We also had the chance of meeting the owner and he was just amazing! Very friendly and humble. Some parts of the room was not thoroughly cleaned especially the toilet. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not cleaned properly.

This type of information must be provided before booking. On May 9th, renovations were taking place in the hotel room upstairs, forcing us to wake up at 7:30 AM. The work lasted for about an hour and a half until I complained to a hotel staff member. After my complaint, the work stopped, but my mood in the morning was soured by the lack of sleep. The Booking website states that the room is equipped with a kitchenette, but in reality, cooking is not allowed; pots and pans are missing. Families planning to cook should take this into account, and the hotel should provide this information when planning their vacation. Room cleaning was not always of a good standard. If not for the room upgrade and the friendliness of the staff, I would have given the hotel a lower rating.

Allerdings hätten wir von Booking erwartet, dass wir darüber informiert werden, dass rund im das Hotel sehr laute Bauarbeiten im Gange sind, die sehr störend waren. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel für den Aufenthalt gewählt. Wie gesagt, Hotel ist absolut in Ordnung, der fehlende Hinweis auf sehr laute Bauarbeiten bis in den späteren Abend jedoch nicht

Ventilatie in de badkamer doet het nauwelijks. In één van de slaapkamers was een hard zoemend geluid. Sloeg aan en weer uit. Dag en nacht. Erg storend. Het hotel is wel gehorig. Er wordt veel gebouwd in de omgeving. Voor het hotel komt een gebouw te staan. Vraag me af of er dan nog uitzicht is op de zee.

• Sergii (8/5): Good hotel if you remove the mischief then it will be great - Very nice staff, all guys are good, tried to help with any problems. The hotel is located in a beautiful place near the Beach. Breakfast was even a little monotonous, but there was always something to eat, hungry will not. A pleasant bonus was that we were promoted by the category of rooms and we lived with sea views. The hotel has a quick internet, a balcony and a kitchen. There is no kitchen utensils in the kitchen, we had to buy a pan in the supermarket. The pull in the kitchen didn't work. On both sides of the hotel there is a stand, though they did not noise especially, but the view is spoiled.

• Elena (6/5): Bisogna migliorare - La suite con balcone era poco distante dalla spiaggia e la vista mare sarebbe stata perfetta se non fosse stata penalizzata dal cantiere vicinissimo all’albergo. La suite disponeva di un angolo cucina, ma con utensili e bicchieri insufficienti. La pulizia è risultata scadente: nonostante l’impegno del personale, mancavano competenze e attenzione ai dettagli (in una settimana il bagno non è stato mai pulito adeguatamente). La struttura è recente ma poco curata. Internet funzionava bene, la colazione era nella media ma priva di frutta. Inoltre, la TV in camera non ha mai funzionato e il problema non è stato risolto durante il soggiorno.

Heel dicht bij het strand waar je zo oploopt met een boulevard om een hapje te eten. De directe omgeving. Het hotel zit letterlijk tussen de bouwprojecten in. Elke ochtend zijn de bouwvakkers aan de slag. Parkeren kan gratis in de straat. Die staat wel vol, dan kan je parkeren aan het begin van de straat op de parkeerplaats. Wil je gebruik maken van de parkeergarage van het hotel betaal je 15 euro per dag.

• Meesh101 (7/5): Great value beachfront hotel - Great location for the beach. Good in-between for Budva and Sveti Stefan. Bus stops within walking distance or reception can call you a taxi. Shops close by and the beachfront restaurants are very near, with lots of options. Beautiful room, lovely outdoor pool area. Lots of construction nearby, although this is fairly common around many places around the Budva area. Some days were noisy but it wasn't too much of a problem unless you're in the hotel all day. Room could have been much cleaner.

Уже после первой ночи у меня появились множественные укусы, а позже мы нашли на кровати оболочку насекомого, похожую на клопа. Мы сразу сообщили об этом, и нас переселили в другой номер, но несколько ночей уже были проведены в заражённой комнате. Это вызвало сильный дискомфорт, стресс и переживания за здоровье, и, по сути, испортило часть отдыха. Мы также обращались в Booking.com, но отель не ответил ни им, ни нам напрямую. Фото укусов и того, что мы нашли в номере, прилагаю к отзыву. Не могу рекомендовать этот отель — будьте осторожны при бронировании.

