• Jeffrey (7/5): - De ligging van het appartement net buiten het drukste centrum maar makelijk op loop afstand was perfect! De koelkast stonk echt heel erg en het riool uit de wc rook ook echt niet best

• Paweł (9/5): Superb - Nice spacious apartment with kitchen, a lady living next door gave us the keys. It was warm unlike most Balkan apartments in winter
• Rachael (7/5): Has great potential if plumbing can be fixed - This place has potential to be a 10, but the plumbing would need to be maintained better. The location is excellent and the owner is very communicative. The place has everything you need and washing machine was good to do laundry for free. Easy parking right outside the apartment. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. As the shower does not have a basin, the shower water that did not drain created a large puddle that covered the entire floor of the bathroom. Therefore, only one out of three of our group was able to shower. Even then, we had to walk through a 1cm deep puddle of water to use the toilet through the rest of our stay. When we reached out to see if the issue could be resolved, we were told nothing could be done as the owner was out of town.
• Alexey (6/5): Worse than expected - Wi-Fi doesn't work Fridge half-works: only frost section. But it fully filled with owner's stuff Real living space is maybe just 10 m2 between beds and kichen
• Antonia (10/5): Clean & cosy in Berat - Peaceful apartment in a great location, within walking distance to the Old Town and all central attractions. The bus station is within a 30 minutes’ walk, although there is a handy local bus running frequently that you can catch at the end of the road. The neighbour checked us in, and was very kind & helpful despite our language barrier. A supermarket is right around the corner with good prices - we used the full kitchen each night to cook. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well if you want to dine out. Our air con was lovely and cool and everything was spotless. We had a great stay here - thank you!
• Cédric (10/5): Exceptional - Owner replied in minutes and helped us with everything. Comfortable stay, quite close to the old city (10 minute walk). (30 minute walk from bus station) Good kitchen, bathroom, fridge and washung machine. Extremely picky comment, pillows were hard ;) No complaints honestly

• Giovanna_fer (9/5): Lovely stay at Sota apartment - Very nice staff - extremely helpful (thanks Mira and Ilias!), the apartment was big and comfortable with all facilities, in a very good location close to the old town and the new one. There's only one bemol - no heating on the hallway and in the bathroom, but the room itself was very warm.
