Custo elevado com o que oferece, quarto não condiz com as fotos, banheiro com porta estilo bar (aberta em cima e em baixo) onde não há privacidade.

• Arturo Francisco (8/5): Muy eficientes en unas cosas y en otra no. La amabilidad y buena disposición dejan buena sensación. - La amabilidad del personal. Desde la llegada hasta la ayuda con la gestión de mi transporte en taxi. Solicité un cambio de habitación y lo hicieron de manera eficiente y rápida, Solicité ayuda para resolver una filtración de agua del frigobar, y a pesar de haberme dicho que enseguida vendrían, pasaron 18 horas y nunca llegaron... El ventilador del baño no funcionaba y la puerta del baño no cerraba. Habría que resolver estos detalles, no son tan complicados.
• Glenn (1/5): Not a hotel, a hostel. Misleading in every way. Had to leave. - I didn't like anything. It was so bad I didn't stay there. This place is not a hotel it's a hostel. The room was not secure and the hotel did not offer anything to assist. They just said they were booked out and there was nothing they could do. The photos look like they were taken ages ago as well and it's way dirtier and older now. Would not recommend. Much work needed to get to an acceptable standard.

• Gonzalez (8/5): - The location is perfect, you even have barbacoa tacos right outside during weekends. You have a mini bar fridge in case you want to cook. There's always water, coffee, tea and juice available all the time, which is amazing. All the staff were very nice people. Also, the kitchen was great. Structuraly is kind of weird, but it is ok. However, the bathroom had no door.

• Murillo (5/5): No lo recomiendo - Está muy bien ubicado El internet es muy lento. Demasiado ruido cada que la habitación de arriba usaba el agua. Solo hay una televisión y es en un área común, no en la habitación (por el costo de la habitación, mínimo debería haber televisión en ella). Además, el drenaje en la regadera estaba tapado.

El olor del lavamanos y de la ducha eran fuerte como a vinagre

The location was perfect, not noisy but close to everything you need. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus and the staff were fantastic. The pillows were extremely large but a minor complaint. Everything else was perfect, I would stay again

The shared kitchen was clean and had everything you need, including free hot drinks and juice in the morning. The laundry service was a big bonus! The communal areas were really nice too and the staff/ service was amazing! Very helpful, kind and extremely responsive. I'd highly recommend I can't complain about anything
• Steven (6/5): Decent in a pinch, wouldn't voluntarily stay again - Location was good - in a quiet, safe neighborhood with cute coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was a decent size and bed was comfortable and clean. Wifi was strong and consistent. There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the toilet during the entirety of my stay. The door to the bathroom isn't a real door either, it's open on the top and bottom, so I couldn't even close the door to contain the stench. Every time I'd come back to the room it would reek. The staff are fine, but definitely do not go out of their way whatsoever to help you. For as much as the cleaning lady is there cleaning the place is all a bit dirty. The room had marks all over the walls and ceilings, stains all over the chair, was generally just a bit run down and gross.

• loskar14 (7/5): En déça des attentes - L'emplacement. Il n'y a qu'un rond vraiment fonctionnel sur la.cuisinière. Fort odeur d'égoût dans notre chambre. Nous n'avins pas eu la chambre réservée sur booking. Celle que nous avons eu était beaucoup moins charmante. Nous avons eu froid la nuit. En général, ce n'est pas un mauvais endroit mais le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas génial.

• Ángela (7/5): Agradable si vas poco tiempo - Me gustó la ubicación, perfecto si vas pocos días. Hay muchos cafés y restaurantes cerca, por lo que por comida y cercanía no tuve problemas. La cocina y en sí las habitaciones son bastante limpias, no hay olor a humedad ni nada así. El baño tenía fallas en la puerta, tenías que aplicar muchísima fuerza para poder cerrarla, y no había privacidad. Dentro del baño, todo se escuchaba, lo que resultaba incómodo. Agregaría más luz y mejorar los baños, además que el lavamanos estaba dentro de la regadera y era muy complicado la movilidad por el espacio reducido.

