- Vikki (8/5): We had an amazing stay, a few tweeks with a welcome manual would make it even better - It would be easier if you used the lock box at the property for the keys There was no manual with instructions on how to use things in the house, no contact details for owners we needed assistance. A manual on arrival would be great, previous places have given a welcome Manuals, places to eat nearby, nearby shops, how the appliances work. Also a welcome pack on arrival with even jay bottled water.
