- Naidoo (1/5): SCAM BOOKING - This is an absolute scam. We drove to the first location which was provided on the email confirmation only to reach a dead end. The contact number goes straight to voicemail and the email address is invalid. I thereafter found a pin on Bookings.com and proceeded to that location which took us deep into a rural area only to find the driveway gate of the designated property chained. We enquired with locals if this was a B&B and they confirmed that it was a residential property. We then had to proceed back into the CBD and had find to eventually find alternate accommodation. I had to incur additional costs but booking other accommodation for my staff, travelled more than 80kms into a unsafe area and the information provided is invalid. I demand a full refund with compensation for my fuel to an invalid location. SCAM!!! If this is not resolved immediately I will be taking this to an online platform to share the risk booking via bookings.com poses to consumers.
