• Estelle (9/5): - L'appartement est agréable et confortable pour deux personnes. Il est assez grand et contient le nécessaire. Il est bien placé dans le centre de Piran. La propriétaire qui est très courtoise et réactive nous a proposé une solution gratuite de stationnement à 15 min à pied (à éviter toutefois en mobilité réduite à cause de la montée au retour).

• Rosemary (10/5): A Lovely Stay - Very clean comfortable apartment in the old town. Extremely well equipped and nice thoughtful touches like beer and prosecco, coffee pods for machine. Good communication with the hostess. I would choose to stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended All good.

The accommodation and the host were reliable and professional. The location is perfect. I highly recommend it! :) Nem tudnék olyat mondani.

L'amfitrió et permet deixar el cotxe a casa seva sense cost addicional (amb els preus dels pàrquings això és un gran plus). Indicacions per arribar súper completes. Només a tenir en compte que les escales són estretes (de casa antiga). Per si vas amb maleta grossa poden resultar incòmodes. Tot i que no ha estat un problema per nosaltres

• Pedro (9/5): Estancia en el centro de Piran. - La ubicación del apartamento era muy buena. La anfitriona fue muy amable, me ayudo con el check-in y a subir las maletas. Nos ofrecio aparcamiento gratuito a 15 minutos andando de la casa y también fue muy flexible en la hora del check-out. La escaleras a la casa son viejas y dan un poco de respeto. En el baño hay un desnivel. Faltaba un poco de limpieza a fondo de la cocina y baño.

• 은정 (10/5): Niko 후기 - 피란의 주차가 힘들다는 걸 알고 호스트분께 주차를 문의하니 무료주차장을 알려주셔서 2박3일간 안전하게 주차할 수 있었고 숙소의 위치를 일일이 사진으로 찍어서 찾아오기 쉽게 해 주심 타르티니광장에서 아주 가까워서 주변을 산책하기 너무 좋았고 우리만의 공간으로 주방을 쓸 수 있었으며 특히 세탁기가 있어 빨래까지 완성! 피란가시는 분들에게 강추!입니다

• Javier (9/5): Para repetir en caso de volver a Pirán - El apartamento es muy amplio, dormitorio y salón excelente, cocina amueblada resolutiva, baño completo con lavadora, además nos obsequiaron con un Benjamín de champán y un imán de bienvenida,un detallazo. El portal de acceso al apartamento y las escaleras( 2° piso) estrechas de madera, no adecuado para personas con limitaciones de desplazamientos.

O apartamento tem boas áreas e tem tudo o que precisamos para uma ótima estadia. Os donos têm um parqueamento pessoal a cerca de 18 minutos onde nos deixaram colocar o nosso carro o que foi muito bom. Nada a considerar.

• Diane (9/5): Everything we needed. - Compact but had everything we needed and easy to get to by foot with suitcases. Great host and very responsive and considerate. The narrow old stairway you had to carry bags up but there were not too many stairs. Just be aware if this is an issue for you.

• Joan (8/5): Novel place to stay in Piran - Location is perfect. This is a basic flat up two flights of stairs. It had everything that we needed including sugar, oil, etc in the kitchen. The washing machine was easy to use and has a super short cycle that was perfect for travel clothes. As others have pointed out, there is no parking in the main part of Piran. We took a ticket to get in and were able to park for up to one hour at the place where we met the host. It took about 5 mins from there to walk to the apartment. The host provided us with instructions to find the closest free parking spot. We paid 6 euros on our way out of central Piran and drove to the free spot which was about a 20 min walk from the apartment. If one does not want to walk that far, there is a parking garage for 29 euros/day with a shuttle into Piran. The host was very kind and helpful.

The Apartment is just 2 min from the beach and coast restaurants and less than 5min from bus station in the town and Tartini square. It is well equipped for the family of 3/4. Bed is very very comfortable. It has all basic things, you need... There is no direct sun and view from the windows... Walls from other houses. It could be a little bit cleaner, but it was acceptable... Thin walls, neighbor has a dog, that can be a bit disturbing (well, for the dogs still very well behaved!), but few barks a day will get noticed...

• Erika (10/5): Simply great! - This apartment is fantastic in every possible aspect - the location is great; even though it is in the centre of Piran, it is big enough and has everything you need for both short and long stays; the hostess is very nice. We would love to return anytime - hopefully we will have the opportunity.
• Peter (10/5): Great spot - Right in the old town centre, so easy to walk there. Apartment is in a historic building in the old town, however was very cosy, and had everything we needed. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Washing machine was handy for us. No car parking access near property. We knew this before the stay and the owner was very helpfull to assist us with a free parking spot about 15min away, after dropping the luggage.

• Rene (10/5): Very comfortable stay and nice host. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to anywhere in Piran. - It was like being at home, it had everything you could need. The most equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in. No sea view. Nothing you can do about it.

• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - This place is in the nicest part of Piran, the oldest, very close to the point of the peninsula, minutes from great places to swim. The host went out of her way to accommodate us - such as meeting us in a convenient spot, allowing us to stay a little longer & helping with parking our car, etc... The flat is extremely quiet allowing for good nights sleep. We loved that there was the option of 2 double beds making it extremely comfortable to sleep! This flat had all we needed, including tea & coffe, and was a nice size. I didn't like that we only had booked 2 nights! Wished we had had 4 nights! Hopefully we will come back - and if we do, we want to stay at Apartment Niko again!
• William (7/5): Good stay but this property feels a bit neglected. - Great location and property was well apportioned. The property seems to need deep cleaning and declutterring. Drawers need to be emptied and things thrown away which are just junk.

• Russell (9/5): Great location, helpful staff and good value - Great staff and good check in process despite the flooding and state of emergency in the town! The location was really good in the heart of the old town and close to good restaurants and sights. The stairs to the apartment were a little narrow with luggage, but really it was not a problem. Parking is not so close if you are bringing a car but also this wasn't a problem in the end - the hosts made arrangements for us.
