• Sadhbh (8/5): Had a very pleasant stay here. Apartment was very comfortable, was basic but felt very spacious. Situated in a great loc - Property was in a great location, host was very responsive and kindly allowed us to check-out late and store our bags. Property had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. Some of the cutlery was a bit dirty but there were cleaning facilities.

• Laura (9/5): Apartamento con buena relación calidad/precio en un barrio tradicional de Split - La cama es muy cómoda. Está limpio y es funcional A veces no funcionaba la wifi ni la máquina de aire caliente pero enseguida intentaban solucionarlo.

• Anke (8/5): Superb location, spacious studio - The location was fantastic. Within minutes you are in nature or in the centre of the old town, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Just a 20 minutes walk to the ferry harbour/airport shuttle bus stop/local bus station. The accommodation is furnished in minimalist style, is surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner is very responsive and check in and check out was very smooth. Apart from a lamp on the second bedside table and maybe a room divider to give the illusion of some separation of the bed and sofa area, I can’t think of anything.

• Γιώργος (6/5): Σπλιτ Διαμονή - Ήταν ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν σχετικά καλή. Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε σαμπουάν και αφρόντουζ, το aircondition ήταν σε σημείο που δεν έπιανε στο υπνοδωμάτιο, και είχε αρκετή φασαρία από τον πάνω όροφο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν αδιάφορος θα έλεγα. Η τιμή σε σχέση με τις παροχές δεν αντιστοιχεί. Δεν θα το πρότεινα.
• Francesca (8/5): - Monolocale spazioso, dotato di tutti i confort e in una posizione strategica per visitare la città. A pochissimi passi dalle principali attrazioni ma in una zona molto tranquilla. Personale gentile e disponibile.

• Lukas (10/5): Great price for a lovely apartment - Great place in old town, very easy to walk around to main palaces. cosy private apartment without any neighbours.
• Aidan (7/5): Cheap and Cheerful - Excellent location, great value for money and a big room. Shower head holder was broken, room felt dated, no cold water out of the tap and the communication with the owner was poor - the check in and check out process wasn't smooth.
• Madeleine (10/5): Perfect Location - It was a perfect location for exploring Split and its beaches. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything you’d need for a couple.
• Chantal (10/5): Cool quiet airy modern space in the heart of the old town. - Clean, modern, quiet, restful, functional, lovely shower. Cool on a hot day, didn’t need the a/c. Spacious and airy. I didn’t realise that the old part of Split was so inaccessible to cars. It’s not a criticism because it meant I was close to the things I wanted to see but I didn’t realise how far/slopes/cobbles/stairs I’d need to drag my baggage through.

• Stephane (7/5): It's practical and it does the job if you want to enjoy a good week in Split - The emplacement, the air conditioning, the recent Tv There is no microwave or oven, neither a dishwasher. The light in the bathroom stopped working during the stay and the sink was broken.

We had to call and wait a few minutes for someone to come with keys but it was ok. Pillow was a bit hard, but ok for 2 nights stay. I did not manage to get warm water on the kitchen tap.
