- juan PABLO (2/5): HOTEL NO ACEPTA LAS RESERVAS DE LA APP - Cuando llegue al Hotel Me dicen que ellos no tienen nada con xpedia ni hoteles.com , aparte que me cobraron ppr al app me toco pagar mas allla porq la supuesta habitacion que habia resevado ya estaba reservada… y la Unica a habia era mas costosa.. entonces hice un pago doble por la app y directamentw alla… POR FAVOR ANTES DE RESERVAR CONFIRMEN QUE EL HOTEL NO ENTIENDE PORQ ESTAN EN ESTA PLATAFORMA CUANDO ELLOS NO TIENEN NADA CON XPEDIA NI HOTELE.COM
- Verified traveler (2/5): Beware - The worst situation possible. No way to communicate as the contact given is wrong, upon arrival was told they do not see my reservation. It a remote cold area with no Wi Fi (though promised). Had to stay overnight in another cabin. Wanted to charge me for that even more than listed price. There was no hot water there. Jacuzzi was not fixed. The portable heater is not enough to keep it warm. The cabin is basically just a bed and nothing else. Location is beautiful and local stuff is friendly but obviously manages terribly and do not keep their commitments to hotels.com and the customers. Be warned