• Tatiana (4/5): Может, через год тут будет шикарное место для отдыха. Но не сегодня. - Итак. Я долго готовилась к данному отзыву. Сразу хочу сказать, что я бывалый путешественник, дружелюбный, не токсичный человек, уважающий чужие границы, возраст и опыт, но, уважаемые путники, мы пережили здесь неприятный опыт, который мне придется описать, не потому, чтобы слить негатив, а для того, чтобы предостеречь вас и возможно, менеджмент отеля прислушается и что-то изменит. Начну с хорошего. Отель новый, интерьеры сделаны учитывая модные тенденции в дизайне последних лет. Двери не скрипучие. Мебель отличная. Матрасы и подушки чистые (пока что) и даже почти ортопедические. Спать приятно и очень комфортно. Здесь всё шикарно и нареканий нет. Кроме того факта, что на двоих человек одно одеяло размера 180см. Что иногда маловато для двоих. На запрос дать нам ещё одеяло получили крошечный синий флисовый плед😄. Снижаем до 9 баллов. На этом хорошее заканчивается. Самое главное, друзья, о чем я хочу сказать - если вы приехали сюда отдохнуть в период весны 2026 года (мы здесь находились в середине марта), отдохнуть вам не удастся в виду МЕГА строительства вокруг со всех сторон!!! Мы пришли в ужас, когда заехали на территорию, я была готова отказаться сразу на ресепшене, но Ясмина, сотрудник отеля, мило улыбнувшись сказала, что НИКТО НЕ ЖАЛОВАЛСЯ, хорошая шумоизоляция. Но из-за дождя нам пришлось много времени провести в номерах и знаете что? я чувствительный к шуму человек, а вот мой муж и родители (в возрасте 60+) могут спать почти в любой обстановке, но даже они отметили высокий уровень шума. Стук, звук резки металла, крики - строительная симфония! Строительство ведется с трех!!! Сторон. С 6:30 -7:00 утра до почти 21:00. Ни на одной фотографии на booking.com нет свидетельств строительства. Фото с балкона сняты так, что вы не увидите, что творится внизу. Нигде нет упоминания о стройке. В предпоследний день нашего пребывания единственный прдъезд к месту проживания перекрыла коммунальная полиция и мы вообще не смогли подъехать к отелю! Сказали, что закрывают дорогу на 3 дня, чтобы уложить асфальт. Пу-пу-пу! Целая эпопея была найти безопасную парковку рядом. Спасибо персоналу отеля за помощь в решении проблемы. Ребята стараются отдуваться за всё происходящее вокруг, хотя они по факту, ни в чем не виноваты. Я понимаю, что период строительства не вечный, но ребят, c’mon, это просто надувательство называется. За это минус 10! Едем дальше. В номерах есть мини-кухни. Которыми пользоваться нельзя! Плиты просто не включаются - это муляж! Соответственно, нет никаких кухонных принадлежностей. Имейте в виду, кто хотел сварить ребенку кашу - ничего не выйдет. Далее. Приходим на завтрак в 7:28. Нам говорят, что завтраки с 8:00, хотя на ресепшене при заезде сообщили, что завтраки с 6:30. Окей, пришли в 8. Завтрак хороший - несколько видов яиц, овощи печёные и свежие. Сладкое тоже в ассортименте. Есть свежие фрукты. Чай, соки, воды.

