• francesco (6/5): FRIDA VI DISTRAE... - La posizione vicina al centro, alle caffetterie e negozi. Lo spazio ampio dell'appartamento e l'atmosfera vintage data dal palazzo antico e dall'arredamento. La camera matrimoniale separata dal. Soggiorno. Purtroppo nonostante sembrasse tutto pulito, la cucina era in condizioni pietose. Noi avevamo pensato di mangiare a casa una delle due sere ma non è stato possibile perché cassetti, piano cucina erano pieni di briciole, zucchero versato e resti di cibo dei precedenti ospiti. Non c'era nemmeno una padella o una pentola. Peccato perché basterebbe davvero poco per rendere questo alloggio migliore e ottenere un punteggio più alto. Anche il fatto che non ci fossero cialde per il caffè : metti la Macchinetta, metti anche due cialde, non dico una scatola intera, ma due! Nel complesso siamo stati bene ma ripeto, se cercate un alloggio con cucina, tenete presente che questa è solo decorativa.

They sent me check-in information, but the keys weren't in the locker, and they weren't answering my calls. I ended up standing in the rain for an hour, waiting for someone to bring me the keys. 2. The apartment was broken and dirty, and the windows rattled all night because they couldn't be closed. 3. The staff was very unprofessional in their communication and behavior. I have rented over 40 different apartments in Bratislava over the last couple of months and I have never seen such terrible conditions in my life.

• Ελευθερία (4/5): - Σαν διαμέρισμα είχε όμορφα στοιχεία διακόσμησης και μας εξυπηρέτησε για νωρίτερο τσεκ ιν, χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση. Το διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται επειγόντως καλό καθάρισμα. Μέσα στις αράχνες, σκισμένες πετσέτες, βρωμούσε το ψυγείο το οποίο ήταν εκτός ρεύματος. Ο καναπές σιχαινοσουν να τον ακουμπήσεις. Οκ χαμηλή τιμή αλλά να σεβόμαστε και τον άνθρωπο που θα μείνει. Το πάτωμα ειδικά στην κρεβατοκάμαρα νόμιζες θα βγεις από κάτω, ενώ οπότε περπατούσαν απ' το πάνω διαμέρισμα νόμιζες το πολυέλαιο στο σαλόνι θα σου έρθει στο κεφάλι.

The apartment is nicely decorated with vibrant and unique furniture. The owner is really nice and responds quickly. The Apartanent was really dusty, the floor in the bathroom was sticky. There is a broken window and the sofa is not comfortable to sleep on.

L’host della struttura fino a 2 ore prima non ha mai risposto ai messaggi eravamo arrivati al 1 gennaio e non sapevamo se avevamo o meno una casa. Casa abbastanza centrale ma strutturalmente pessima, dentro magari anche arredata bene ma non compensava assolutamente. Pulizia veramente ai minimi storici abbiamo trovato un unghia sul mobile all’ingresso (foto allegata), microonde da schifo, tutto sporco dentro (foto allegata) senza neanche il piatto girevole, in camera da letto c’era un ripostiglio pieno di panni sporchi di chissà chi (foto allegata). In struttura non è presente un asciuga capelli. Credo che a Bratislava ci sia di meglio senza spendere neanche troppo di più. Casa totalmente bocciata

• Filip (4/5): I don’t recommend it. - It’s interesting and very cool designed, the location is very good and it’s specious, good heating and internet. It was very dirty like veeery dirty! There was trash everywhere, stains on the bed and pillows, the toilet wasn’t clean, everything was very old and some furnature was even broken. Even the towels and bedding wasn’t smelling good. It was like no one came to the apartment after the last guests. The door from the balcony didn’t close and cold wind was coming in. There is one more apartment next to this and the guests were very loud in the night. ITS NOT LIKE IN THE PICTURES!
• Olena (1/5): Ekelhaft! - Frische Handtücher. Die Wohnung war ekelhaft. So schmutzig, das Möbel war kaputt , so habe ich mir in meinem Leben gesehen. Fenster sind nicht verschließbar und zerbrochen. Das darf gar nicht ins Booking sein. Es war nicht wohnbar. Bettwäsche waren nicht frisch. 🤮