• Ivana (2/5): - Nice and friendly staff. Everything else… The “studio” was essentially a backyard garage with zero privacy: we had to keep the window blinds fully drawn at all times. Paper-thin walls let us hear every footstep, conversation, not to mention the delivery guys ringing the doorbell despite clear instructions not to do so. The toilet/shower room was tiny, and worst of all, the room was freezing cold—no blankets or heaters, so we slept fully dressed. We checked out the next day.

• Anna (8/5): Carino! - Atmosfera accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima, si può prendere la metro e arrivare ovunque. Quartiere super tranquillo. Mancano alcune piccolezze nella camera, ad esempio non ci sono comodini, prese per la corrente sono poche e non ci sono reti antizanzare, quindi aprendo la finestra del bagno ne sono entrate un sacco.

Que no tienen identificación del nombre del hotel para ubicarlo fácilmente cuando llegas. Pueden mejorar con la ropa de coma, muy sencillas. Y las llaves daba dificultad para entrar, pueden mejorar esa parte.
• Yaná (1/5): Anúncio mentiroso! NÃO RECOMENDO! - Nada! Anúncio extremamente mentiroso, quarto fede a esgoto e os funcionários grosso. As fotos do anúncio não são verdadeiras. O quarto é pequeno, o banheiro é horrível porque fede a esgoto e o quarto inteiro fica com um cheiro terrível. Além disso, você só pode utilizar a cozinha (até pra pegar água) só a partir das 09h da manhã. E o terraço lindo que tem na foto são duas cadeiras do lado de muito lixo. Horrível! Inviável. Nunca fiquei em uma hospedagem tão enganosa de fotos. No anúncio diz que tem depósito de bagagem, mas não tem. Questionamos a funcionária Alexandra sobre o depósito de bagagem, pois foi o principal motivo de reservar este local, e ela disse que a informação está equivocada no booking e que não existe esse depósito. Para finalizar, a funcionária Alexandra foi extremamente grossa, afirmando que estávamos em 5 pessoas em um quarto, sendo que estávamos em 4 pessoas, conforme o reservado. Ainda nos ameaçou falando que se perdermos a chave, teremos consequências. Nunca fui tão mal recepcionada. Muito decepcionada e ainda enjoada com o cheiro de esgoto no quarto todo. Terrível.

• Angela (7/5): Price is right, room was a bit disappointing - Loved the price. Location was pretty good. Having a shared kitchen was nice. Appreciated having a fridge in the room. There was a nice closet for storage in the room. Wifi was fast (I do think the router was in our room though). We found the toilet to be stinky at times (might not be unique to this hotel). The room ended up being quite a bit below our expectations - bathroom did not have a full size door making it a bit uncomfortable to go to the bathroom when traveling with someone else, some more blankets would be nice, there were no windows other than to the hallway which looked into a cleaning closet, and you can only lock the door using the keys from the inside. It was often noisy during the day with staff being around. The room did not having heat or cooling - wasn't an issue during our stay in the winter.

