- Guest (10/5): - My stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, and offered a good variety of choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

- FLORENCE (4/5): DECEVANT - La chambre était bien. Le ménage n'a pas était fait durant notre séjour ! Un oubli j'imagine ! La piscine est inutile ! Elle se trouve devant l'entrée de l'hôtel, elle est minuscule ! et souvent des gens sont assis tout autour ! Très particulier comme concept ! Quant au petit déjeuner ! il est dégouttant ! Le personnel est trop peu pour gérer le flux ! Les tables restent envahie de vaisselles sales quand on arrivent pour déjeuner. La terrasse est sale et peu agréable ! très décevant ! Il y a sans doute beaucoup mieux en bord de mer !

- enrica (7/5): - Le camere pulite Posizione scomoda, ti dicono che esiste il parcheggio quando in realtà non è così, l’hotel si trova in cima ad una strada in cui spesso è difficoltoso salire se si è in auto. La piscina è minuscola, quasi inutilizzabile, la colazione servita a sprazzi tanto che uno deve affacciarsi a vedere se siano arrivate nuove brioche o altro
- Scaglia (7/5): Nel complesso bella esperienza - Hotel nuovo, con possibilità di scegliere tra mare (lettini molto comodi) e piscina. La spiaggia si raggiunge in un paio di minuti a piedi e a breve, stando ai lavori in corso durante il nostro soggiorno, sarà disponibile un bar per gli ombrelloni dell'hotel. La colazione potrebbe essere gestita meglio. Lo staff non rifornisce a sufficienza e sparecchia prima del tempo (di cinque/dieci minuti). La doccia non sempre veniva calda (tiepida si), ma aspettando qualche minuto, tornava calda.

Pas de kit de bienvenue (eau café et thé ) et un seul rouleau de papier toilette déjà entamé ( nous avons du réclamer un second) : pas normal pour un 4 étoiles chambre sans balcon , très vitrée donc très chaude et une seule fenêtre qui s’ouvre Le personnel d’accueil peu réactif et qui nous laisse nous débrouiller

With some attention to this detail, the property could easily match the standards of the best seaside hotels we’ve visited.

- Drini (1/5): Would not recommend at all - The air-conditioning worked. I am very confused by the positive reviews. We stayed here for four nights and regretted it. When we checked in the room was filled with sand, the second day there were pieces of eaten pear in the room and bathroom, that were from the cleaning personnel. The personnel on the beach were VERY rude and only let you sit on the last row of the beach beds even tho most of the other ones were free but asked a surplus payment (even though it was included in the price). The bread at breakfast was stale most days. There is very limited parking space and 2/4 nights we had to find parking elsewhere. The pool was also dirty. All in all we were not satisfied and would not recommend this hotel at all.

Petit déjeuné: il doit certainement y avoir du choix à 8h pile, mais plus rien à 9h et rien n’est remis au fur et à mesure quand c’est vide. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassés pour laisser les autres chambres arrivées. Piscine: pas nettoyé correctement, plein de sable, malgré le robot qui est au bord de la piscine. En plus elle est directement vue sur le parking à l’entrée de l’hôtel, dommage.. Ascenseur: ils font paniquer. Chambre vue sur mer: à moitié mais plutôt sur les bâtiments en travaux juste à côté..

L'amabilité de la réception et au déjeuner la jeune fille très gentille Ne pas nous avoir prévenus que le restaurant était fermé,nous étions avec un enfant et le soir de notre arrivée nous ne voulions pas sortir . - Joep (6/5): Potentie: TOP. Uitvoering: zwak - We hadden een mooie grote kamer met een geweldig balkon. Badkamer was prima maar helaas spoelde het toilet niet door. Hiervoor kregen we een pasje van een aangrenzende kamer om daar het toilet te gebruiken.., er is tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten niemand geweest om het te repareren.. Gedurende ons verblijf viel enkele keren de stroom uit. Vervelend, misschien zelfs overmacht, maar het personeel deed niets om de gasten te informeren. Het personeel was sowieso heel afstandelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet was ronduit slecht voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse en uitstraling. Er was weinig keuze en er werd nauwelijks tot niet aangevuld. Jammer want je zit er prachtig op de bovenste verdieping. Het strand is goed bereikbaar, maar staar je niet blind op de foto's... (zoals op veel plaatsen...). Je ligt hutje-mutje, en er worden ook bedjes verhuurd aan locals en/of andere geïnteresseerden. Zeker geen privé-strand van het hotel dus. Qua potentie een mooi hotel, net buiten de topdrukte van de lange (eindeloze) boulevard. Helaas, zoals op zoveel plekken aan de kust, zijn ze niet of nog niet genoeg voorbereid op de massale toestroom van toeristen.

