• Maria (1/5): Its the dirtiest place ever - The only good thing was the location and everything else is horror It was soo dirty , nothing was clean , the bed was so dirty and the towels and kitchen stuff as well. Also the host ghosted me and i had to spam him 10 times for 2 days to get a simple answer. The floor was so dirty and everything was full of dust . This is unacceptable . DONT GO HERE

• Caroline (8/5): Great flat for a few days, good location and easy to stay in - It was comfortable, easy to access and in a great location. Nothing although the shower head holder was broken so could do with being fixed.
• Amy (2/5): 😵‍💫 - quartier calme Rideau de douche et canapé lit très sale pour pas dire dégoûtant. beaucoup de choses ne marchent pas...comme les lampes... l'armoire dans la chambre est branlante et toute poussiéreuse. pas vraiment osé toucher quoique ce soit dans la cuisine.
• ANASTASIA (9/5): VERY NICE, COZY AND GOOD POSITION - host disponibile e veloce nella comunicazione. l'alloggio è in una zona tranquilla e davvero molto carina. appartamento pulito e comodo, dotato di ogni comfort base. riscaldamento fruibile.

• Lang (5/5): You get what you pay for. - Great location, and quiet and very pretty. Conveniently located for buses and short walk to the Underground.The place itself was clean, as were the bedding and towels. Half the windows don't open because they are broken and the bathroom light can't be turned on due to the pull string being missing. The host was very slow to respond. A neighbor informed us that it was social housing, which is apparently illegal to rent out, and that was concerning.
• Valérie (8/5): Très agréable séjour de 7 nuits à 3 personnes en juillet - localisation excellente à - minutes à pied du métro, bus à 50m, commerces, la résidence est très calme, aucun bruit la nuit, appartement pratique, agréable et bien équipé avec machine à laver, microondes, gazinière, four, grille pain etc... Le Wi fi fonctionne bien Avoir quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus serait assez pratique: casseroles plus grandes, passoire... mais c'est un détail
• Duchaine (7/5): - Emplacement calme, idéal pour une famille de 4, bien équipé avec lave linge et four Appartement qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, faire la poussière, ajouter de la vaisselle car seulement 3 fourchettes, pas de passoire ...réparer le grille-pain cassé... Le matelas du lit est fatigué mais reste encore confortable. Le logement pourrait être parfait s'il était un peu mieux suivi au fil des locations successives.
• Hadi (7/5): Good location, nice/clean amenities, good heating, but early 10:00 PM check-out - - Good location. - All amenities for a family with good kitchen. - I read some strange comments that house is in a shared community or only part of the house is rented. But the rented 1st floor is completely separate, with separate enterance with complete privacy. Check-out time (10:00 AM) I have been to several hotels, and it's the first time I experience such an early check-out (there may be other properties with such an early check-out, but I never experienced it). I understand that the cleaning time is required for the next tenants, but with check-in time of 3:00 PM, I believe there would be enough time if check-out time is moved to 11:00 PM (like many other properties on booking.com) Although, check-out time was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, however, if you ask what I didn't like about the property, I will certainly mention it.

• Andre (1/5): Promises lots and failed to deliver - Too little and too cozy. If you’re a hobbit. Then it’s perfect and I’m not very tall. Its place in the neighbourhood is great, if you want some place to stay that’s functional and you don’t care about charm, great. Everything.
• Bella (8/5): I would not stay again, but it’s cosy. - Cosy Host banging front door minutes after check out time, and I mean BANGING. Kitchen is grotty, around 10 min walk from shops and tube.

• Tan (8/5): Nice location and responsive host! - I liked the coziness of the house, the relatively accessible location for central London. The owner was responsive and quickly able to reply to my calls / texts. They were willing to help out even late at night. The heater wasn't working on the first night, so we had to sleep in the cold. The retrieval of the key was also a bit finnicky because there were a few lockboxes to choose from. There were some unopened packages left by the host or other persons, so there were some unwelcome interactions.
• Whammond (9/5): Superb - Really great little apartment, loved the location was very easy to get around especially for 2 lone females at night. Area was very quiet. Host gave detailed description on how to find apartment and checked in to see if we were able to work the heating.
• Matthew (8/5): Great location, good stay but not perfect. - The apartment is in a good location in Ladbroke Grove a 15 minute walk up the hill from Ladbroke Grove underground station. The apartment was easy to find and has a short flight of stairs to the upper level. Living room good size with a galley kitchen well appointed.bedroom was a decent size and the shower worked well. It provided the base we needed for meeting friends in Ladbroke Grove at night. 1. On arrival at 1700 we had to call the owner as the code to access keys did not work. It turned out there was a second key box some yards away to find because the original one didn’t work. I think we should have been warned. 2. The lighting in the apartment is from the central overhead lights only. No working lamps so we were either in the dark or in full light. Two of the bulbs in the lounge area lights did not work. 3. Worst criticism - the worst bed of any apartment I have used. An old spring mattress that sagged so badly towards the middle it was impossible not to roll inwards when sleeping, and the springs could be felt through the night, even though we slept on top of the duvet under a blanket for some cushioning from the springs. 4. The room size meant that the bed was hard up against one wall so the person on the inside has some clambering to do to get out during the night.

• Simon (9/5): A nice place from which to visit the sights of London - Location was very close to Ladbroke Grove station and Portobello Rd. Small but well designed flat with own front door

• Julie (3/5): Poor - The location of the place is great. Very close to Notting Hill and all amenities. The flat is well equipped overall. I missed cafe on arrival. The owner was approachable and kind. The flat is inside a community house. The energy of this place was really strange. I felt very uncomfortable being inside. I couldn't sleep in the bedroom and slept on the sofa for this reason. I read another solo traveler had a similar experience but never thought much of it until I was inside the place. I left 2 days early because of this. I will not come back.
