• Sadeyen (10/5): Appartement sécurisé, équipé et bien situé - L’immeuble est vieux et ne donne pas envie au premier regard. Mais l’appartement est parfait : très grande, bien équipé (cuisine équipé, chambre avec clim + télé) et bien situé. L’hôte est très réactif et super sympa concernant nos demandes. Je recommande, vous serez pas déçu. Rien à déclarer, j’ai passé un bon moment.

• Travis (10/5): Would stay with them again. - I was very happy with my stay. The property was on the edge of Old Town, making it easy to access nearby beaches, restaurants, bars and grocery stores but not as hectic. We rented a car and easily found street parking. There were two nearby lots as well. It was quiet at night. The unit was well appointed with everything one needs - coffee, soap and cleaning products. The pictures were representative. Nothing.
• Andy (10/5): Perfect location for a city break in Split. - Beautiful apartment a 5 minute walk from the old town. It is modern and comfortable with all the facilities you could hope for. The beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was very quiet which allowed us to sleep extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. All of the door locks are electronic so we didn’t have to worry about who had the key. Nothing

• Summit (10/5): Met and exceeded all expectations. - Great location, close to the palace but sufficiently distant to get away from the crowds. Host is highly responsive and cheerful with good English. Apartment very well furnished and spacious. Some easy good street parking once you figure out the system ("blue lines" and "white lines"). The building has graffiti on one side but once you get in it's fine, and the apartment's great.

The location is perfect to explore the old town and easy to get to if you are coming from the port. The place was spotless, looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you could possibly need for a stay while travelling. Would 100% book here again if visiting Split. Was one of the best accommodations we had on our vacation. Nothing

• Linda (10/5): Perfect stay for four in Split, close to everything. - Amazing apartment for four persons in the heart of Split. Very spacious and clean. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Cozy living room with large sofa and big TV. Well equipped bathroom (including washing machine). Kitchen was big (with beautiful old details saved), also well equipped and direct access to the balcony. Very quiet despite the location. The most lovely and helpful host. Easy to get in contact with. Location just outside the walls of Split old town. Perfect! A lot of parkings on the surrounding areas. Apartment easy to reach if you travel by car. Nothing.

The checkout time is very early - 10am and it wasn't flexible (at least on the day we were checking out). That said, the host offered us a free place to store our luggage about a block away.
• Tom (9/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment was spacious and well decorated and in a great location to walk down through the old town to the water. The apartment was on the first floor so there is one flight of stairs to bring up suitcases, but we managed well with that.

• Deirdre (10/5): Perfect quiet location in a modern large apartment - Beautiful apartment located on the edge of the main seafront area yet incredibly quiet at night time. I think it was newly decorated - very clean. Dont let the initial impression from outside put you off - its the perfect location to visit this beautiful town and only a 20 minute walk to the ferries and cruise ships. Easier on the way back as its slightly downhill. If you take a taxi it cannot take a direct route due to pedestrianised streets so walk if you can. Nothing

The location of the apartment could not be better, right intill the old town and the harbor where you can find the boats that takes you to all the beutiful Islands.
