• Aurelija (10/5): - We liked it, it is autentical and extraordinary with kitchen in one cozy building and and sleeping room with seperate entrace upstairs :) we had everything we wanted :) All was fine.
• EVGENIY (10/5): Nice way to spend time in front of the fireplace - It was a great experience! The house is located on a hill. It has two floors. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen-living room with a fireplace and a large table. It's equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishes, and cutlery. You can also take firewood (20 GEL) to light the fireplace. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a small balcony. It's very warm and clean inside. The walls and floors are wooden. The location is good if you have a car. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, 5 minutes from the center of Kutaisi. Bus #6 also runs infrequently. This is essentially a separate new house on the owner's property. The master's house is located next door. There are no downsides. However, keep in mind that the way from the first to the second floor is via an outdoor staircase. This means the first and second floors are not connected internally.

• Slava (10/5): - Что нам понравилось? Нам понравилось всё от личной парковки прекрасного сада дом как на картинке красивый уютный шикарный балкон завтрак достойный. и спасибо бабушке Нено за её волшебство.
• ahmad (1/5): سيئه - الكوخ بصفه عامه جيد لكن القط والكلب شعرهم تحت في الجلسه تحس كل شي وسخ المالكه الي تتواصل معاك على الوتس اب طلبت مبلغ زياده اول ماوصلت بحجة اني مااضفت في الحجز الاطفال قلت ماعندي مشكله الخطا مني ولمن سلمت الكوخ ومشيت ارسلت لي رسايل ان ابنائي اتلفو حمام الكوخ وكانت تهدد بالاتصال بالشرطه او ادفع قيمة التلفيات قلت لها ان ابنائي مااستخدمو الحمامالا مره واحده اصلاً وقمنا بتنظيف الحمام قبل ان نذهب ارجو منك ارسال صور للتلفيات لكي اعوضك وموقع الكوخ خطا في قوقل ماب الموضع نهايته انها تحاول اخذ منك المال من غير سبب
• م. مهند (8/5): Cozy Country Stay - - The place is cozy - The location is excellent - Safe and private parking - The kitchen\living room is apart from the bedrooms. An external stairs is required to access the living room. - There was a leakage in the toilet (commode chair) which caused a bad smell - The payment is done in cash with no invoice or evidence to prove the payment

Interior of the property 6. Cute and always smiling grandmom of host Monica (May Allah give her long, happy and healthy life) 1. No AC or fan on ground floor (Kitchen/dining room) and because of this we used this area mainly as storage for the luggage. 2. No AC or fan in kids sleeping area and we have to kept the door of our bedroom open overnight 3. Crampy bathroom (not enough space to bath or to change clothes without getting them wet) 4. No Shattaf (hand spray) for water closet

• Mahmoud (8/5): Good because the nice host - Host is polite , her family has a good smile always. Location is amazing close to down town and with great view . Ground floor no AC, we use it as luggage store . Accessible to second floor is a little bit small. Second floor is only one AC so we need to open the room which make it only one room without privacy

• Samodi (1/5): Bad - A place I will not return to. The cabin itself was beautiful, with a lovely view — I really liked that part. However, the host’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. We only stayed for one night and decided to leave early due to the unpleasant experience. After our departure, the host started sending over five pictures claiming the place was left untidy, using very disrespectful language — all just to demand extra payment. To avoid further issues, I asked for her account details, transferred the money, and even told her to hire a cleaning service at my expense to close the matter. I will not return to this place simply because of the host’s unacceptable behavior.
• Muthu (9/5): Everything was good , neighbours are so friendly. Worth of money for home stay - View and building has more space for family and nice maintenance. It’s not much negative , kind of wooden house so first floor walking sound will be heard in the kitchen downstairs

• Egor (5/5): Passable - Breakfast was rich. The garden was pleasant. The stairs were uncomfortable and even dangerous. The room was very hot. The air-conditioner didn't get to the second room. "don't choose if you don't like it" - that what the owner of the place answer to our review. So... ok.

Very close to the downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. The host is very kind and helpful, she is responding immediately to any question. Wifi is strong and kitchen is equipped with all needed stuff. Will come again. Everything was okay.

There was a spacious kitchen and a nice place in the garden for the family to eat together. The property is misplaced on the maps and the correct instructions came a bit late so we ended up in a bad situation on a narrow street. Make sure to ask for directions in advance.

The cabin is excellent and the kitchen has everything that you would need to cook and serve. Its just besides the Botanical Gardens overlooking the river. The bathroom could be tad bit bigger.

We stayed one night in these apartments, and everything was just perfect - the rooms, location (close to the botanical garden and grocery stores), and additional services (breakfast) and parking slot. We were traveling with a child, and there was plenty of space to play and toys available. I would highly recommend these apartments to all visitors of Kutaisi.
