• Hoevelmann (7/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartement zu dem Preis wieder buchen. - Die Lage ist sehr nahe dem Zentrum und der Altstadt, zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten. Das Haus und das Appartement sind von der Größe her sehr gut, der historische Fahrstuhl nicht nur sehenswert sondern auch sehr nützlich. Die Dachterrasse hat einen sehr schönen Charme, wir haben sie sogar im Winter genutzt. Dien Einrichtung der Küche war mit komplett mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler und alles im guten Zustand. Bei der Schlüsselübergaben gibt es einen Schlüssel den wir im Schlüsselkasten sehr gut gefunden haben für die Haustür. Für das Appartement soll dann eine Smarthome-Funktion die Tür öffnen, was in unserem Fall leider nicht funktioniert hat. Es hat dann zwei Stunden gedauert bis wir den Code für die Tür bekommen haben. Das Bad in dem einem Zimmer ist komplett verglast und ohne Dusche, nur mit Badewanne. Man hat vom Bad aus einen kompletten Einblick in das Schlafzimmer sowie auch vom Schlafzimmer in das Bad. Das muss man mögen.
• Götz (9/5): - Großartige Wohnung. Tolle Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Küchenausstattung dürftig. Wir haben uns scharfe Messer kaufen müssen.
• Sheldyn (9/5): - The apartment is located on the top floor of a typical Viennese-style building and is beautifully designed. It’s within walking distance of the main attractions and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The management company was quick to respond to any queries and promptly addressed any issues. There was a smell coming from the bathroom sink drain when water was running.

• Bart (8/5): Goed met wat verbeterpuntjes. - Zeer ruim, goed bereikbaar. Met 4 personen (kort) douchen na elkaar is bijna onmogelijk om dan allemaal warm water te hebben. Het verlichtingssystwem is vrij ingewikkeld.

• Cathrin (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral und unmittelbar von U Bahn, Bussen, Lokale , Bäcker, Läden. Sie ist hell und schön eingerichtet. Wie auf den Bildern. Das Badezimmer mit Wanne liegt nur durch getönten Glasscheiben getrennt direkt am Bett. Hier ist die Wasserspülung sehr laut und das Duschen in der Wanne etwas schwierig. Privatsphäre gibt es in diesem Raum nicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietagentur war schriftlich ne 0 .Es wurde mit Standart antworten reagiert, aber keinerlei individuelle Anfrage erledigt. Z.b fehlende Geschirrhandtücher. Allerdings war die Frau am Telefon, nachdem wir keinen Zugang zur Wohnung bekamen sehr kompetent.
• Lene (8/5): Dejlig lejlighed med super beliggenhed. - Meget central beliggenhed. Dejlig stor lejlighed - men lidt sjov indretning med et badeværelse med glasvægge. Der var flere småting, som ikke var i orden - og det forventer jeg prisen tager i betragtning. Der manglede vinglas, en barstol var gået i stykker og et gardin kunne ikke trækkes op.
• Susana (8/5): - Este apartamento foi sem dúvida o mais lindo o de já fiquei. É lindooooo, está decorado de forma irrepreensível e fica mesmo mesmo no centro. Amei tudooooo menos a limpeza e o facto das chaves da entrada serem muito difíceis de encontrar O chão do apartamento não estava limpo, estava tudo muito atabalhoado. Tive pena, pois o apartamento é mesmo maravilhoso. Provavelmente até posso ter tido azar. Outro problema foi a dificuldade em encontrar a chave da porta para poder entrar, pois esta encontrava-se numa espécie de cofre na rua ao lado. Estive mais de um hora a procurar na chave, só a consegui encontrar porque um local me ajudou a compreender as indicações do dono da casa. Mas ao nível da localização e beleza, este apartamento tem pontuação máxima