First of all, I’d like to say that I am an experienced traveler, a friendly and respectful person who values other people’s boundaries, age, and experience. However, dear fellow travelers, we had an unpleasant experience here that I feel I need to share — not to vent negativity, but to warn you, and hopefully the hotel management will take this feedback into account and make improvements. Let me start with the positives. The hotel is new, and the interiors are clearly designed in line with modern trends. The doors don’t squeak, the furniture is excellent, and the mattresses and pillows are clean (for now) and almost orthopedic. Sleeping here is genuinely comfortable — no complaints at all. The only minor issue is that one 180 cm blanket is provided for two people, which can be a bit small. When we asked for an extra one, we were given a tiny blue fleece blanket 😄 So, let’s say 9/10 for comfort. And that’s where the positives end. The most important thing I want to warn you about: if you are planning to stay here in spring 2026 (we visited in mid-March), you will not be able to relax due to MASSIVE construction all around the hotel. We were honestly shocked when we arrived. I was ready to cancel right at the reception, but Yasmina, a hotel staff member, kindly assured us that no one had complained and that the soundproofing was good. Unfortunately, due to rainy weather, we had to spend quite a lot of time in the room — and the reality was very different. I am sensitive to noise, but my husband and my parents (in their 60s), who can usually sleep anywhere, also noticed the high noise levels. Hammering, metal cutting, shouting — a full construction symphony. Construction is happening on three sides of the hotel, from around 6:30–7:00 AM until almost 9:00 PM. There is absolutely no mention of this construction anywhere on booking.com. The photos are taken in a way that carefully avoids showing what is happening outside. This is misleading. On top of that, on the second-to-last day of our stay, the only access road to the hotel was blocked by municipal police for three days due to asphalt works. We couldn’t even reach the hotel by car. Finding safe parking nearby turned into a whole quest. Big thanks to the hotel staff — they really tried their best to help in a situation that is clearly not their fault. I understand that construction is temporary, but come on — not informing guests about this is simply unfair. For this, minus 10. Moving on. The rooms are equipped with mini-kitchens… which you cannot actually use. The stoves simply do not turn on — they are basically decorative. There are no kitchen utensils either. So if you were planning to cook something simple (like porridge for a child), that won’t be possible. Breakfast: We arrived at 7:28 AM and were told breakfast starts at 8:00, even though at check-in we were informed it starts at 6:30. Fine — we came back at 8.

• Sharat Rao (7/5): I would not say it’s a value for money as you get good resorts for 100 euros more. - The property was clean and in a good area overall. The staff are very nice and polite. It’s nothing like how they have shown in the pictures. The pool is very small and only few rooms get the view of the beach. The other rooms have a very bad view and there’s a building construction going on in front of the entrance. The breakfast wasn’t too good or anything as shown in the pictures. Overall you can say it’s a 3 star hotel. I would not rate it 4 star.

• Jennifer (7/5): Zentrale Lage, aber für den Preis nicht nochmal. - Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants. Der Strand war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war höfflich, jedoch nicht unbedingt sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick. Diesen hatten wir auch. Leider wird anscheinend ein neues Hotel direkt davor gebaut. Daher hatten wir mit etwas Baulärm zu kämpfen. Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam. Wir hatten kein Toillettenpapier mehr und musst dies mehrfach ansprechen. Der Obstsalat am Frühstücksbuffet war ein Witz. Es wurden Bananen mit Schale nur halbiert und in eine Schüssel mit ein paar Äpfeln geworfen. Das Begrüßungsgetränk war nur ein Saft, kaum größer als ein Schnapsglas. Das Badezimmer war dreckig. Man könnte in den Ecken schon mal ein bisschen mehr putzen. Alles in allem war es das Geld überhaupt nicht wert.

Having two balconies was particularly useful for avoiding my spouse's justifiable rage over the 25-degree shower water. The staff were as helpful as people can be when their job is defending the indefensible, and the room heating worked well. The boiler in the basement lacks the ambition to climb to the 8th floor, providing a shower experience best described as crisp. The kitchenette is conceptual art: a stovetop with absolutely nothing to put on it, making it ideal for eating instant noodles out of a coffee mug. The view is a panoramic tribute to the local construction industry, offering hope that someone nearby is building a hotel that actually works. To finish, we were given a single duvet stretched horizontally across a double bed. We were brought the hotel's sole remaining double duvet, demonstrating that the single was because the double had succumbed to cigarette burns and a lingering tobacco scent. We fled after one night. Bring your own boiler, duvet and kitchenware.

Ściany pod prysznicem nie były doczyszczone. Balkon również nie był posprzątany, ściany w windzie pełne odcisków i smug. Wiele niedociągnięć jak na hotel o 4 gwiazdkach. Kolejna kwestia były śniadania, bardzo mały wybór produktów, zdarzało się że brakowało np. Normalnego pieczywa. Niestety od obiektu tytułującego się 4 gwiazdkami oczekiwałabym dużo więcej.

