• Andrew (9/5): Great stay, thank you! Would definitely stay again. - New modern townhouse, great for a mature group wanting a getaway. Recently refloored, beaut bathrooms, nice break out zones. Impressive views of the stadium that surprised us when we arrived. The owner was very accommodating thankyou . Some of the linen/throws were little on the lower quality (thin) side. Random hairs found in bed.

• Zhaoyue (10/5): Perfect stay for a families road trip via Geelong - We are a family of 6 - this house is so BIG and the kids enjoyed hide and seek within the house!! The house is very new, with fully equipped kitchen and nice toilet! The rooms are clean. Check-in was smooth! Last but not least, it is very valued for money! Nothing, we loved everything.

• Caroline (10/5): Great venue, area , facilities - The property was great. Close to everything. Could not fault. The only negative was the driveway into the garage. Was warned about the type of car suitable but I still think for minimum effort the problem could be easily rectified

• Mengsi (10/5): Fantastic！ - The property is in an excellent location, especially convenient for travelers arriving by car, as parking is available right at the entrance. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance. Geelong is a truly charming city, and our stay here made the experience even more enjoyable. We would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

• Brian (8/5): The Apartment was excellent. The only issue was the noisy neighbor's. - Apartment was clean, well presented and very comfortable Noisy neighbor's in the adjacent apartment made it difficult to get to sleep.

• Fatme (7/5): Ok but not great. - The owner was very friendly when I called him to help me access the property. Overall property is comfortable and presented well. The location, access to the property is difficult with tight laneways. No security on the doors. The property was clean overall but toilets were dirty on arrival, towels were quite ratty. Kitchen oven, fridge, utensils dirty. I had to leave early as there was no wifi and I needed to work.

• Colin (8/5): - The property was well located being within walking distance of Geelong city and the waterfront. The facilities were very good - beds were comfortable and the whole property very clean. There were six of us staying but only 4 wine glasses, limited cutlery and a lack of things like salad bowls, platters etc. Also there was nothing in the instructions about where the access to the garage was. We tried to access the garage in the next property thinking that that was the entry to an undergound carpark shared by both properties.

• Joanna (7/5): If it was clean it would have been superb! - The place was lovely, two bathrooms, three toilets, three bedrooms. Great location, although if you’re a light sleeper the train whistle might be a bother for you as it was frequent didn’t bother us though. This property hasn’t had a good clean in months, when we first walked in, there were long hairs on the floor, I thought this might just be a one off but I was wrong… there was other peoples hair in the living area, bathrooms, toilet, robes and even on the bed. The toilet in the main bedroom ensuite hadn’t been flushed, the drains and sinks hadn’t been cleaned, other people’s hair in the sinks. The walk in robes had dust on the shelves and in the draws, there were also other people’s hair in the draws. The floors have not had a thorough vacuum or wash in months too, dirt in the corners of stairs, on all wood floors, dirty splash marks on the stairs. The kitchen draws were full of dust and crumbs. The toaster had never been cleaned, loads of crumbs and bread pieces, hubby cleaned it, the hot plate in the kitchen was filthy, I could go on and on. The coffee machine still had a pod in it and milk frother had milk all through the lid, and the base, yuk. I paid $1100 for my stay, I was not expecting to have to get the disinfectant wipes out to clean all surfaces, outrageous!! I have contacted the owner and sent him all the photos, he blamed it on his new cleaning crew, take from that what you will…

• Leanne (9/5): Great value for a large 3br apartment. - Renn was easy to contact and very helpful when we had a change of plans. Having Netflix and YouTube on demand was great as I didn't have to try and remember passwords. There was space to accommodate 2 cars, which we needed. Very spacious and modern, with comfy couches and a large TV in the living room. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds, king size in the main bedroom. Once we figured out how to use the shower tap, we found the showers to be good. Plenty of milk in the fridge which was great for us. A nespresso machine with half a dozen pods provided, again great for my coffee loving colleague. Location is right near the Geelong Stadium (GMHBA) so perfect if staying in Geelong for a game. About a 25 minute walk down to the waterfront. The price for this size and quality of property was very good. A couple of nitpicky things such as no cloth at the kitchen sink (or under the sink). We used a face washer but then happened to find a cloth downstairs in the laundry. One of the placemats hadn't been cleaned. Fingerprint marks on kitchen cupboards. And my colleague would have preferred that one of her towels not have pulled threads on it, to her it cheapened a lovely apartment. A couple of damaged walls (from what we assume were previous guests) haven't been repaired. A hand towel in the powder room on the kitchen level would have been good. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this property.

• Sally (7/5): Beautiful new townhouse in heart of Geelong. - An absolutely amazing property in a fabulous location in Geelong. Gorgeous views within walking distance to river and to heart of Geelong. Would stay again, but need to bring platters, sharp knives, dip bowls etc. Not set up like many AirBnB/rentals for the extra things outside of basic cutlery and crockery.

Couldn't quite get to the PowerPoint to plug in phone in master bedroom one right side of bed. Not the end of the world because we could just charge it in the bathroom over night. We didn't have any hand towels upstairs but again we could just use the bath towels.
