• Sylvia (9/5): - Super emplacement, la propreté de l'appartement, la place de parking, la dame qui nous accueille est très gentille et les équipements dans l'appartement il y a tout comme à la maison Location en décembre, il faisait froid dans l'appartement malgré les chauffages allumés et pourtant il ne faisait pas très froid dehors, les télévisions chaînes limitées et le matelas un peu dur.

• Karachalios (5/5): - Η πόρτα του διαμερίσματος απο την μεσα μεριά δεν κλειδωνε επίσης η λάμπα της τουαλετα δεν φωτιζε προφανώς γιατί ήθελε αλλαγή επίσης χρειάζεται κ ενα κλιματιστικό στον ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνα τραπεζαρία τουαλετα γιατι το κλιματιστικό του δωματίου κ το άλλο κλιματιστικό που υπάρχει στο άλλο δωμάτιο που χρησιμοποιείται για σαλόνι δεν μπορούσαν να ζεστάνουν όλο το διαμερισμα με αποτέλεσμα να ειναι κρύο η πολυκατοικία παλιά το διαμερισμα ομως μεσα ομορφα ανακαινισμενο αμα γίνουν και αυτές οι μικρές διορθώσεις θα ειναι μια χαρα!!!

• Taras (10/5): Perfect family stay - Perfect family stay! We spent a few wonderful days here as a family and were fully satisfied with our stay. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is quiet and safe — perfect for staying with children. A special highlight for us was the convenient private parking — this was very important for our family and made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts are friendly and always ready to help, and the apartment matches the description and the photos perfectly. We would happily return again! Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable place with great parking.

• Jasmina (9/5): nice accommodation I recommend - Everything was great. I liked the apartment and I recommend it. I hold online math lessons, and the great internet allowed me to do that without any problems. It’s very close to the shops and the promenade. The owner lives next door, so when we needed the device you plug into the electricity against mosquitos, her son brought it to us in the evening. I like that there is a living room and a bedroom, since I stay up late working on my computer, and my husband, on the other hand, always works early in the morning when I like to sleep :) The kitchen has the most important things, it was clean, and I appreciate the parking space we had. It could be a bit loud at night, from the neighbors and from the street, but that’s completely normal for Greece. I don’t mind, since I know people (including the kids) are active almost until midnight sometimes :-)

• Tatiana (10/5): - Очень удобное и тихое расположение. Отличные просторные апартаменты (2 комнаты) со всем необходимым. Отдельно порадовали лифт (если вы с чемоданами) и выделенная парковка (вроде не сезон, но парковка в окрестностях - тот ещё квест). Очень внимательная хозяйка апартаментов помогала быстро решить все возникающие вопросы. Очень уютно! С огромным удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова!
• luana (10/5): Comodo appartamento vicino al mare - Ottimo appartamento, con tutti i comfort e servizi. Perfetta la comunicazione con l hist Che ci ha consegnato le chiavi in persona. Gentilissima! Ci ha permesso di parcheggiare l auto nel suo garage privato! L'appartamento è perfetto: letti comodi, pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi utili. A due passi dal lungomare di Loutraki, dove abbiamo cenato con dell ottimo pesce a dei prezzi davvero bassi. Lo consiglio.

• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect apartment: spacious, beautiful decoration, good furniture, comfortable beds and VERY clean. Location: 5 min from the beach, quiet, terrace with view on the mountains. We loved it!

• Taras (10/5): Visit Loutraki - I had an incredible stay at Iris Apartment in Loutraki! The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the mountains —it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was ideal, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough to fully unwind. The added bonus of private parking made everything so convenient, especially for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas without any hassle. The host was welcoming, friendly, and always available to assist with tips and recommendations. Loutraki is a charming destination with plenty to offer, and staying at Iris Apartment made the experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely choose it again for my next visit!

• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - all the facilities the nice communication host and there family helping a lot was adorable to do so and I want to give a big thanks to there daughter for doing her best for us . the location the soundproof . only the sofa bed a bit too hard to sleep on it but that's how most sofa beds are unfortunately and it needs a tv in one of the bedrooms but thats only of me beeing picky .. nothing else really I will give it easy a 9.5 for everything and value
