Central location It smelled of damp on arrival...we did a spring clean

Biggest issue was the front door didn't lock without a struggle.....safety issue

- George (1/5): Shocking - Radiator in the living room didn't work, fridge wasn't working, there was mould in one of the bedrooms and the WiFi didn't work

- Catherine (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious property with clean linen It’s a basement flat with shutters over the doors so no natural light in the living space. It was quite cold (laminate laid on concrete). The TV didn’t work and I was told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t. The WiFi codes arrived a day and a half late after chasing and the WiFi connection was poor, which made work challenging. It wasn’t particularly clean and no soap was provided. It’s down some stairs off the street of a row of derelict shops, so didn’t feel particularly safe.