- Sara Alessandra (8/5): - Sehr sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick direkt aufs Meer. Sehr Zentral. Grosszügig. Würde ich sehr weiter empfehlen! Zimmerservice war nicht gut. Sie wechseln nur alle 3 Tage die Tücher und putzen die Böden nicht. Nach 3 Tagen haben sie es bei uns vergessen und gesagt, dass wir die Schlüssel nicht an der Rezeption gelassen haben um zu putzen.

The hotel is in a great position, the beach club is so nice. Amazing sunset views and a lot of sport camps to play in the evenings. - Serena (7/5): Te duur voor wat je krijgt - De grootte van de kamer met privacy voor ouders. Fijn privé strand met ligbedjes die je kunt gebruiken. Fijne zee waarin kids zelf kunnen spelen. Zwembad is oké en was lekker rustig. Uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is erg mooi. De “oliebollen” tijdens het ontbijt waren erg lekker. Alles is net niet; badkamer en balkon deuren op de kamer klemmen op hinderlijke wijze, personeel is niet vriendelijk en onduidelijk, geen gordijn voor balkondeur in ouderslaapkamer (waardoor het al vroeg erg licht is in de hotelkamer: hierover geklaagd: is een bekend iets en in alle kamers zo), ontbijt niet zo lekker, locatie is niet bijzonder (aan de rand van alles), alles in kamer wat verouderd en niet zo schoon (bijv make up vlekken op de muur en kauwgom op de dorpel van de douche). Twee van de drie dagen zelf om toiletpapier moeten vragen omdat dit niet was aangevuld en handdoeken na eerste dag niet verschoond (had er 1 op de vloer gelaten om te vervangen en deze was opgehangen). Weinig ruimte om spulletjes neer te leggen en handdoeken op te hangen. Er liggen regels op de kamer, welke streng geformuleerd zijn.

- Cordula Frey-Freyenfels (4/5): - Eigentlich nur der Stil vom Zimmer. Die Unterkunft entsprach null unseren Vorstellungen eines solchen Hotels dieser Preisklasse. Die Mitarbeiter können nicht grüßen - angefangen von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstückspersonal. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht (wir haben uns bis 02:30 Uhr zwei Mal beschwert und wurden beim ersten Mal darauf verwiesen, dass die Kühlung bis zu 1,5 Stunden dauern kann, bis die Anlage die Temperatur erreicht hat). Wir hatten bei Ankunft nur eine Klopapierrolle und auch nach der Zimmerreinigung keine neue. Es gibt kein Wasser am Zimmer. Ebenso mussten wir für einen Reisebus unseren Parkplatz räumen.

- Hendrik (8/5): Prima hotel in het centrum van Vlore - Prima ontbijt op bovenste verdieping. Leuk op open terras en mooi uitzicht. Kamer mooi groot maar helaas zonder balkon. Er was wel een raam dat open kon. Het hotel ligt hoog maar heeft een lift naar zeeniveau en een eigen strand met gratis toegang tot de ligstoelen met parasol en tafeltje. Ik vond dat het raam in de kamer erg laag en dus gevaarlijk. Geen beveiliging. Zou geen kind er veilig inlaten. Een korte playlist met telkens dezelfde muziek tijdens ontbijt of koffiedrinken. Ging irriteren.

- Jeb (10/5): Great Location for Quiet Family Fun - Loved the location. Quiet while still accessible to fun activities. Staff was super friendly. Airport transfer shuttle (Fabio) couldn’t have been better, especially for a single parent with kids. However, while everything was good, the view of the water and the beach at Bfast was unbeatable. I don’t have any complaints. However, if you’re the type of person that wants to be right in the middle of concerts and things, it’s about a 10-15minute walk.

- Nils (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel, perfekte Lage. Wir können es bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. - Gigantische Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, von der wir einen sensationellen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang hatten. Da wir wohl schon in der Nachsaison anreisten, war es auch angenehm ruhig. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet von 8-10 Uhr. Wurde um 8 Uhr bestückt und somit waren die warmen Speisen spätestens um 9 kalt. Saftkonzentrat wurde nicht aufgefüllt.

