The main reason we booked this hotel was the swimming pool, but they refused to let us use it because of their rigid dress code. Despite our repeated requests, they didn’t cooperate. Additionally the room wasn’t clean either, and the bed was torn. Not worth the stay, and we regret our choice. We hope the management considers being more accommodating in the future

Next day morning after checked in the hotel.I entered into the restaurant with my family for complimentary breakfast, which is clearly mentioned in BOOKING site ,one of the restaurant stuff said me that I don't have the complementary breakfast 🥞. For me and my family it was quite embarrassing. Then I told him that if it's not I will pay after breakfast. That's not a good experience.

- Siraj (1/5): Pathetic experience - Nothing There was no cleaning done the pillow cover were put inside out so it could look fresh but failed, the mosquito repellent was empty the whole time and flies the room was full of flies big ones, we called several times to change the bed sheet and pillow covers which was change after 3 hours since we got in, food is not good and prices are too high. They don't provide any sanitary no soap no tissue no no nothing but have priced the room same as the good ones who provide all these things. The pool well if you wanna have some serious infection then go in the pool it was Literally green 🟢. If you have faltu ka paisa and wanna just throw in the garbage then this place is perfect.

- Souvik (9/5): A reasonably comfortable place for weekend gateway - The hotel interiors are clean, nicely beautified and well maintained. The staff are courteous. It has a pool facility too. Food is good as well. The complimentary breakfast is not really a buffet option although they try to put it up like that. You won't be entertained for than twice although tea is unlimited

- Rkb (2/5): Disgusting Hotel and the Service Provider (Booking.com) - Westage of money. No buffet offered on breakfast. We didn't get breakfast on the 2nd day because they have a corporate team as guests in the hotel. On the last day we were being offered pre-toasted bread with butter in an open bowl. Apart from this one Alu (potato) subji with Maida (flour) Pudi. The entire space was disgusting, no metal spoon was there, instead there were plastic (use n throw) spoons. Got biri (country cigarette) in bathroom, pic attached. It was disgusting experience with the hotel as well as with Booking.com too. You people are only bothered by your revenue and not at all concerned about the audit of amenities provided by the properties.

- Trilok (3/5): This hotel is something like 'all that glitters is not gold'. - Except for the location, breakfast, and swimming pool, we could have easily passed. Most of it. 1. Car Parking was an issue. Had to park in another parking lot. In the morning, I was asked to again move my car. Had to park on the side of the road which could have led to a traffic violation. 2. No electric tea/coffee pot. I was informed to pay 10/- per glass of hot water. 3. Compact and normal room. Not worth the charges paid. 4. The curtains didn't even cover the entire window & balcony doors properly. One could easily see through somehow. 5. No complimentary mineral bottled water. 6. The bathroom/toilet door knob was broken and didn't shut. Despite informing the hotel, no action to fix it. 7. The TV remote didn't work. 8. Housekeeping can be improved. The sheets may have been reused. The blankets didn't have a cover on them. 10. Check Out by 9:30 am sharp is mandatory. 11. The hotel staff doesn't wear their uniform so it's hard to tell who works there. This could easily lead to a security breach. 12. Staff's attitude could be improved.

- Md. (7/5): Overall Good. - Breakfast is good. The location is closed on the new Digha beach. The booking advance or payment system is not an international method. Also, the swimming pool is offered as free so why need to pay an extra charge for a swimming suit or other.