• Alejandro (1/5): Evitar, no son serios, no contestan - Nada Nos mandaron a otros apartamento 2 horas antes de llegar, totalmente distinto (por ejemplo, no tenía habitaciones, era un loft) Los propietarios nunca contestaron al teléfono, ni mensajes. En el anuncio se indica late check out pero a las 10am nos obligaron a abandonar el apartamento. Tampoco había vine de bienvenida tal y como se indica. En definitiva, no son profesionales, no contestas y te tratan como ganado
• JIŘÍ (1/5): - Změna apartmánu už když jsem stál před Frídou. Majitelka nebere mobil, nekomunikuje. Dodnes nemám doklad za ubytování do účetnictví. Takhle to opravdu nemá fungovat. Strašné. Ale v pohodě pavučiny jsem si na náhradním apartmánu vymetl sám. Slibované víno taky nebylo. Není za co pochválit. Snad už nikdy.
• Eva (1/5): Good location very bad facilities and customer service - The apartment is in a very bad condition, with most of the furniture needing to be replaced as it is damaged or broken. The Kitchen items toaster/kettle etc were dirty and unusually there the food in the presses some out of date some by 3 years. There was no soap and it is questionable if the spare bed clothes were clean. When we raised the concern with the owner her response was that she has 40 apartments and knows what is needed and if we want to leave now she will give us our money back

• Andrea (3/5): Olcsó, jó helyen lévő, de nem túl jó apartman. - A szállás olcsó volt és közel a központhoz. A szállásadó egyáltalán nem válaszolt az üzeneteinkre, szerettük volna tudni, hogy a környéken hol és mennyiért lehet parkolni, sajnos nem sikerült megtudnunk, így a város másik végén, egy parkolóházban tettük le az autót, jóval drágábbért mint a szállás környékén levő utcai parkolókban. Az apartman meglehetősen lelakott volt, az ágyak kényelmetlenek.

• Kalina (8/5): One night with friends - The apartment has a very good location. It's very spacious and cosy, and there's a sweet small balcony. The couch was not very comfortable for two people, and we had only one blanket and one pillow with sheets for the couch. Also, they forgot to turn on the boiler, and as we understood what to do, we were leaving.

Ant kampo netoliese puiki kavinė, labai smagu ryte išgerti kavos. Apartamentas erdvus, jaučiasi , kad šeimininkė meniškos sielos .Yra balkonėlis. Erdvus dušas su dalinai šildomom grindimis. Nereikėtų pergyventi , jei negaunate atsakymo į siųstas žinutes prieš atvykdami, visą informaciją gaunate wats app atvykimo dieną, tada šeimininkė bendrauja žinutėmis jei kyla klausimų. Apartamentas tinka meniškos sielos , bet neieškantiems praktiškumo žmonėms. Nors buvo virtuvės zona, bet nebuvo nei vieno puodo ar keptuvės, tik dangčiai.Gaminti maistą galimybės labai ribotos. Kad patekti į apartamentą reikia atrakinti 4 spynas,jos kartais užsikerta. Trūksta remonto ir praktiškumo.

• Pauline (10/5): - Ein Apartmant mit Charme. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in die Studentenzeit zurückversetzt. Alle Sachen sind zwar alt, aber sauber und es wirkt gemütlich Es ist direkt an der Stadtmitte, aber die Straße wirkt etwas gruselig und 2 mädels würde ich es vielleicht nicht empfehlen

• Carolina (2/5): - A casa está muito bem decorada As chaves estão noutra entrada o que começa logo por ser confuso. Na entrada do edifício tem vários sacos com toalhas que não dá uma primeira impressão muito boa! A dona da casa deixa de responder assim que ficamos hospedados. Promete diversos serviços que não cumpre. Não há televisão, não é possível aceder ao wifi e a casa não está limpa! A banheira está entupida. O chão do quarto está afundado e a cadeira continua partida, dando a entender que não se preocupa com os comentários de antigos hóspedes. Não recomendo. Apesar de estar bem localizado não oferece conforto.

Apartamento MUY SUCIO, la entrada horrible y sucia, con una montaña de ropa sucia al lado de la puerta, telarañas en todos los rincones, cocina sucia, puertas de armarios descolocadas, ventanas no cierran, están sucias y con cristales rotos. El mantenimiento cero. El sofá desgastado y sucio. Lo consideran tercera cama y ni siquiera dejan sábanas para dormir. Toallas con agujeros enormes!! Comida caducada en la nevera !! El ventilador sin la tapa delantera… La botella de vino que nos prometieron inexistente!! En resumen - NO LO RECOMIENDO !!!!