• David Santiago (7/5): Great price-location balance. Staff needs to improve their attitude towards the guests. - The location was just what we needed. The price was what we needed. We were happy to have a desk to work and a terrace to relax and enjoy the view. When we arrived, the person who received us was explaining us all the rules of the place speaking too fast, kindly I asked her to go a little slower because we were not following her, she didn't just ignore my request and continue speaking fast but made an angry face after I told her I was not understanding. We are native Spanish speakers, so language was not actually a barrier. One of the main reasons we chose the place was because of the availability of a shared kitchen for making our breakfasts, but one thing they don't say in the booking post is that the kitchen is only available from 0900 to 2200 for "regular" guests and fully available for some guests of the first floor, so we had to adjust our plan to cook our breakfasts in the nights and have them cold the next mornings. The room is smaller than it looks in the pictures, especially the bathroom.
• eduardo (6/5): - It was clean I had booked a "deluxe" room from the list of available options. When I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night I was led to a room that was basically a hole in the wall with no windows. The room looked nothing like the pictures, the handle to access the apartment was hanging and it kept falling off making it difficult to lock/open the door. When I pointed out to the staff that the room was not like that in the pictures and that it had nothing "deluxe" about it, they were not helpful and treated me as if I was delusional. They offered to either move me to another room the next day (without showing it to me) or to cancel. It was 1am in the morning so I felt cornered to accept the offer to move in the morning. The next day I had a tour booked and when I asked if I could be back to move at 1.30pm they threatened me saying that I couldn't only move after 12pm and before 1pm, if I got any later they would not move me, basically ruining my tour. The new room was admittedly much better, but still far off from being "deluxe". Neither room had an actual door to separate the toilet from the bedroom, but rather just a curtain which made using the toilet whilst my partner was around a bit awkward
• Lukas (1/5): Not again. Earplugs are essential. - The situation is reasonably okay. Unfortunately, the room was not soundproofed from any noise coming from the hallway. It was incredibly loud; it was impossible to sleep without being woken up every hour by other guests. The bed was also much too small. As a normal-sized person, my feet hung off the end. The pictures here do not match reality either.

La refri no funcionaba. Los horarios de la cocina, deberían permitir que uno desayune más temprano porque algunas personas nos gusta aprovechar el día.

Aunque no nos gustó la habitación que nos dieron la noche que llegamos, se veía que había otros cuartos mejores. La habitación que nos dieron era fea e incómoda. Se entraba a ella por un pequeño y feo patio de servicio y esa puerta era su única fuente de ventilación; olía mucho a humedad y tenía un baño muy pequeño al que se accedía por unas escaleras en el medio del espacio.

• Abigail (2/5): No lo recomiendo - Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación y que sus trabajadores son amables, de ahí en fuera el lugar es muy feo. No se parece en nada a las fotos, primero nos dieron una habitación muy fea que olía mal, después nos pasaron a una relativamente más grande que el baño no tenía puerta, pero era más aceptable que la primera, aún así no era una buena habitación. No se parece en nada a las fotos, salimos muy decepcionados y estuvimos incómodos durante toda nuestra estancia, las habitaciones son como sucias con bichos aplastados en las paredes y ventanas, cobijas que parece que no lavan y los baños muy deteriorados. No lo recomendaría para nada.
• Francesca (7/5): - Lo staff è carino e disponibile. C'era un' ofrenda molto carina nella sala comune e in generale l'atmosfera è accogliente. Siamo arrivati al mattino prestissimo e lo staff è stato veramente gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo L'unico neo è stata la nostra stanza (ultimo piano) e relativo bagno, che erano veramente veramente basic. Pareti verso l'esterno sottilissime, lavandino minuscolo, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva, le coperte del letto iper sintetiche facevano scintille di notte! Cosa che può essere anche simpatica :) ma per un soggiorno breve a mio avviso.

Very basic room- curtain departing bathroom from room, fan but no air con. It wasn’t obviously a hotel and ringing the doorbell or calling the number didn’t help us. Luckily another guest was returning and let us in.

We did not spend too much time in the room as we were mostly out exploring. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was very close to the road with no soundproofing. All the street noise and cars could be heard from inside at all hours.
• Beatriz (10/5): Great value for money - Overall it's good value for money. This place is a mix between a hostel and a hotel. You get a private room and bathroom, but also get to share the living room and kitchen, so it's a nice place to interact with other travelers. The location is great, many coffee shops and restaurants in the area and easy access to the subway (about 7-10 min walk). I felt safe walking around the neighborhood even at night. Check in/check out was smooth. If you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation but still want some comfort, Colmena Tonalá is a great option.

• Ana (9/5): Sweet:) - Close to everything important (food, bars, stores) and to city centre (it’s a big city though) in a walking distance (cca. 1 hour). It is a very lovely neighbourhood and the room is cute and clean. The staff does not speak a word of english, so if you do not speak spanish you may have inconveniences. They are very friendly and they are willing to help but they can not because they don’t understand you at all. And they answer in spanish.
