Purtroppo non mi sono sentita molto sicura a lasciare oggetti personali all'interno della camera dato che le 4 camere presenti all'interno dello stesso corridoio non hanno porte che si possono chiudere. Hanno semplicemente un chiavistello che si può aprire facilmente

• Lu (7/5): ALLOGGIO BUONO PER QUALCHE GIORNO A LECCE - Posizione comoda per il centro di Lecce. Proprietario subito pronto a rispondere e molto disponibile. Alloggio con tutto il necessario. Mancanza di oscuranti sufficientemente coprenti alle finestre. Quindi la mattina ci ha dato un po' fastidio la luce.

• Henry Domenico Durante (10/5): Comodo e vicino la stazione - La posizione è il punto forte, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni. Il palazzo si presenta bene e la stanza era ampia e luminosa. Unica pecca la mancanza (o per lo meno non mi pare ci sia) di un ascensore. E quindi con una valigia pesante ci sono due rampe di scale da affrontare.

Там автоматически должны открываться две двери. Но открывалась одна, а вторая была заблокирована. Приходилось сидеть между двумя дверями и звать на помощь людей с улицы.

• ELENA (3/5): Soggiorno non corrispondente alle aspettative - Ambiente spazioso Ingresso mal gestito, occorrono le chiavi per accedere non basta digitare un pin. Le chiavi mi sono state consegnate ma ho dovuto attendere ed il pin d'ingresso non era quello che mi è stato inviato... Si tratta di un unico alloggio condiviso con altri, per cui sì sentono i rumori di tutti. Letto matrimoniale non comodo. Arredamento un po' datato,situato in un quartiere di periferia, mal frequentato perchè adiacente alla stazione

• Miriam (8/5): Gut gelegene Zimmer zum Übernachten - Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, nahe Bahnhof und wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Für eine Nacht war es perfekt. Sehr nett vom Gastgeber, dass wir unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag einstellen durften. Den Schlüssel und das richtige Apartment zu finden war nachts etwas abenteuerlich. Die Wohnungstür war nicht angeschrieben. In der Wohnung war dann auch noch eine Tür abgeschlossen mit Betten, die wir gebucht haben. Schließlich fanden wir heraus, dass der Badezimmer-Schlüssel auch passt.

Chi prenota faccia attenzione, sono due camere da letto con un bagno solo, questo già x 4 persone un po' di disagio. La camera con letto matrimoniale ok, l'altra presenta 4 letti, noi ne abbiamo usufruito di due, scomodi e con una porta non bene isolata dal corridoio, da dove si sentono i rumori come avere la gente in camera. • Mariacarmela (9/5): - posizione ottima, si trova a 10 minuti (nemmeno) a piedi dal centro, subito davanti alla stazione e proprio dall'altro lato della strada c'è la fermata del pullman per spostarsi nel salento. colazione non c'era ma è presente un bar accanto la porta scorrevole rende facile l'accesso anche a chi si trova negli altri appartamenti quindi bisogna portarsi dietro tutte le chiavi delle camere ogni volta
• Giovanna (8/5): - Posizione ottimale. A due passi dalla stazione. Vicinissima al centro storico di Lecce. Il servizio di pulizia non mi ha soddisfatto. C'era molta polvere nell'appartamento e sul pavimento si trovavano accumuli di polvere e capelli. La cosa più fastidiosa però è stata trovare un ragno gigante e le formiche che uscivano dal lavello della cucina.

• Dominique (8/5): Consiglio - La posizione ottima vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, Quartiere tranquillo essendo rientrato verso le 23 dal centro di Lecce nessuno per strada. La mattina avevamo il treno presto e ci ha fatto molto comodo essere vicino alla stazione.

• Carla (1/5): - Parto con l’unica cosa positiva di questa casa cioè la posizione in cui si trovava comoda per raggiungere a piedi sia la stazione sia il centro di Lecce, dopo di che oltre aver prenotato questa casa consapevoli del fatto che era un appartamento tutto nostro e pagato L intero prezzo di un appartamento sotto il periodo di ferragosto m, ci siamo ritrovate in un appartamento condiviso con cucina condivisa inagibile, puzzolente e sporca tra l altro messo piede solo per vedere le sue condizioni e mai più entrate e costrette quindi tutti i giorni a fare colazione, pranzare e cenare nei ristorantini dei dintorni. Bagno con puzzo di piscio stagionato che paragonandolo al bagno di una stazione è un complimento , due rotoli di carta igienica per l appartamento affittato per 5 persone 3 notti e 4 giorni usata sicuramente da quelli che c erano prima di noi e costrette NOI a comprare la carta igienica. Nessuno stendino disponibile per stendere teli e costumi. E non bastando tutte queste sfortune una sera tornate a casa ci siamo trovate una delle due camere inondate da formiche per tutta la camera non sapendo più né dove mettere le valige e né come stare tranquille quelle poche ore che rimanevamo in casa solo per prepararci la sera sciogliendoci anche per il caldo perché l aria condizionata era palesemente finta. Non ci ritorneremo mai più a maggior ragione per la presa per il culo e per i soldi dati in quanto quella casa valeva 30€ per tutto il danno recato. Ah e oltre tutto questo non poteva mancarci un vicino rompi coglioni che voleva farci arrestare per due urla delle 22.30 di sera.😊
• Luigi (3/5): La pulizia dovrebbe essere la prima cosa, prima di ogni altro tipo di servizio. - abbastanza attrezzata e posizione ottimale pulizia inesistente, padelle che puzzavano, federe completamente sporche, lenzuola sporche, polvere ovunque e anche un grave problema di insetti perché neanche dopo 1 ora dal nostro arrivo siamo stati invasi dalle formiche. Nonostante l’insetticida che ci é stato dato in dotazione abbiamo potuto solo rallentare la loro presenza, praticamente ci hanno fatto compagnia tutta la permanenza in struttura.
• Sonia (5/5): Ne recommande pas malgré la réactivité de l’hôte - L’emplacement 15 min à pied du centre La climatisation Frigo Les places gratuites autour du logement ( ne pas se faire avoir à prendre le ticket à 20 € par l’hôte) Quartier populaire mais sécurisé Wc sale une horreur en arrivant : réactivité de l’hôte à refaire toute la chambre avec un homme de ménage très malpoli … Problème d’eau chaude après une douche ( on était deux) : réactivité mais perte de temps au final entre le ménage sur le 1er jour d’arrivée et la douche à attendre. Matelas et oreiller sales Restes de poussière collée et de nourriture dans le sommier Commode de décoration donc pas de possibilité de de défaire sa valise Pas de rideaux occultants , donc réveillés à l’aube Pas de rideaux sur les portes vitrées de la chambre permettant de protéger de la lumière du couloir quand les autres logeurs circulent. Bref trop de poids négatifs que seulement 2 nuits. Ne recommande pas En soi ne pas toujours se fier aux avis trop positifs.

