Guest Reviews
- Rob (9/5): Great property, helpful owners -
- Anya (7/5): Brilliant location, great owners, lovely decoration and very well maintained. - Excellent location with hosts that went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They purchased fans so we could stay cool on a very hot weekend , left us welcome packs of essentials , super comfy beds and lovely interior . The hall light was really annoying , coming on and off whenever you walked through especially at night as it bright lighted all of downstairs.
The house is in an excellent location but needs some lower privacy film on the windows so you can still open them without everyone walking by seeing in, you otherwise feel very exposed.
It would be beneficial to have two sets of key.
- Eva (8/5): Happy with our stay. - Lovely and very good area, nicely decorated flat and supportive host, well equipped kitchen lot's of good information about the town and the area No bedside lamp and electric socket next to the bed in the familybedroom. The basin was a bit too narrow so hard to wash your self.

- Steven (9/5): Relaxing stay in Dartmouth. - The flat was comforable and cozy and in a great location.
No hassle, easy to get the keys. We didnt meet the staff because we didnt need to.
Everything worked well and the place was furnished and decorated very nicely.
Datmouth is a great place with a fab mix of restaurants and pubs. The parking was more challenging than expected, but that's due to a numpty in the local council, not the apartment owners! There were no long term parking options. It was even impossible to buy multiday parking at the park n ride!!! So, we had to juggle the car. Come on Dartmouth, sort it out!!
- Joshua (8/5): Great stay - Great location in central Dartmouth. Just enough room for two couples and a baby.
Well designed
Excellent guide to the local area Little things like no extra toilet tissue and no hand soap etc
Also, Booking.com said it was a later check out than what the cleaner said.
I’d advise guests to plan parking ahead of time.
Overall, nothing major to worry about.
- John (10/5): Superb - Ideal loction: clean and so we'll equipped. With great shower. Nothing
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): Lovely little cottage in a great location - Very well presented, we loved all the fishy accessories . Great location Automatic light in the hall and no hairdryer or seagull bin, apart from these minor things it was really good
- Peter (9/5): Most comfortable and enjoyable property, highly recommended and would stay again, value for money. - Superbly equipped property in a central location in the heart of Dartmouth town.
Large central kitchen island was a key feature.
Cosy, comfortable and well decorated.
Comfortable large king size bed.
Highly recommended and would stay again in future if visiting Dartmouth. No parking near house. We used the out of town 'park n ride' as town car parks closed due to regatta weekend.
Small toilet area (corner toliet would have been better!) but did not alter our great stay.
Unable to lock windows when slightly open - a problem as pathway right outside bedroom windows so unable to leave windows open at night (safety reasons) therefore can be a bit stuffy.
Staircase sensor light a problem, would be better to have a fixed switch
- Helen (10/5): Stunning holiday home in amazing location. - Amazing location, fixtures and fittings. Beautiful place to stay. Nothing
- Emma (10/5): Fantastic - Location modern decor. No parking but I think this is a town issue not owners issue. Consider a fan as the rooms are so warm and with a little one in a bedroom cant open the windows enough and people passing by
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): A lovely break in a comfortable, well appointed, quiet property that was central and convenient - We liked the quirkiness of the property with the bedrooms downstairs and the decor was lovely. It was easy to find and convenient for everything local. We had to remember to keep the blinds down when in one of the bedrooms as people looked straight in as they walked past.
- Melissa (10/5): Brilliant little apartment, had everything we needed. - Perfect central location
- Jessica (10/5): Excellent property in a great location - Very modern property, very clean. Good communication with hosts. Great location. Sensory light in hallway a little disruptive in the night
- Sarah (9/5): Excellent value for money in a beautifully appointed townhouse. - Lovely interior and decor. Great fresh new linen. Lovely location and very quiet street. The downstairs wardrobe needs improving.
- Joanne (10/5): The best family break we’ve had for a while! - An absolute gem of a place, in a central but ‘quiet at night’ location. Decor was superb, the attention to detail outstanding. Beautifully clean and fresh smelling on arrival, and the beds were super comfy.
We were sorry to leave!
- Arthur (9/5): Superb - Location was very central. The property was very clean with beautiful decor Road parking restrictions outside the property were a bit of a pain.