• Urbano (1/5): - The location. Our stay at this accommodation did not go as expected. When we found the building, the entrance door already made us question whether it was the right place. At first glance, the apartment looks like the photos on Booking, however, the television was missing, the complimentary bottle of wine was also missing, the fans did not work, we could not access the internet, and when we tried to contact the host, she did not reply. The chair in the bedroom was broken, and the kitchenware was all dirty, as was the rest of the apartment. The apartment needs a thorough deep cleaning of dust and everything else; we even found food remains behind the microwave, which explains why we encountered cockroaches and mosquitoes during our stay. The shower in the bathroom was clogged and dirty. We do not recommend this accommodation, and during our stay of just 10 hours, we thought more than once about looking for another place to stay.
• Maja (1/5): Brud i zaniedbanie oraz brak wzięcia odpowiedzialności - 📍 Plusem jest jedynie lokalizacja 👎🏻Nigdy wcześniej nie miałam do czynienia z sytuacją w której nie tylko apartament jest tak brudny iż naprawdę nie chce się w nim przebywać a jeszcze właściciel nie poczuwa się do odpowiedzialności i zarzuca nam działania mające na celu „szukanie” w nim usterek oraz stwarzanie problemów. Jestem w stanie zrozumieć potrzebę remontu i brak środków na nie ale jednak detergenty nie kosztują chyba aż tyle aby po prostu zadbać o czystość przed przyjazdem gości. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt tutaj relacja ceny za dobę do jakości jest znacznie zawyżona, a lokalizacja tego nie rekompensuje. Gdyby nie 10h podróż za nami zapewne nie zostalibyśmy tutaj, zresztą wlaściciel nam proponował opuszczenie obiektu o 23:00 😉 gdyż do zwrotu części opłaty się nie poczuwa a po zgodzeniu przez nas brudu w obiekcie o przyzwoitej porze nie reagował. Widać iż nie odrobiono lekcji z poprzednich komentarzy gości gdyż zniszczone krzesło jak stało tak stoi a w lodówce włosy i bród nadal. Podsumowując: chcesz odpocząć - znajdź inny nocleg.

Just for 1 night
• Lisa (5/5): - Very spacious and bright apartment. With a balcony. A big parking literally just around the corner (30€ /day). Very dirty - floors and surfaces generally but the kitchen in particular. Since there was no dishwashing liquid I guess people before only rinsed under water… I would dare to say the kitchen was nasty. The bathroom was in much better condition (except the shower…) and also the bedroom. No wifi. Noisy street during nighttime. In the reservation it said “a bottle of wine included and late check-out”. There were no wine and no late checkout.

• Gabriel (10/5): Lovely stay and a lovely host. - The apartment was big and beautifully decorated. There was noise from the street, because it was too close to the center.
• Lucy (8/5): Very good - Great spacious apartment, host responsive, location was fab and cheap. Initially gaining access was a pain, the key is in a key lock in a doorway down the street from the actual entrance. We were on a tight schedule so couldn't gain access straight away as host didn't respond instantly, but the messaged about 10 mins later explaining that it was further down the street but by this time we had to go to the wine tasting nearby with our overnight bags. Once we got the correct door it was all good 😂

Not for me. - Pros- location is great, host was kind enough to let us check in earlier which we appreciated, appartment is spacious and nice decor, nice hot shower with great pressure. Cons- there was no TV for our stay despite the image on the listing and it being listed under facilities (was one of the reasons we booked this appartment so this was disappointing) appartment is not super clean, towels had marks on them, cobwebs on bathroom roof, floor in bedroom is uneven, (understandable since it is old apartment but something to be aware of), broken chair and dressing table with stains in bedroom also not a great look.
• Ukuš (4/5): Nothing special - The location was good, close to the center. The apartment has heater - very helpful in winter. The lock case is dificult to open and the landlord was dificult to reach. The apartment is not that clean and has a weird eggy/omelette smell.