Apartament bardzo wygodny: przytulna sypialnia, funkcjonalny aneks kawowy oraz balkon z wyjątkowym widokiem na ogród botaniczny – prawdziwy relaks dla zmysłów. Idealna propozycja dla osób, które cenią spektakularne wnętrza i preferują posiłki na mieście – na wyposażeniu znajduje się ekspres do kawy, czajnik oraz lodówka, natomiast brak kuchenki, zlewu i podstawowego zaplecza kuchennego (wodę nabiera się w łazience). Przy krótkim pobycie w żaden sposób nie przeszkadza to w komforcie wypoczynku. Atmosfera była tak przyjemna i odprężająca, że z przyjemnością wrócimy przy kolejnej okazji. Gorąco polecamy! -

• Amanda (6/5): Check-in not convenient - Convenience near train station Check-in. We were told a lock box would be waiting for us but there wasn't one. We couldn't get in and had to wait for another guest to let us in through the gate. The key was then in a not secure place. This was disappointing as we received long instructions that seemed it would make check in easy but the instructions were wrong. The room was nice basic facilities. Air con a pro.

• Victor (7/5): Good - The rooms are simple but well-designed, with a nice atmosphere. Its quite spacious with very high ceilings that enhance the open feel. There's a very lovely view of the garden from the windows. The shared kitchen is functional and has everything needed for cooking. A small fridge is available in the flat for storing supplies. Short walk to the old town, plenty of shops around. Great cafe with a bakery on the corner for breakfasts. The setup is more like a hostel, with private rooms and a shared kitchen. However, the rooms are not fully separated — they are lined along a corridor with old glass doors, so sound travels easily between them. Our neighbors were quiet, so noise wasn’t an issue for us, but our kids may have disturbed others. There were mosquitoes but no plug-in repellents were provided.
• Χριστίνα (1/5): Awful - The water in the shower was super cold, so we couldn’t use it. I sent a message to the owner and he never answered. The building was smelling really bad. But the worst of it all… one day I woke up and found mouse droppings ON THE BED, UNDERNEATH THE SHEETS.

• Marta (5/5): Passable - It was clean and close to the train station The self check in didn't work we had to reach out to the owner who then assigned a room instead of the studio flat we had booked. The main light wasn't working, no cupboards or chairs or wardrobes to place items on.

Found everything I needed in the kitchen. Easy self check in and check out The place smelled heavily with old cigarette smoke. I had to wash all my clothes when I came back home

• Jones (1/5): Dirty and uncomfortable, don’t stay here - Someone stayed in the room previous to my stay and there was no cleaning of the room after, so there wasn’t anything to like. Really strong horrible odor, maybe there’s something dying in the walls. Also, they didn’t clean the room before my stay
• Dmiitry (9/5): Superb - Check-in is really easy and seamless. Our room, adjacent area is stylish, spacious and tidy. The terrace overlooking picturesque inner garden is the first class. Moreover. due to absence of any other quests, it was the feeling that we had booked the entire hotel.  The location is also convenient - Lecce railway station is in 5 minutes walk and downtown in 10 minutes respectively. Wifi signal is super strong as well as the connection speed is high. Probably I would rate 10 out of 10 for every facet but it falls short a little bit to extra mile service in some aspects. They are not listed among room facilities on booking.com - so don't take it as a complaint but only as a kind notice. Thee water drainer cap lever of the sink doesn't work. Once closed, it won't open anyhow. There are an electric kettle as well as plastc and wine glasses provided in the shared hall but there are no spoons and wine opener. Also in my humble opinion plastic glasses don't match the decor of the room and high ceiling. Definitely it won't take much to make the place perfect.

• Diana (6/5): great location, bad experience. - best location it was clean but there was a very strong perfume smell to the point where it made it difficult to breathe. i woke up with a massive headache and nausea. it passed onto my belo gings and it was quite disgusting.
• Amanda (3/5): Decent place but not worth the hassle - The hotel is hidden in a building with lawyers' offices without any sign outside. We were not given any check in instructions and had to wait in the street for a long time, asking random people for help, spending a lot of money calling the hotel (with our foreign sim cards), without being able to get inside. They claimed they sent us a message with instructions which was not true, we never received anything. In the end somebody came to let us in but it is not worth spending all that time money and effort. Much better places are available for the same price, avoid this place if you can!! Also it was rather noisy.