• قوت (7/5): لا باس بها - انه في العاصمة فيينا بالنسبة لسائح دولي سيجد صعوبة في ايجاد الموقع وطريقة وضع المفتاح والوصول للمبنى لابد من اخذ ذلك في الاعتبار
• Refah (6/5): اقامة بتكون جميلة لو التكيف زين - مساحة الشقة كبييرة حجزت الشقة 6 اشخاص وكانت مناسبة وكذلك موقعها ممتاز قريبة من السنتر..تصميما رائع والامان فيها عالي باب العمارة مفتاح عادي وباب الشقة بكود وتقدر لما تدخل تقفلها من الداخل..البلكونة كبيييرة وفيها جلسة رائعة ويجينا منها هواء بارد وهذا اللي خفف الحرارة..تصميم الشقة جميييييييل فوق التقيم لكن يعيبها تصميم دوارة المياه الله يكرمكم واجهت مشكلة بالدخول الرقمي الحود ما يشتغل لما كلمتهم على طول تجاوبوا وارسلو كود جديد..ثاني يوم واجهت مشكلة الكهرباء طفت على جزء من الشقه ارسلت لهم وطلعت على اساس يتجابون بسرعة تاخرو بالرد ولما رجعت بعد 6 ساعات الشقة على وضعها اضطريت اشوف الطلبون بنفسي وطلع السويش مقفل وغيرته لوضع التشغل الشقة حااااره جداا اعتقد لانها في attic حتى بالليل عكس الجو بالخارج ابرد ..الشقة تكيفها مخفي تحت الحدايد اللي في اطراف الغرف وسيئة جدا المكيفات تطلع هواء حار ما اعتقد احد يستخدمها لان حولها شبكات عنكبوت .. حاط مراوح بكل غرفة حتى مع المراوح الحرارة قوية اقترح على صاحب الشقة يحط 3 مكيفات زينة ما اعتقد بتكلفه الكثير وبتكون الشقة تقيمها افضل فيه 3 دوراة مياه وحده بقفل وباب طبيعي بدون جدران زجاجية وباقي دوراة المياه بدون قفل ومافيها خصوصية بجدان زجاجية شفافة خصوصا اول غرفة اللي فيها بانيو كلها جدران زجاج مكشوفة على الغرفة مدري وش يحس فيه صاحب الشقة تصميمها غريب

• Aisha (7/5): جيدة - الموقع ممتاز 10-15 دقيقة مشي من سنتر فيينا محيطة بك مجموعة ممتازة من المقاهي المختصة والمطاعم الجيدة. الشقة واسعة واطلالتها جميلة وتناسب العوائل. المطبخ مجهز بكل شي تقريبًا وتوجد غسالة ملابس مع معداتها لمن يحتاج. للاسف واجهنا مشكلة مع تسجيل الدخول والرقم اللي عطونا اياه لدخول الشقة كان ما يفتح الباب. واساسًا عملية تسجيل الدخول الذاتية متبعة نوعًا ما لان لازم تستلم المفتاح للعمارة من شارع اخر مع كود خاص للمفتاح. وتستلم كود اخر لفتح الشقة. لو يخلون دخول الشقة بمفتاح بيكون افضل 🙂 ايضًا الشقة مليانة نمل للاسف والبانيو بالغرفة الرئيسية فيه تسريب كبير للغرفة والحمام. ماتقدر تستخدمه.
• Cheryl (10/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment in centre of equally beautiful city. - Really loved the property and the location. The property was modern and beautifully decorated and very spacious. Very bright, but fitted with blinds should you need to shade. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent. Underground train station only 5 minutes walk away which we used a couple of times to reach Schonbrunn, but we really enjoyed walking when we could and the historical centre was only about 20 mins walk away and beautiful and clean. We stayed 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vienna. Highly recommended the property and the city for a holiday. We didn't find any fault with anything.
• Bram (9/5): Luxe appartement midden in het centrum van Wenen - Luxe appartement met alle gemakken voorzien wat op de bovenste verdieping in het complex is gesitueerd . Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum om zo op loopafstand het centrum te ontdekken. Appartement is met lift te bereiken. In de zomer kan het nogal warm worden . Er waren gelukkig wel ventilatoren beschikbaar.
• Sandy (10/5): Unbeatable location, gorgeous apartment. - Fantastic location - quiet residential area. Stunning, light-filled apartment that offered plenty of space, and beautiful views of the city. All of the beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom offered generous storage space, making it easy to neatly stow away belongings and settle in comfortably. One of the en suite bathrooms includes a shower, sink, and washer/dryer, but lacks a toilet; for that, there's a separate toilet conveniently located in the main hallway. The master bedroom’s en suite features a toilet and a bathtub with a handheld shower attachment—note that it requires sitting or squatting to use effectively as a shower. The master bathroom walls are glass so if you want privacy, use the hallway toilet or the other bathroom in the second bedroom. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed. The loft space was a nice addition but we didn't use it. The property management team was excellent—quick to respond, gracious in their support, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Thank you! The air conditioning struggled to cool the space, even after following the provided instructions—it only produced mildly cool airflow. Fortunately, we only experienced one or two hot days, and the rest of the time we relied on the cool breeze from open windows and the fans that were thoughtfully supplied.

• C (10/5): Great apartment and location. - Beautiful apartment. Great location. Great balcony. I am not sure I understand the bathroom in master. It is “private” per host, but all walls are glass. So even though you have privacy from the rest of the apartment you are bathing and toileting in full view of anyone else staying in the room with you. We ended up using hallway bathroom for privacy in toileting.

• Amy (8/5): Loved the natural light but disappointed with bathroom layout - Big bright rooms, lots of natural light, outdoor space, location, comfortable bed, washing machine No toilet in one of the bathrooms, no shower in the other bathroom, glass bathing areas, tiny and little motel style shampoo and soap, ants in the kitchen, dusty floors, no AC - although it was hot owners would not activate the AC

• Georgia (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, really comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Check in was easy and instructions clear on how to find the key. Don’t have much privacy in the bathrooms, one en suite is completely glass and the other en suite has a glass panel in front of the shower.
• Lynn (8/5): Overall, the stay was good and would have been great had the lift worked! - The location was very good and the apartment was great, very clean and spacious. The lift didn't work at all while we were there and there were 161 stairs to climb. My friend who accompanied us is waiting for a knee replacement and this caused her distress.

