picking - not enough lounge chairs if all the beds were filled
• Tracey (10/5): excellent accommodation. - Lovely and clean. nicely furnished, everything we needed in a bedroom. double bedroom downstairs. Kitchen fully fitted out, appeared new. Owner very responsive when calling to ask question. no dryer. internal stairs very steep. no toilet downstairs

• Anonymous (10/5): ok - it was homely no curtains in the kitchen and back yard door there is no hand rail on stair case so very steep and dangerous for family with children and elderly also the shower has a very bad leak when on and hardly any space for a good shower
