• Guest (10/5): I had the best stay, everything was what I expected and beyond. - Everything, very clean, very fresh and just like in the photos - It really is as lovely as it looks! It's also very central and easy to get to Saint Remy, and it has bus stops nearby that you can take to the beaches around Cagliari. I was very satisfied Everything was good, if there is one thing that is good to know it is that the apartment is right on the street, and if you dont close windows you can hear people outside, or if you dint close the blinds people can see in. But the AC was really good and it has very good natural lighting and great lamps so this was not an issue at all for me. But if you want maximum maximum privacy and that is very important for you, you might be better off choosing another place. But these things were minimal as everything else is so good!
• Louise (10/5): - I spent an excellent week at the Loft. It had everything I needed, was spacious, clean and I loved the location. Host was excellent at communicating and the town was lovely. The ice cream shop 2 doors down was a hit. Can highly recommend staying here. Nothing to add. It was great.
• Eleni (10/5): Phenomenal experience. - I have traveled to at least 30 different destinations. This is by far the best apartment I have ever had. Impeccable. Better than the pictures. Extremely well maintained. Paolo across the street goes above and beyond to help you in any way. The location is phenomenal. Steps to the old city. Literally 2 minutes walk. If I could give this property 100 stars I would. If you ever visit Cagliari you HAVE to stay there. Bus stops close by as well. One of the best experiences of my life. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• Phil (7/5): Nice area, good little place, but I wouldn't put more than 2 people in there - Good location for getting about. The bed being up on the upper level was fine for me but tall people or less nimble people may struggle. It's always easier once you have done it once, so I would stay again, knowing what I now know. There is a key box so I'm not sure why this isn't an option rather than having to coordinate with someone to meet at a particular time. The person who I did meet was helpful though and was friendly. Person who was coming to let me in and hand over keys was a little late although stayed in communication. There is a 'room' over the road which plays very loud music on Saturday and Sunday night, not sure about any other days. Note, the Wifi wasn't working but this was because it was switched off at the plug! I didn't check this as I'd assume it was already on, after seeking help, someone came and said the plug was off. Spent ages trying to turn the bathroom light off and later found out it was on a sensor. No shower gel or shampoo, had to use the handwash from the sink.
• Valerie (10/5): I’ll be back. - Everything. !!!! Great location, great communication, beautiful market across the street. Close to walk to everything,. The place was very clean and comfortable. And had everything that you needed. What’s not to like, it’s Italy!!
• Ines (10/5): I would visit it again, as I really enjoyed my stay there! - The loft is absolutely stunning, very clean and spacious. The location is amazing as well, as it is in the centre, close to many restaurants, bars, sightseeing spots of Cagliari. It was a bit noisy during the night, but it is because of the city centre.
• Yike (10/5): Exceptional - The most active communicator of any Italian host I've known. The loft is super cozy and everything is fine. On my first night, there was a party outside, luckily they didn't go very late. Nothing. Maybe put a dishwasher in the kitchen area,
• Silje (10/5): A great stay - The appartment was big and tastefully styled with everything you needed for a holiday. Bathroom was big and also had a washing machine. Staff was very sweet and helpful. There was coffee, fruit and water. A little shop across the street with fruit and vegetables and very nice owners. I had a very nice stay. Grazie mille🙏☺️

• Oktawia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very spacious,clean and you had there everything you needed. I think it's just perfect for solo traveler or a couple to stay.Staff was very friendly, reliable and welcoming.
• Jordine (8/5): Good location - The location is amazing, very close to the shops and restaurants. There’s also a small convenience store across the road where you can buy fruit and small bottles of water and a larger supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you would need if you wanted to make a home cooked meal- The only thing missing would be a kettle. The bathroom is large, clean and there’s a washing machine for you to use. The surrounding area and apartment felt safe. The buses and train stations are only a short walk away (around 15 mins max). No wifi at the apartment. It can also be very noisy at night (on the weekends) or sometimes early mornings (I think they are collecting the rubbish from bins). No aircon (only a ceiling fan)- we did get an extra desk fan after the first night which helped a lot and we were very grateful for this, but if the apartment had aircon it would have been amazing. It would also have been handy to have some cleaning equipment such as a brush to sweep up as we went to the beach and sand was everywhere. The bathroom light is also motion sensitive so it could turn off randomly when you’re in the shower, however if you opened the shower door this would then switch the light back on.