Probably one of the worst expierence ive had in any of my stays, the breakfast was baddd, barely any options. rooms were small dainty and not cleaned. • James (4/5): Not as advertised. - The staff was very very nice. We had no issues and really appriciate them. They say free parking but it curbside parking or you pay to park in their private parking which is hard to park in. In fact one day we parked in there and couldn't get out because a cement truck was blocking the entrance. We ended up missing reservation that cost us 100€. The room was nice but there was no microwave in the entire building, the stove top advertised works but you are not offered pans, nor do they give you any when asked. We were there for 5 nights and the room was cleaned once. We asked for it 2 other times and they said yes but never did. We had to ask multiple times for blankets because the one the give is for 1 person only. One of the lights flickered the entire time. Loose wires in the bathroom. Breakfast is not as advertised. The entire hotel was surrounded by construction. The soap in the bathrooms is layered so the bottle advertised is half filled with 2 or 3 different type of soaps. The coffee offered for sale in your room doesn't fit the coffee machine in your room. I feel like we dooped into believing this was 4 star hotel and it has the potential to be one. It just seems so many important details were missed and corners were cut on making it a 4 star hotel.
• Linda (1/5): Wo melden wir uns um unser Geld Rückzuerstatten - Nichts Unser Aufenthalt war äußerst enttäuschend. Es war extrem laut, da sich direkt neben der Unterkunft eine Baustelle befindet, auf der bereits ab 6 Uhr früh gebohrt wurde – dies war auf den Fotos in keiner Weise ersichtlich. Das Essen war von sehr schlechter Qualität, und beim Frühstück war das Gebäck nicht einmal durchgebacken. In unserem Zimmer befand sich zwar eine Küche, jedoch ohne jegliche Utensilien. Trotz Nachfrage beim Personal war es nicht möglich, einen einfachen Topf oder passende Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine zu bekommen. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt sehr inkompetent und war in keiner Weise hilfsbereit. Zudem war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft – es wurden wiederholt Dinge wie Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass wir Bettwanzen im Zimmer hatten. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht angemessen reagiert, und es wurde sich nicht ausreichend um das Problem gekümmert. Unter diesen Umständen erwarten wir eine Rückerstattung und ziehen zudem in Betracht, den Vorfall der Gesundheitsbehörde zu melden.

W lazience nie zamykające się drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej, wystające kable nad lustrem, widać ze ekipa sprzątająca nie posprzątała lazienki bo na kafelkach były narysowane linie ołówkiem pod profile. Kuchnia z płytą indukcyjna ale nie ma żadnych garnków do gotowania. Ekspres na kapsulki ale nie ma ich na wyposażeniu - 1,50€ za szt. Minibar w lodówce platny, cennik na blacie. Widok z okna na budowę hotelu w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Wszędzie wkoło budowy hoteli i jest problem z parkowaniem. Parking podziemny 15€ za dobe. W pierwsza noc okazało się że nie ma drugiej kołdry a ta co była to 100x200 dla dwoch osob i personel byl zdziwiony i chciał mi dać poszwę zamiast kołdry bo nie było. Wzięli z innego pokoju. Ten kto wymyślił salę do jedzenia na piętrze to beznadziejny pomysł, trzeba ze wszystkim kilka razy na gore chodzić, śniadanie ubogie, mało produktów, donosili po kilka szt, chleb tylko tostowy i banan przecięty na trzy sa tragedią. Nie wróciłabym za taka cene i jakość.

• Anastasia (4/5): Sehr enttäuschend in den Urlaub zu fliegen und dann mitten auf der Baustelle zu sein! - Die Unterkunft hatte zwei Schlafzimmer und das war ein wirklich toller Komfort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war wirklich schade, dass man bei der Buchung nirgends darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dass die Unterkunft nur so von Baustellen umgeben war und ich meine wirklich von allen Seiten. Außerdem wurde hier rund um die Uhr gearbeitet, sogar an einem Sonntag bis 21 Uhr. Einfach nur schlimm! Man konnte nicht auf dem Balkon entspannen, wegen des Baulärms. Und die Arbeiten waren morgens ab 7 Uhr voll in Gange.

Nos dieron una que parecía una toalla. Solo un par de almohadas. Luego el desayuno fue un desastre, bajamos a la hora de haber empezado el desayuno y ya no había comida ni sitio donde sentarse pues toda la gente estaba igual.
