• Nadiia (10/5): - Щиро дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок! Дуже гарне розташування, зручний та хороший паркінг. Вид з балкона — це просто щось неймовірне! До моря можна спуститися буквально за 5 хвилин. Якщо ще раз будемо в Хорватії, обов’язково зупинимося у вас.

• Jelena (7/5): - We appreciated the close location to the city center and the beautiful view from the terrace. The accommodation did not have proper heating, only an air conditioning unit which was unable to warm the room. Outside temperature was 6 degrees Celsius. This situation can be very challenging, especially if you are traveling with children. The air conditioning unit did not reach the bedroom area, leaving it particularly cold.
• Malgorzata (8/5): - Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug – Treppensteigen mit Koffer ist anstrengend, aber der fantastische Ausblick macht alles wett. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gemütlich, man merkt, dass sie schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die Kaffeemaschine war zunächst nicht da, wurde aber nach Nachfrage direkt vor unsere Wohnungstür gebracht. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick war einfach sensationell, tagsüber etwas laut, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

• Vanja (9/5): Good location, clean apartment - Good location, if using the shortcut (steep stairs), you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. The 2 bedroom apartment was good for the group of 6 of us. Clean sheets, towels, no toiletries though. Staff was nice and friendly. A bit pricey, but those are the prices for Croatian coast now so in that context it’s ok.

• Andrii (10/5): - Чудове розташування. Близько до центру Опатії. Близько до кількох пляжів. Чисто. Меблі, техніка нові. Привітний персонал, швитко реагували на прохання. Є безкоштовна парковка. Для приготування їжі є усе необхідне. Для нас це було важливо бо ми готували вдома.

A konyha felszereltsége kicsit hiányos ha valaki főzni szeretne, de egyébként minden rendben volt. Miután forgalmas út mellett van az apartman kicsit zajos ha valaki nincs hozzászokva. A strand 10-15 perc gyalog, bolt szintén. Mi jól éreztük magunkat

• Kateryna (10/5): Апартаменты супер - Всё очень понравилось. Хозяева приветливые. Номер очень удобный. Чистый, комфортный. Всё есть для отдыха, кондиционер,кухня и кухонные принадлежности. Есть зона для гриля. До моря 5 минут вниз. С моря придется подняться,но это не проблема.
• Lajos (10/5): Exceptional - There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The accommodation was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts/owners and staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I can genuinely recommend this place to anyone – thank you for the warm hospitality!

• Noémi (8/5): Nice seaside view apartment - It's very close to the centre and the beach. We had a seaside view, it was beautiful. Our host was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. There is no elevator - with a baby it was a bit hard to get to the 3rd floor, but I saw it as an opportunity for exercising :) WiFi was a bit slow
• Robyn (8/5): Great location, wonderful views and spacious accomodation. - We made our own breakfast in the apartment. No other option was available. The apartment was spacious and the views wonderful. It was located above the main beach area but it was only a 5 minute shortcut walk to get to the main Opatija beach. Having the penthouse made it quite a private location. The apartment was spacious with a huge balcony. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a walk-in robe. It was also great to have an easy parking place in front of the Villa Marta. I really enjoyed our stay. Luckily we can cope with several flights of stairs as there is no lift. This should be mentioned in the description as some people couldn't manage the stairs. The walk back up the hill to the apartment was a little taxing in the heat but the location was well worth it. we were happy in our apartment but there were a few touches which would raise the accommodation to 5 star. Kitchen- saucepans in good repair, a sharp knife (common problem), tea towels, salt, pepper and sugar, a dish brush. Bathroom- Liquid soap in shower, check shower drainage regularly. Bedroom- bedside lamp. General- all light globes should work, an iron, and a dustpan.
