• Harriet (8/5): Lovely hosts and great apartment - Lovely apartment with great view from the windows including bedroom window. Having a kitchen with fridge was very handy. Shower pressure was amazing! Bus nearby very handy (though note service is sparse on the weekends but uber easy to use). Lovely to be right on the edge of town close to nature and Ounasvaara winter hiking trial. Hosts very helpful and very easy to get in plus lots of parking space. Could have extra towels e.g. for going to the sauna. Slightly older apartment especially kitchen and bathroom but didn’t feel unclean overall. Otherwise was so lovely and would definitely stay there again.

• Daniel (10/5): - I had a very comfortable and warm place to stay, surrounded by silence, calm, and peace. The apartment was well equipped, and I had everything I needed.

• Silviaferreirasantos (9/5): Superb - Hosts were super nice and communicated well with us. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed made a bit of noise.
• Miri (1/5): Outside: very nice …..inside:much room for improvement - the only thing we liked was the location of the apartment In short...the furniture was either broken, missing or dirty The toilet was very dirty and there was still poop in it when we arrived. No shower curtain, just a rod. The only storage space for cosmetic products is the washing machine which is not connected. The shelf on the mirror is no longer there and is only used to hang extra toilet paper rolls. There is no trash can in the bathroom and you cannot use the hairdryer because the plug does not fit into the socket. the soap dispenser is broken and the soap is dishwashing detergent diluted with water. the oven, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery were dirty and in the cupboard we found bread and other food. A chair was broken so my husband almost sat on the floor when he wanted to use it. fallen pictures Pictures are placed on the table instead of hanging on the wall with a nail. There is also no table in the living room, you have to hold your glass of wine in your hand the whole evening or convert a chair into a table. Curtains in 3 different lengths and 2 different fabrics hung in front of the window. The whole inventory is thrown together. There were 2 floor lamps and both were completely broken. The windows could also be cleaned, at least from the inside, and the bedroom mirror could be cleaned again. It is full of finger and handprints.

• Katrin (8/5): Beautiful relaxing place for a special holiday experience - The apartment is at a 20 min drive from the airport in a beautiful landscape just 12 min drive from the centre village. There are some supermarkets closer by. I liked the peaceful atmosphere in the beautiful nature. Just going outside, it was possible to see the aurora on 2 clear nights and thus I avoided an expensive aurora tour. It was also possible to wat some animals like owls, squirrels and foxes near the house. There is also a ski school at another 12 min drive. The apartment was comfortable and cosy, it had everything needed for a relaxing week. The hosts are very attentive, they responded immediately to any extra wish I had. There is lots of space for parking. The site is only recommendable when coming with a car. There are a few bus stops at walking distance but this helps only in case you understand the Finnish names of the stops. Having a car, however, it is easy to reach the different places.

• Neil (5/5): House of horrors. - The place was "comfortable" but that's about it. For one night ok, but not for longer. The curtain rail was hanging down. The towels did not smell fresh. There was no way I was going to take a shower because firstly, there was no shower curtain and secondly, the washing machine was right next to the shower and all the electrics were prone to getting wet. Try explaining that to the Finnish fire brigade! The outside area (stairwell) was a total mess and dirty. So, all in all, staying here for a maximum of one night would be ok, but do not book it for any longer.

• Aleksandra (10/5): A perfect, cozy gateway place in Rovaniemi. - Very friendly, hospitable and helpful host. The apartment was clean, cozy and very warm. All the appliances needed were there. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the views very astonishing. Only negative thing to say is I wish we could've stayed longer :)!
• Raluca (2/5): Bad - The area outside is beautiful! The apartment is very old and no improvements done ! We didn’t even had towels, but in the description it says there are towels! Very very hard to get a taxi from there , we been waiting for more then 30 min for a taxi to come ! The bathroom is very old and smells, including the washing machine that had a really bad smell! I won’t book this apartment again ! The host wasn’t interacting either!
• Jana (6/5): A quiet stay in a clean apartment - I liked the location as it wasn’t too far on the bus. It was quiet and peaceful. You can cook your own food at the property. I had expected shampoo, conditioner and body wash as other apartments have provided these.

We arrived and it was all dirty, after many calls (with roaming) they went to clean and we lost a whole day because it took 3 hours after check-in to be cleaned and we lost the chance to do the tours planned. We were not comfortable at all knowing that things may not be disinfected (shower, toilet, kitchen, etc.). After all this hassle, checkout day, someone knocking at the door at 9:00! It was the guest after trying to get in, so the guest was told no problem to check in before our check out. The guest had to wait for hours in the freezing cold. The host was always writing kind but solving nothing. He offered a 10% refund (not even to cover all the calls we had to do) after making us lose half of our stay and feeling uncomfortable the entire stay. BE AWARE. We arrived and it was all dirty, after many calls (with roaming) they went to clean and we lost a whole day because it took 3 hours after check-in to be cleaned and we lost the chance to do the tours planned.