• Kanghee (7/5): We would use the apartment again if we visit Vienna in the fall or winter time - We like the location and the area of the apartment, walkable from the city center and nice restaurants in the area. Rooms and beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. First of all and most of all, the AC wasn't working properly and after contacting the leasing office a few times, we got the better instructions. Wish they post the instructions clearly, we wouldn't have to waste first 45 minutes figuring out how to cool down the apartment which is located on top floor with many skylights windows. It's close to 90 degree outside. Even after making the AC working, it was still too warm, and one of the bedrooms doesn't have a vent for AC. We used two fans provided, and open the window during the night. AC and the cleanliness of the floor were our only complaints

• Karjalainen (9/5): All in all a very positive experience. - Excellent location in a quiet are of the town. The beautiful and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen was nice. Washing machine was very useful for our family during the heat wave. The process of getting the keys from the lock box was simple and hassle-free. The AC was not up to the task. The apartment was hot. Fixing some minor malfunctioning/broken things here and there would have made the apartment perfect.
• Ashleigh (9/5): Beautiful apartment in Vienna - The apartment was beautiful and so spacious. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice! It was within easy walking distance of the city centre but in a quiet area.

• Leonidas (9/5): Very nice apartment on a convenient location. - The entire apartment was very nice. The main entrance is from nr 19. Basically nr 17 and 19 is the same building. This was a little confusing since that the instructions mentioned "Return to Gonzagagasse 17, enter the building....". The main entrance of nr 17 is only for automobiles.
• Oliver (8/5): Wonderful 3-day stay in Vienna, still room for procedural improvements. - The apartment is spacious, bright, excellently furnished, has adjoining bathrooms for each of the two bedrooms plus a little balcony. The location couldn't be better, close to the heart of downtown Vienna with a tram/subway station just 5 minutes walking distance. There's a nice retro style elevator (with seating option) to take you up to the top floor where the apt is located. The key must be collected at a location across town (20 minutes by car for light traffic). Why they didn't install a lockbox (one of the units down the hall has one) is beyond me. Despite its high-end furnishing, a few small repairs are in order at various places (leaking sink in guest toilet, wall decorations which have come off, a broken coax cable for wifi which we replaced). The local agency charged a 500 EUR deposit to our credit card (not reserved, but charged). As of 11 days post checkout, the amount has not been returned.

• Bahareh (1/5): Beware! Do NOT stay here! - Location. Large unit. Picking up the keys was at a inconvenient location. Once we got to the unit, we realized the A/C was not working properly. We called and emailed immediately (and every day) and could not get a hold of anyone for days. Even Booking.com could not get a hold of anyone at the office. They never answered the phone. They eventually replied to us via email but gave us no help whatsoever. We were left to fend for ourselves in a unit with no A/C for our entire stay with the heat at 84 degrees + in July! The primary bathroom has a bathtub only with no showerhead and it leaked when used. The bathroom is contained by glass so there is no privacy. The second bathroom has a washer/dryer instead of a toilet so you have to go to powder room instead. The shower in the second bathroom would not drain properly when used. There were ants in the unit and ant traps everywhere. There were crumbs on the floor of the unit. The freezer had a smoothie in it. The awning for the patio did not work and the shades in the unit did not keep out the light. They did not provide enough toilet paper and toiletries for our party of 5 (one roll in each bathroom for 4 days is nothing). There is also construction going on across the street from very early in the morning and it is loud. Beware! If you have problems there will be no one to help you. They will ignore you!
• Alice (9/5): Superb - The check-in process was very well organized and we have received all the necessary information. The staff was very professional and friendly. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything needed, has a nice interior design and some wonderful decorations. And the location is absolutely great, within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and places to visit. Maybe the terrace could receive more attention.
• Renata (7/5): It was average - The apartment is really. Well equipped, spaciuos, nice views from windows, great terrace. The beds were very comfortable. One bedroom had a bath tub, which is great. The biggest problem was the pick-up of the keys. We had to go to the other side of the city to pick up the keys and we also had to leave a deposit of 500 Euros. Also for late arrival we had to pay 30 Euros. These days such apartments have key locker with a code and you can get a key without getting in touch with the owners. The other thing we did not like that there was no sugar or tea in the apartment. Also apartment is not brand new eventhough it's newly listed. There are wearing signs.

• Stefania (8/5): Very good - great property, great location the fact that we had to go significantly out of our way and pay 50€ extra to go to a different part of town and pick up the keys because they couldn’t have a lockbox or have someone meet us to bring the keys in town.