- Emmanuel (8/5): Super mais il faut se lever tôt pour le petit dejeuner - Le balcon la vue mer l’aménagement intelligent et confortable de l’espace Si nous avons adorez le petit déjeuner la première nuit en venant à 8h, le lendemain à 9h15, il n’y avait quasiment plus rien en plus les enfants ne s’étant pas réveillés le personnel n’a pas voulu qu’on prenne 2 ou 3 truc pour mes enfants mangent... A noter qj’il faudrait rajouter dans les chambres au moins des verres et qu’une bouilloire serait appréciable Acces compliqué en voiture,et a pied beaucoup d’escalier

- Cornelis (8/5): - Mooi hotel voor een goede prijs. Vooral op een wat rustiger plek en met een eigen stuk strand. Echt top. Gewoon een goed hotel die voldeed aan verwachtingen. De lift naar de straat ziet er nogal krakkemikkig uit, hij bleef ook een keer hangen waarna we die maar vermeden hebben. Het strand is ook niet recht voor het hotel maar nog wel even 5 minuutjes lopen. Parkeren moet vaak aan de straat maar daar is meestal wel plek.

- Paul (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience - Rien, sincèrement. Tout est à fuir dans cet établissement, lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la réception on avait l'impression de déranger le personnel, ensuite quand nous avons accèder aux deux chambres il y avait encore des traces d'excréments au niveau des toilettes, des traces de sang sur les rideaux, un manque d'hygiène et de propreté au niveau de la salle de bains et de la douche. Par ailleurs, pas de bouteilles d'eau de bienvenue, la piscine n'est pas entretenue avec des insectes morts à la surface et une eau trouble. On a contacté le manager pour lui indiquer que nous ne souhaitons pas rester et être remboursé pour éviter un litige booking chose à laquelle il nous a menacé et que en plus nous avions menti. Bref très mauvaise expérience dans cet "hôtel" heureusement nous en avons trouvé un autre mieux et moins cher à 10 minutes.

- Nyan (6/5): Could be better facilities and guest relations must be provided - Room,bed, friendly staff at breakfast and reception lady (Maggi) No amenities in room, no direct access to the beach, hotel is on the hillside, need to walk up climb stairs and get to elevator to directly hotel…Need effort and energy, for people with feet issue and elderly person could get difficulties.

- Izabela (1/5): - Jeden z najsłabszych hoteli w Albanii w którym byliśmy. Po przyjeździe na miejsce byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani lokalizacja,samym hotelem oraz jego personelem. Personel stara się stwarzać sztuczne zainteresowanie wysyłając cały czas maile w rzeczywistości są one chyba wysyłane automatycznie masowo do wszystkich ponieważ co ciekawe nawet po powrocie do kraju dostałam maila z informacją że czekają i postarają się zrobić wszystko co w ich mocy aby zrealizować dodatkowe życzenia i prośby. Chambre sans balcon avec vue sur des travaux, Manque un rideau dans la chambre donc trop de lumière le matin tôt, Très petit parking (6 voitures environs) Plage privée à plus de 150 mètres, mais a le mérite d’exister.. sans bar/restauration. - antonella (9/5): Eccezionale - Hotel recentemente ristrutturato con Posizione strategica a due passi dal mare, dal lungomare e da tutti i ristoranti. Gestione familiare con accoglienza efficiente e gentilezza e soprattutto Klaudia, ma non solo lei, ha risolto prontamente i miei problemi. La mia suite n. 412 è molto spaziosa con ha un letto king e materasso nuovo eccellente, ha anche un terrazzo favoloso con vista mare attrezzato con ombrellone, comodi lettini colorati e tavolino per lavorare e guardare sorgere l’alba o il tramonto. E per iniziare la giornata la Colazione si fa in terrazza al 5’ piani con vista superlativa. Spiaggia riservata all’hotel a 150 mt con ombrellone e lettini dotati di comodi cuscini. Assolutamente da tornare presto. tutto

Incorporéis un maletín de primeros auxilios. - Limpieza, ubicación, amabilidad del personal Mi hijo tuvo una anafilaxia , tras haber comido en el hotel y no tenían un botiquín de primeros auxilios, ( ningún antihistamínico y menos una epinefrina, tuve la suerte que justo en ese momento bajaban unos huéspedes que tenían una jeringa y lo inyectaron y mi hijo pudo volver a respirar.