There needs to be more information on the parking in this property. I have parked in the public garage and I paid €50 for overnight parking because we came late in the night however there is a parking right behind the building. It’s also great.
• Christine (3/5): Beware! Dangerous stay in Bratislava. - The accommodation is very beautiful and the balcony is very nice. When you see pictures of this accommodation, they are beautiful. But there are many underlying problems with this apartment. The worst part is that there are many different doors and locks that you need to navigate to get in and out of the apartment. I was trapped in the apartment because one of the doors did not unlock properly. I followed the instructions of the owner, but the instructions were wrong. It took me 10 minutes to navigate the two locks on that door. The instructions said to only open the top lock, but that was not the case the bottom lock had to be opened as well. If there would’ve been a fire, I would’ve been trapped in that apartment, this apartment should not be rented unless this is changed. Another problem was the induction cooktop. There were no instructions to use the cooktop and it didn’t seem to work. That was pretty bad because I needed it to cook my dinner and my breakfast. I reached out to the owner and she was not helpful. I have used induction cooktops elsewhere with no problem . Perhaps it was broken. I do not know. The third major problem had to do with light switches, especially light switches in the bathroom, which were not well marked, so I was in the dark, taking a shower. When I reached out to the owner concerning the light switches, she said they were a different kind of light switch something a bit retro , but they were nothing like any of the other light switches in the apartment and I had no clue that they were light switches. The fourth major problem was that when I was trying to wash dishes in the kitchen sink there was no hot water from the hot water tap. That means that any of the dishes that are in that apartment have been washed with cold water which I don’t believe is very sanitary. Finding the lockbox for the apartment was another ridiculous feat. For some reason, the owner does not put the lockbox in front of the apartment building, but puts the lockbox across the parking lot on another apartment building.

• Harshita (7/5): Clean apartment in good location - The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, dining area, bathroom supplies and is very clean and well maintained. Location is walkable to city centre. Overall great. Like other reviews mentioned, the locks are bit complicated and the instructions are not very clear, we had to do a bit of guesswork to figure out. Communication with the owner is nice but is not super prompt. There is only one fan for 2 rooms that can be tricky as it was 35°

The location is brilliant, really central and within walking distance of everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Some windows are partly broken and oldstyle, therefore heat/coldness/noise enters easily. In combination with the street has some bus lines going through, it is not calm (but also not too noisy). General condition of the apartment could be better (besides the bathroom, which is nice). Getting in feels like an escape room/geocache as you have to unlock multiple locks and instructions could be clearer.

The bathroom had everything you needed to use it such as enough toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo, etc. That's all well and good. The street where the apartment is located is very quiet. You would need to have an electric jug in the kitchen to heat water quickly. The living room where the sofa bed is located would lack darker curtains, in addition to the ones it has. The sofa bed is for children, not adults.

• Panagiwtis (1/5): Bad - Please don't trust the photographs, this apartment was dirty, had spiders and cobweb everywhere, dust in the floor, was unpainted with holes in the wall, had broken tiles in the shower and the most important is that the toilet was clogged. We left the apartment after an hour and we contacted booking to refund us, but the host did not want to give back our money.

• Jamie (10/5): Excellent value and great apartment - Great location, spacious apartment and good bathroom The windows aren’t the best for sound proofing so you can hear the cars etc outside fairly clearly but it’s not a busy street so not much of a problem. You will just hear the bin collections one day quite early

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The space has nice design, I liked the location and I was able to check in earlier. In general I liked my stay there. 1 window was broken, and windows were noisy (because of the wind and cars). The heater in the bathroom is also a bit noise and I woke up in the night because of it. Also there are plenty keys and at the beginning it hard to understand which one are for what (it would be great if some marks would be indicated on it. )
• Sude (3/5): Unfortunately, I do not suggest this apartment because it does not deserve its price. - Location of the apartment was good and really close to oldtown. It wasn’t clean enough , and apartment was too old from both outside and inside.The ground of the apartment was not flat, so it got us felt uncomfortable.
• Kristupas (9/5): Good, but could be cheaper. - The location, the interior, the vibes. The house on the outside doesn’t look very good and there are a lot of (5) locks to unlock in order to ge to the room.

• Ksenija (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this apartment. The location is great and you can walk wherever you want to go. The apartment is nicely decorated and we were surprised with all the details in it, we even had a Christmas tree! It has all the listed amenities and even more than that (a few different shampoos and body wash gels). It was clean and easily accessible. Yes, it is not really quiet because of the traffic noises, but this was expected since it is located in the city centre. This wasn't an issue for us.

• Ludmila (9/5): Amazing stay, great location, spacious, great value for money. - It is very big apartment in great location! Everything is near, downtown, stores, restaurants! The place has everything you need, even small details like make up pads, shower gels, shampoo. Owner even left us bottle of wine and we loved the balcony😍 You can hear cars on the street so I recommend to have ear plugs.
