- Emanuel (7/5): okayish property for a short stay - the host was very responsive and the apartment had everything for a short stay. the light flickers, the location even though it is safe and easy to get out of town not very close to city center. I woke up with headache due to AC and the bed was very stiff.

- Guest (8/5): - Pleasant owner, very communicative, offered help if I will needed something, location close to the main things, 2 min walks to the place called Lé Bon where you eat anything, pay by the card and sit in nice comfortable space. The room has everything you've needed like shower, bed. Very recommended.

- Kate (8/5): Very good - Close to buses. Had a washer and dryer I could use. It was a big room with a kitchenette and big bathroom. The bed and pillows were really comfy and the aircon worked well. Was quiet with all the windows closed and very dark for sleeping. The light above the bed would flicker every minute or so and I couldn't work out how to stop it even though all the switches were turned off. There was mould in the bathroom and the shower was tiny and awkward for such a large bathroom.

We did not meet the owner personally but they were very attentive to messages we sent and were quick to sort out an issue we had with the air conditioning when we were out. The location is a bit dirty but it is not uncommon for Tirana. Fly tipping in suburban areas seems common.

- Tomáš (8/5): Very good - Right down below apartments you can visit a small bar. Place is close to the center. Apartment is clean and very nice. Even it is an apartment, there were no glasses, plates, cutlery. No sponge and detergent. Host does not speak english, but you can use translator, so its not a big problem.
- Öncü (2/5): Very poor - The outer door is always open and not secure. At 1:00 a.m. the washing machine is turned on and it is noisy. I couldn't sleep because of the unsafe noisy environment. Employees are attentive.

The area was close to supermarkets, the center and bus stops, with really nice characteristic places and bars! My brother and I had a good time, we rested peacefully, the other guests in the villa were friendly and calm, everyone respected their space. The lady at the shop near Villa Guza was lovely to us, always smiling and cute! We will remember this experience positively thanks also to Greta at Villa Guza! Thanks for everything!:)

- Shabana (10/5): Great apartment close to the bus station - A beautiful apartment which is 3 minutes from the bus station, needed it in an emergency after a very bad experience at a hostel. Clean, tidy and secure, highly recommended!

The window was a little funny so it felt a bit stuffy when spending a long time in the room, but would be a great home base in between the bus and seeing the rest of Tirana :)

We stayed only for one night to catch a bus in the morning, and the apartment is right next to the station so it was very convenient. The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and is about 20 minute walk from the center.

It is super close to the bus station for international trips, but far from the other station for national trips. You can hear people talking from other rooms (literally the entire conversations crystal clear) and from outside. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

The bathroom was clean with all the facilities. The air condition was also great. For the price, this is totally worth it! There were some constructions nearby that started early morning, but this is like a general issue in whole Tirana!

The host was very helpful and easy to talk to. Hard to find at first - hidden behind a neighbouring bar. The coordinates for booking.com are not correct (at time of writing).
